Overall is good, I stay with my family. Everything was good, except internet. It is interrupted frequently.

Been hereany times. Relatively cheap. Breakfasts are OK. Clean, the rooms are quite small, which is compensated by the balcony with wonderful views of the mountains. Ask for the room looking on the mountains.

I loved the room with a view of the snowy mountains! I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. The breakfast was also excellent.

Breakfast was a little crowded and understaffed (some empty breakfast options and lots of dirty plates etc), so I recommend going to breakfast earlier. However, this didn't affect my stay, and I would stay here again

Besides the housekeeper's assistance with cleanliness, the front desk even checked our passports during check-in and arranged a room with Chinese standard electrical outlets. It was incredibly convenient and touching

Environment: Constant temperature and humidity, very friendly in cold Astana. Located right on the central axis and just a 5-minute walk from the Tree of Life Monument, it's a great place for a trip

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady

I had a very nice stay there and have a nice experience too. My laundry was hung at the balcony and who knows the strong wind blew them all off. The security man there really help me to look for all my clothes

It turns out there's a restaurant. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Or is that how it's supposed to be, al dente? Because of the pleasant atmosphere, I'll probably come back and try other options

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

Stayed here for 8 nights during a work visit to the Karachaganak site near Aksay. Overall comfortable and suitable for a work visit.

The best Ibis I've ever stayed in, rooms are very spacious and modern. They are extremely new and cleaned very well. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This morning, the cleaning lady, seeing me going down with my big back for checking out, asked the hotel staff for assistance, and I was also allowed to use the pool (I had it for myself) after checking-out and before going to the airport

I just spent one night at the Rixos Turkistan,and had a great experience. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is connected with a small shopping centre with a supermarket. The spa and fitness centre are great

The pool in particular is huge and very much adapted for people who like swimming, with a smaller pool for children
