Location is quite good, accessible easily to many places (river, beach, restaurants, etc. Personnel is polite and professional. I would recommend the hotel management; 1. To have better internet connection 2

Generally a nice hotel: the restaurant is good, the staff is helpful and friendly, it's a short walk to get necessities

Ertish has a multilingual staff, so English speakers will feel comfortable here. The decoration is elegant, the massage services are great, and the continental breakfast is nice

However, the water in my rooms was cold until I ran it for about 10 minutes. Despite that, I'd still recommend this hotel

The receptionist tried to put me in a smaller room but I was having none of it, and got a nice big corner room. Please note that their double rooms (495sqft) are 50% larger than their deluxe double rooms (336sqft)

I spent one night in this hotel. Reasonable prices, great staff, nice bar. I understand there is also spa but haven’t had time to check it out

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable

So, the point is the hotel is fully booked OR there are rooms extra? Secondly, we had an odd feeling at the hotel, we stayed 2 nights and the staff barely greeted the guests. They were chatting amongst themselves

The service attitude is OK, the hotel lobby environment is OK, but the room is average

But then she came back to us after 5mins and said if we agreed to pay 50% extra retail price for the room, she would tell her colleague to prepare a room for us

Overall, the room was spacious for 3 and the view from our room is very nice but we will not come back to Radisson in Astana

The location of the hotel is also not very convenient. As for catering, the breakfast included in the room rate was quite good, but the prices for lunch and dinner were clearly overpriced

Very close to the city center, great location.

2 things - (1) should have fly screen, to avoid mosquito. Room can be quite warm even in late November. (2) Stayed in different rooms on different week. Both times, the bar fridge isn’t cold

Would be helpful if front service staff are knowledgeable in local information, ie places of interest and local restaurants.

The most unpleasant experience occurred during check-out. We were supposed to pay for our meals upon departure, but we were “surprised” to receive bills that included items we had not ordered

The hotel was great, without a doubt this hotel was opened not so long ago and therefore the facilities are up in their shape. Breakfast was also great, plenty of options to choose from

Excellent location: Astana Zor Hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation and is surrounded by many shopping malls, restaurants and attractions

Good hotel. Perhaps 3 stars. Very supportive and cordial staff. Halal food. Good breakfast. Rooms could be a bit better especially mattresses. The location is good. Around $50 per night which was very reasonable.

The room is large and convenient. There were children next door who were a bit noisy during our stay. The breakfast was average and the waiter was very friendly.

The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable

Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved

The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Our first time in Kazakhstan for business. The food staff, front desk personnel are wonderful. If we needed something they took care to see we were taken care of. Met managers and again very helpful

For several years now I have only been going here to work out in the gym, swim in the pool and enjoy the sauna. This is best done in a comprehensive manner for the whole day

I would say it's an average hotel. The food is not bad, just always the same, the rooms are okay, the bed is comfortable. The Wifi is very weak, but the wellness area is quite good

Inside the hotel building has its own restaurant, supermarket, boutiques. Panoramic window of the room with sea view was amazing. Panorama restaurant at 8th floor was really perfect

I'd understand if that was their policy (the policy states "free cancellation"), but they lied about our late checkout until I provided them with our flight tickets that proved that we actually checked out early, then made up a ridiculous excuse about "new years special bundle policy"

all 3 rooms that we booked looked the same, the only difference between twin and king rooms are separate or single beds, and they're same size as a king bed if you put them together

Considering the class of the hotel, I didn't suspect any "surprises". By the way, the hotel took 2 weeks to respond back to us only to refuse to refund the money

The day we checked out we were actually assured by the front desk representative that we'd either get a refund or a hotel credit that we could use in the future

Very weird hotel. Could easily be on in Vegas, but: spacious and clean rooms, amenities, good breakfast and dinner and a stocked bar. Can't complain especially given the price.

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Plenty of food to keep you full

On a side note, the hotel's dinner was also delicious. The horse meat noodles and the soup were both excellent. If you don't feel like going out to find food, you can definitely eat right at the hotel

This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent

Also i took picture of the aircond because someone else also mentioned, the aircond light is bright which is true. And we could not switch it off since it was not the original remote controller

It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty

The dining area is abit small but there is still enough tables to serve at least 30 people. I think others who complaint about this probbaly came during summer or peak season

I was surprised about the modernity of Kizilorda, and of the Sultan Plaza Hotel. Speedy check-in, friendly service, good restaurant. The room amenities, in particular the bed mattresses leave room for improvement.

I suppose this is the best that Kyzylorda can offer and it looks quite impressive on the surface but stay and you will quickly realise that this hotel is very dated and things only half work

Breakfast was very second rate with cheapish products that really did not taste good and I found the porridge was all I wanted to eat. Hot options were particularly bad

They washed it reasonably but it was very expensive and should have been completed to top notch standard. My hotel was pre-paid but when I checked in they could not find the booking

Travelling through from Almaty to Bozoi. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and as a global traveller there is some stiff competition. Gym ok and spa water was cold

Hotel near the busy road as my whole family cannot sleep well. The location is good near mall and restaurants. The hotel is abit run down as most of the service staffs can’t speak English.

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

There is a large community in front of the hotel with very good greenery. You can take a walk in the evening

Just over 1 km walk to the north is the Ascension Cathedral and 28 Warriors Park, about 1 km walk to the west and south is the Central Museum, and less than 1 km walk to the east and south is the Peak Tram Station

The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property
