Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.

There are also a few supermarkets within a couple of blocks by foot. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Moreover, the airport serving route 92 bus is just two blocks away

Alua provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, making my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the first floor has a gym that's well-equipped for a basic workout, covering most of the essentials
I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it

The first floor also houses the reception, where Alua works. She is fantastic—very knowledgeable about the area and fluent in English, which I found to be a rare and valuable skill in Almaty
