Staff is really friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the city and everything is close by, including shopping district, business and entertainment. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Pretty basic hotel, clean room and bathroom, very spacious. Warm water was not working one day and on second day, water was not working at all. Breakfast was very basic. But the price for a night beats all disadvantages.

Value for money hotel in the old town

However, there is a small refrigerator and a TV. Towels for the pool and your room are provided. Cleaning is available upon request, so that's no problem. As for the food, it's a matter of luck

The shower gel, shampoo, and soap are provided, along with plenty of towels. They provide different towels for the sauna, which is nice. The rooms also have robes and slippers. Overall, it was like a good five-star hotel

I was very pleased that it had everything: a pool, a sauna, and a hammam. We got a special offer, and three meals a day were included

These cottages feature an outdoor pool for adults and a small paddling pool for children, a playground, and a soccer or volleyball court (whatever you prefer)

The food is excellent, home-cooked food, and the portions are generous; we couldn't finish it all. The Central Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean

We don't have small children, but there are excellent playgrounds here, so even the little ones will have fun. The rooms have excellent Wi-Fi, a TV, and a refrigerator

First of all, this hotel stands out from the architectural point of view, you don't see that many hotels in town in that design and it brings value not only in the anesthetics but in pure practicality- it makes this hotel a landmark that is easy to find, especially when you don't know the city well and have to tell the cab driver where to go 😉 The lobby is the typical size without the Grand entrance...

I enjoyed big windows, spacious shower, comfortable bed, and the AC (traveling in June you want the AC in your room, trust me!) There is a laundry service, which is so great for a week-long stay in hot summer, and the restaurant downstairs

It is the best setting to start or end the day with. I had a variety of meals there though my stay, and I confess that every single meal tasted great - fresh, well prepared and full of flavor

I must mention the interior! As the name of the hotel implies, this restaurant has the same name and an avid dedication to the artworks of Van Gough surrounded by the lavish interior

I stayed there for a week and was the only one who had a large "check-in style" suitcase, most of the people travel for business in much lighter fashion

There are no elevators at the hotel, please keep it in mind if you have an excessive luggage - it may take you a few trips to get it to the room

Really great place for family holidays. Great views, swimming pool, lots of activities (horse riding in the hills was wow), both for adults and kids

Improvements: - service in the restaurant is very variable, we had a some of the best service I have experienced in Kz at lunch (a gentleman named Nursultan) but in the evening it was really not as good

Fresh fish was very delicious. Service quality was fast and perfect. Landscape was amazing, like paradise!

Two Banya attendants were very friendly and experienced, had lots of laughs and nice heartfelt conversations in between our “torture” :) Food, would not really recommend, however all wait staff were friendly and fast

Everything is organized, court, playgrounds, pools, promenade. Nearby there is a horse walking, with the application of certain efforts and finances you can make a horse ride

The interior is quite excellent, clean. The keys are regular, not cards (not very convenient). It is not hot in the room in winter, but it is comfortable to sleep. It is convenient that breakfast is brought to the room

Only two tables nad place is not so big. But overall good place to go

The Karaoke Club is very good and decent prices. BEWARE OF EMPIRE PUB. The waitresses are very rude to foreigners. They thought I did not understand Russian and believed it was OK to start speaking about me.

The ceiling is made out of wooden logs, and there are lots of baseball caps hanged on nails, so if you have one, you can leave it for good memory

Nice hotel with a family restaurant on the ground floor. Although there aren't too many sitting tables, the interior is very authentic and cozy

We had pizza to eat. All 3 were great tasting. Enough fillings on each. There was a constant flow of people coming in to dine.

Four of us went to dinner. The pizzas were good as usual. Nice bottle of wine. The lemonades were tasty.

I stayed one night, I liked it very much. The only thing I missed was a mirror in the room. Drying hair, doing hairdo is problematic, since there was a mirror only in the bathroom, but there was no outlet nearby

Personally, the girls from the reception who met on 04/25/2019 and saw us off on 04/27/2019. All staff are very polite and tidy. Thank you who served the rooms. who could provide assistance at any time of the day

I wasn't at De Marco, but at Prosushi. It's a cozy place to relax in a beautiful setting, eat sushi, and drink herbal tea. The sushi is some of the best in the city

Dance floor, though, is small. Excellent insulation - you can't hear anything from outside. There is a big discount on the second and next hookahs - they cost 2,500 tenge. They work, in my opinion, until 5 am

It's not a bad establishment with potential. Why am I saying potential? If the management reads it, they'll see for themselves that they're getting fewer people. Although the location is good, the interior is also fine

The only thing they need to do is freshen it up a bit, get a handle on the organization, and it'll be a great establishment!

Nice place. Kind staff. Wifi not so strong (at least on 3rd floor). Hot water, sauna, clean toilets and sheets, towels. Food is ok, not the best (steak at least was dry). Close to sky.
