It’s very cheap, so you could not complain too much about it like there are no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no elevator and too much noise at night and etc. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi is good. One more thing I would like to thank the reception who is a Russian Lady. I booked 3 Nights and paid all fees. Even though I came one day late and missed the last chance to change the check-in date free of charge according to agoda policy, the reception helpfully settle our booking problem and postpone our check-out date.

They advertised rooms with wifi, but wifi connected without internet . If you need internet , I suggest don’t come here

cheap price hotel with no breakfasts. shouting and door hammering noise at night. not comfortable. staff behaviour not as per standard. wifi available. staff don't speak English

Very little room. The price is incredibly high (65 000 tenge) comparing to later options that we found. But the staff is pretty gentle.

- No WiFi, no light at the bathroom Hotel host noticed me about price increase for booked room by over twice at the moment of arriving.
