As always, the Hampton lives up to expectations. A perfect rest with the best possible location and views. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All the reception staff were very friendly and professional

New hotel. Clean, comfortable. The bed is luxurious - we slept happily. Breakfast is a good buffet, but coffee is paid separately and we didn't get any fruit.

Impeccable service, spotlessly clean and the hotel also has free parking, making it easy to get around/to and from the hotel. If you don't have your own car, it only costs 800-1200 tenge for a taxi to the city centre

The Shymkent Park Hotel is so new, so upscale, so clean, and so comfortable. After staying at the Shymkent Park Hotel, I felt like I didn't want to move on or go home

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. The extra bed was a cot and not very comfortable for our 13 yo. Food was good, but vegetarian options are limited. Nice pool and recreation room/gym.

The hotel is large, clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We made a good playroom for the kids, they liked it very much. The restaurant is good, reasonable prices, the food is delicious

The outside temperature was low, but the inside temperature was very high. It was very touching to see the cleaning lady kneeling to scrub the floor

The location near to airport around 15minutes ride by yandex. Most important thing is the hotel have elevator. Easy to move huge luggage to the room. But we can hear people chit chat in front of our room

The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and can communicate in a little English. It is very close to the bus station and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot

There are no restaurants around, but there are small supermarkets and fruit shops next to the gas station, which makes it very convenient to get in and out

If you need to go to reception or the restaurant, you have to dress in full gear and go outside. Dining: The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM and there are no other options at the top of the mountain

The accommodation was easy to find, clean, and included breakfast. I went with three friends and we had a room with three single beds, which was great.

The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful

There’s a 24/7 store and a halal kebab place nearby. Many attractions are close — you can walk to Hazret Sultan Mosque. Cleaning is done daily, and each day they bring a fresh bottle of water and toilet paper
