The outside temperature was low, but the inside temperature was very high. It was very touching to see the cleaning lady kneeling to scrub the floor

I highly recommend packing snacks if you eat late. Luggage: Transporting bags through the 3 cable car stops is a hassle. The hotel offers a luggage pickup service (from the 2nd station), but they charge a fee

If you need to go to reception or the restaurant, you have to dress in full gear and go outside. Dining: The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM and there are no other options at the top of the mountain

There’s a masseuse, Junye Luzi. At the beginning of the massage, she jumped on my back and yelled, exhaled and inhaled, and then heard two clicks, pressed two palms on my back, and then operated with one pause

The accommodation was easy to find, clean, and included breakfast. I went with three friends and we had a room with three single beds, which was great.

The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful

It's a good hotel for relaxation. I'd add, "for a real vacation," because you can swim in the pool, enjoy a steam bath, work out in the mini fitness center, and everything I just mentioned is included in the price

I also recommend breakfast, as it's excellent. The only downside is the noise in the rooms. During the day, you can hear people shouting and laughing, but at that time, you can go to the sauna and relax

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

You cannot expect too much at a hotel in a small city near the border. Everything is acceptable to me for 2 nights working in this city.

Were they trying to make me pay twice? I booked the room for two days, and after going out on the second day, I came back in the afternoon only to be asked why I left my luggage in the room

I had booked for two nights and only stayed one, so why would I take my luggage with me? This clearly shows they had no idea I had booked for two days

I had already paid online when I booked the room, but upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card

Alua provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, making my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the first floor has a gym that's well-equipped for a basic workout, covering most of the essentials

I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it

This place was recommended by a local friend. Their breakfast is à la carte and is super good, much better than those dubious places. The staff are also very nice; they even helped me get a taxi on my first day

There’s a 24/7 store and a halal kebab place nearby. Many attractions are close — you can walk to Hazret Sultan Mosque. Cleaning is done daily, and each day they bring a fresh bottle of water and toilet paper
