Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties
I'm very apreciated about the Tourist Hotel service for cleaning my room and breakfast at bed ;0) My room had brand new interier. So quiet place with nice view and lot of space for rest and living.

There is an air conditioner, although the remote control for it was nowhere to be found. The bed linen and towels are new. The bathroom has a shower cabin with good water pressure, as well as liquid soap and shampoo

The downside of the room is that it feels a bit uncomfortable; the layout and furniture could be better. There is no dresser for clothes, and only three hangers are provided

We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones
The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.
Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.
However, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was not very strong, which sometimes caused delays when using the internet. Other than that, the overall experience was very good
Absolutely loved this hotel! It's so clean and cozy, and incredibly close to the museums and opera house. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time!

Kazakhstan often has water shortages – at our last hotel in the lake district, there was no water provided – but here, you can get water from the dispenser in the hallway, which is a nice touch
Near to shopping street & mall. Many halal restaurants nearby too. We didnt take the breakfast coz we wake up late. The room is compact with full amnities & also panty with full equipment so that you can cook but we not

This Italian hotel, and that's it. No, not all -- in Italy, few people across the road, and here the reception is always friendly English-speaking girl. The design of the rooms is perfect, and everything is great.
I enjoyed the larger suite in the hotel, for just a little more than a regular room. They call it a continental breakfast, but it was much more than that. Hot entrees and custom orders available
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Staffs are excellent, considerate and helpful. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and they prepared a packed for each of us as we left the hotel at 5am for the tour

Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.
The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well
