I disliked the fact that housekeeping kept the windows open that really killed one night for me as it was minus degree outside and I came back late from a business trip

view on a side is charming with all the mountains. breakfast reasonable but sometime when crowded you feel something missing on organization level

location is great ,just close to good area for walking ,finding coffee and restaurants

Standard single room - 15,000 TNG on the day. Great, bright, large room. Furnished and housekeeping is good. The hotel location is good. Breakfast buffet, not fancy but the selection is good and the dishes are delicious.

Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby

An excellent hotel. In the center. Situated on 5+. Lived in the Suite. The room was large and spacious. Kettle, tea, Bathrobe, Slippers, view on the Park. Breakfast is included

The location is also excellent, the hotel is located in the very center of the city and you can walk to the shopping center or the drama theater

There also seemed to be a large number of Indian guests. After 1 AM, a man, two women, and two children in the adjacent room were still being very noisy

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious

This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.

Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it

Breakfast is OK, it is in the center of Aktau

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable

So, the point is the hotel is fully booked OR there are rooms extra? Secondly, we had an odd feeling at the hotel, we stayed 2 nights and the staff barely greeted the guests. They were chatting amongst themselves

The service attitude is OK, the hotel lobby environment is OK, but the room is average

But then she came back to us after 5mins and said if we agreed to pay 50% extra retail price for the room, she would tell her colleague to prepare a room for us

Overall, the room was spacious for 3 and the view from our room is very nice but we will not come back to Radisson in Astana

The hotel was great, without a doubt this hotel was opened not so long ago and therefore the facilities are up in their shape. Breakfast was also great, plenty of options to choose from

I loved Baku. People were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Alyia the receptionist in this hotel was one of the best. She always went out of her way to help me. She is a big asset for the this stablishment!

Excellent location: Astana Zor Hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation and is surrounded by many shopping malls, restaurants and attractions

Good hotel. Perhaps 3 stars. Very supportive and cordial staff. Halal food. Good breakfast. Rooms could be a bit better especially mattresses. The location is good. Around $50 per night which was very reasonable.

It's a good hotel, but the room smells very bad. I don't know why.

The room is large and convenient. There were children next door who were a bit noisy during our stay. The breakfast was average and the waiter was very friendly.

Very close to the city center, great location.

2 things - (1) should have fly screen, to avoid mosquito. Room can be quite warm even in late November. (2) Stayed in different rooms on different week. Both times, the bar fridge isn’t cold

Would be helpful if front service staff are knowledgeable in local information, ie places of interest and local restaurants.

The most unpleasant experience occurred during check-out. We were supposed to pay for our meals upon departure, but we were “surprised” to receive bills that included items we had not ordered

The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable

Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved

The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Our first time in Kazakhstan for business. The food staff, front desk personnel are wonderful. If we needed something they took care to see we were taken care of. Met managers and again very helpful

We lived in two adjacent standard rooms on the 5th floor at the "family" rate, it is cheaper, the bathroom is equipped with good plumbing, cleaning is scheduled on time, the rooms have air conditioners and working Wi-Fi, thoughtful lighting, convenient storage places for things and bags, a full-length mirror, albeit outdated, but high-quality furniture and textiles

I also liked the recreation area, all the saunas, showers and hamam are functioning, a wet steam room with essential oils, a phytobar, there is also a good bar-restaurant and a gym, showers and a locker room are equipped with everything you need, there is a jacuzzi in the pool, enough sun loungers and tables

For several years now I have only been going here to work out in the gym, swim in the pool and enjoy the sauna. This is best done in a comprehensive manner for the whole day

Excellent hotel with reasonable prices. There is a sauna, a swimming pool and a gym. All this is included in the price of accommodation. The hotel has a restaurant and a sushi bar

From the wishes: in the spa and pool area I would like unobtrusive background music, live plants, a dispenser with drinking water (after all, five stars, why bother) and a centrifuge for wringing out a swimsuit in the locker room

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Plenty of food to keep you full

Very satisfied! Although it looks a bit dated, it's clean, well-equipped, and has a strong Soviet feel. The hotel food is plentiful, and transportation is convenient, with excellent bus connections right outside

Also i took picture of the aircond because someone else also mentioned, the aircond light is bright which is true. And we could not switch it off since it was not the original remote controller

It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty

The dining area is abit small but there is still enough tables to serve at least 30 people. I think others who complaint about this probbaly came during summer or peak season

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

The room is not big, which is the common situation of most hotels in Almaty. But the room facilities are good. It is not as shabby as many hotels, but magnificent

There is a large community in front of the hotel with very good greenery. You can take a walk in the evening

Just over 1 km walk to the north is the Ascension Cathedral and 28 Warriors Park, about 1 km walk to the west and south is the Central Museum, and less than 1 km walk to the east and south is the Peak Tram Station

It's close to the city center but still very quiet. The service was excellent, and they even have a sauna and gym. The massage service was also quite good

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor

Overall, it's pretty good. The only drawback is the lack of Chinese-compatible power outlets.
