There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

The views from the room were stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing—plenty of delicious options to start the day! The only tiny issue we had was with the toilet flush, as the water had frozen in the pipes due to the extreme temperatures, but it didn't ruin our stay

This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

After much arguing, they finally got rooms—two double rooms we booked, but one of them was a triple room! Absolutely bizarre… We dragged our heavy suitcases around arguing again, and finally, they managed to get us two double rooms… Seriously, if they had rooms, why...
