New, modern, luxurious hotel! Excellent staff, good spa area with a swimming pool. Nearby is a new boulevard with fountains for upper walks. The price is fully consistent, at a glance you expect a higher price!
The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard
The coffee machine does not work. Coffee is only across the street in the shopping center. They offer fitness and spa to residents. But I did not have time to evaluate

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay.
I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.
Stayed here for 8 nights during a work visit to the Karachaganak site near Aksay. Overall comfortable and suitable for a work visit.
Although there is a language barrier, they use translation software to communicate at the front desk. The service is very thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the price is not expensive!

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Kazakhstan, and also the one we were most satisfied with. The room was very clean and tidy. Upon arrival, they immediately added a crib for us and provided children's toiletries
It also had a mini-fridge and screen mirroring function. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I slept soundly after a long journey, feeling refreshed and ready to explore the sights the next day
From service to facilities to location, the value for money was outstanding! I had no disappointments whatsoever! I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Almaty, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.
We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones
The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.

Unfortunately it was pretty quiet when I was there but it has some good desk space for co-working and a lounge area to watch movies. I have a dorm all to myself for 10$ so that was great too
Here you can eat prepared food and store in a fridge. The rooms are all nice and include their own bathroom. This hostel is one of the most modern I have yet come across. It's really nice and spacious
Be aware not to mix the City Hostel with the City Hotel. Both their entrances are on the same street and near to each other. No proper kitchen, however, there is a large room with a lot of seating
Second night here now, but I might stay longer. It's a very well-kept hostel with helpful staff. Price is 5,000 tenge for a dorm bed, and you may end up with a private room if no one comes

I enjoyed the larger suite in the hotel, for just a little more than a regular room. They call it a continental breakfast, but it was much more than that. Hot entrees and custom orders available
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Staffs are excellent, considerate and helpful. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and they prepared a packed for each of us as we left the hotel at 5am for the tour

Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.
The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well
After check out, the receptionist was so kind to book a taxi for us going to the airport. The hotel is a nice place to stay and it's nearby Ascencion Cathedral, Green Bazaar and Rakhat

Probably not the best place to stop by, mostly because I had problems with running water - the pressure was so weak that it was very difficult (almost impossible) to take shower, not to mention taking full bath
Upon arrival, we found the entire place very unique and met the enthusiastic owner. He told us that the whole hotel had been renovated, and all the building materials were from China
There was also a dedicated parking area in the backyard, which was very convenient. If you have the opportunity to visit Kyzylorda, I highly recommend staying at this hotel
