The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property

The staff is absolutely not helpful, there was a feeling that they were doing it through force and some kind of favor, without a smile, strained, without explanation of what services I can use at the hotel (this is all about the reception)

All the people who work there are so nice and kind, always smiling and trying to make us happy in every possible way. The breakfast is so good i felt full every single day and didnt even want to have lunch until like 4pm

The check in was fast, even got a welcome drink and a warm smile from the receptionist. The hotel itself is quite small but its just perfect. Our room was huge, the beds comfortable and everything else good too

It's excellent hotel near the Astana tower

This little hotel felt more like a 4* or even a 5* hotel because they really want to make you feel that way. We got muffins and tea late night as a surprise one day and on the last day they let us stay until 7pm for free

We landed pretty late at night and ordered a car from the hotel to pick us up. He driver was there we didnt even have to wait and the ride took maybe 20min. He was friendly and really nice

Expected a classical lighthouse but it's actually a lighthouse on a roof of Soviet time apartment building😎

The picture was taken from inside the staircase. We couldn't access the lighthouse. It is under the jurisdiction of the navy but there was nobody there when we arrived

The place is falling apart and is in dire need of repairs! But it has it's charm, a lighthouse on top of a derelict, dusty, soviet building

It's a very good and beautiful place, the view from the windows of the upper floors of the mountains is simply wonderful.

We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! We loved everything about it! There's Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, heated floors, and the room was warm, I'd even say hot, we had to open the window! I highly recommend it…

It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time

There's no navigation inside the building, despite having different entrances and a very weird floor numbering system – it turns out D1 to D6 are parking levels, and then the residential floors start from 1

What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex)

By the way, there’s no physical key for the room; you enter with a code, and I’m not sure if these codes are ever changed

The code for the main entrance door to the building often doesn't work

This stay was great! The room was warm and elegant, the facilities were new and complete, and the bedding was so comfortable that it made for a good night's sleep

Half an hour away from the snow-capped mountains, the largest shopping mall is right next to it. It's like a new famous hotel in China. It's very cozy, the room is mini, and the bed size is the same as a school dormitory

Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!

Solid hotel and is located in the city centre. Near many different cafes, in walking distance there is round-the-clock currency exchange. The hotel is owned by the Chinese and this is reflected in the kitchen

This time I stayed in room 401. The room is located at the corner of the hotel. It has larger surface than the regular room. Obviously it is more comfortable as I had to stay for 3 days

Stayed for a week during isolation period. Pretty nice units with separate bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Some units have a balcony, but not all. Service is good. Food is average. Overall 5* rating.

And, if I had a bathtub rather than a shower as was shown on the photos when reserving my room. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent and the equipment was of good quality

We had an excellent stay at this hotel

Housekeeping to be carried out is not the best way, was in the 2 different places I noticed the dirt and debris in the room (the packages in the table, candy wrappers behind the bedside cupboard and dust all over the bed), the bathroom didn't have soap and shampoo

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars

Good breakfast, business lunch is terriable and the restourant not so good. Room is more or less is OK, but no cleaning on snow in front of the hotel from ice.

Although there is a language barrier, they use translation software to communicate at the front desk. The service is very thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the price is not expensive!

A really cool place. I always try to stay at this hotel when in Shymkent. The staff is very friendly.
