Good choice for one night stay The hotel is renovated, it is good for one night stay. Good breakfast with huge portions! Great cafe on the ground floor.

We were traveling with our two year old daughter and required a crib which was delivered immediately even though it was early morning, Breakfasts are custom prepared and you wonder if your grandmother is preparing the meal, because of the caring and high quality of the meal

I’ve travelled in over 45 different countries in many great hotels; the Victoria ranks in the top because of the quality and professional service of staff, the high standard of facilities and most of all, the warm, caring and kindness they displayed to my family

Stopped here after crossing from RU. A complete surprise how nice it was. The service was first class breakfast in the room ordered from the menu when you check in. The only issue was the sign is blocked by trees

I rate this a five star hotel because of the existing high quality of the facility and all staff, and the ongoing renovations which will make this great hotel into a grand hotel

Clean and cozy. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the train station and a direct route to the city center. The only downside is the noisy street right outside the windows.

The Brown Hotel has all the necessary tools to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. The price was high above the average prices to compare

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. There was a slight odor due to the sewage in our shower. One good thing about the hotel is their laundry service, which is cheap

The Beluga restaurant is nearby; the prices are reasonable and they offer a 10% discount. The room is cleaned every morning. I stayed in December (since I'm a cold person), so I turned on the air conditioning

There's also a market across the street where you can buy everything from groceries to clothes. The only downside is that it's located along the road. By the way, some rooms have windows and some don't

The hotel feels more like a guesthouse. There's a separate kitchen with all the amenities. The staff is polite and always willing to explain and help

Room was clean, silent and huge enough. We were provided with all bathroom accessories - even teethbrush. Last day we needed to wait more than 40 minutes for ordered breakfast

The w carpet was dirty and when the cleaner was informed about the situation, she snapped. The breakfast was a scam, bad and cold. The hotel itself was quite dirty

The food is very good. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, what else is needed for a good rest.

Quite a passable hotel. Parking on the side, on the left. Roomy. The rooms are standard. Clean. The beds are not loose. Audibility is good and this is a minus.

Cool, but the era is so cozy, you'll feel like you're transported back in time and forget what's going on in the 21st century. And here, I recommend it, it's calm and neat. It's absolutely fantastic.

I visited the Zumrat sauna and loved everything. The pool was large and generally warm, but as always, I wish it were warmer. The sauna itself was clean and nice

Nevertheless, if you're looking for a place to crash for a night, this hotel is an acceptable option

Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes of walk to the city centre. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious.

Cheap and clean place, very close to the heart of Astana, just 5 minutes away from the Bayterek tower. Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful.

New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too

In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices

I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good

The hygiene is good, the service is acceptable, but there is one problem. At 12:00, which is a very slow time, they started knocking on the door

Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅 This hotel provides a public kitchen with free tea and coffee.

Its was a perfect place for a one person stay.

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away

I was worried that it would happen again in the middle of the night, but it didn't happen until midnight, so I slept well. There is no breakfast and no restaurant

Breakfasts may not be very varied, but they're delicious, especially the pancakes and baursaks! It's convenient that the 24-hour period begins with check-in, rather than 12:00 PM like in many hotels

The rooms could use a refresh. There aren't enough outlets near the bed; the one available is occupied by the air conditioner. It's either a phone charger in the heat or the air conditioner without a charger

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property
