Pretty nice lunch is given there, really liked it a lot. The rooms are clean and the serve is A+. I would really recommend this place for my friends and colleagues.

I had a nice room with bathroom for 9000,- T. I could put my bicycle in an office on the ground floor. Good location in the centre of the city

Satisfactory hotel with minimal service but good value for the budget conscious in an old ex-soviet style. Fine for a few days for a visit to a great town.

The service was perfect, especially the girls at reception, who were very kind when I needed to check out. 😊 The drain in the room wasn't working properly, but the air conditioning was perfect

I had to get closer to turn it on because I couldn't get it out of bed, but the rest of the controls could be operated while lying down. A fairly large and pleasant room. 2 mirrors in the room + one in the bathroom

I'll try to be as constructive as possible. We booked a deluxe room for a couple. 90% of the time, there was someone at reception available for assistance (we asked for extra slippers and they provided them)

One of new hotels well designed and with all important facilities incl.swimming pool and gym. Well recommended

Clean, new and cozy. Nice location. Food is good but options are limited. Staff is responsive 👍🏻 but Swimming pool works only from 9 am and to 9 pm we found it inconvenient.

Wanted to stay for a night, however the price was quite high. Apparently, the hotel is luxurious and the prices are little bit higher than average. Didn’t stay, probably next time.

Nice place to relax in Borovoe. If you need extra water to drink, you can buy from the reception, 1 big 5 litre bottle for 700T. The breakfast was good too.

The rooms with 4 beds are new but the hotel doesn't offer water bottles for these rooms, be ready when you are coming otherwise you will buy from the restaurant and that is expensive

There are 2 kids places indoors and outdoors, football/ basketball court

Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out

I liked everything - the hotel, the room is cozy, the food is delicious, the sauna, the hamam are hot, the pool is long and warm. The air around the mountains is clean. Everything you need for family access

There are always girls on the phone, it seems like a person has approached, you can ask or at least put the phone down and ask what you need, there is a smell in the rooms, there is also a smell from the sewer in the bathroom, the lighting is weak, the upholstered furniture is dirty, you need a chemical disinfectant In general, I do not recommend it, next time we will better stay somewhere else

Cons: the service is not very friendly, you ask for something they always say their own, they never go to meet the guests, we rent a suite 308, there is dust in the corners everywhere, the cabinets, shelves are dusty, when you do a wet cleaning they react with dissatisfaction

Well, it's a so-so hotel for me, I can't say that it's worth 4 stars. Every time we come to Taraz we stay at this hotel, it's not even a hotel as described

You also have to pay separately for breakfast, it is also impossible to ask for an iron, you have to call and ask 100 times

Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc

, it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities. The only thing worth working on is the service!!!

I stayed at the Zhasybay hotel, I was on a business trip, the room was clean and comfortable. The administrator is polite and the cuisine is excellent, everything is homemade.

Water from under the cabin runs along the floor to the center of the room of the combined bathroom, where there is a drain in the floor. Otherwise, there is little interesting

I didn’t like the excessive hardness of the bed and the interesting drainage system from the shower stall

Breakfast is worth it in terms of quantity, content and taste. I think it's all about the money

Location is a little out of the way which made it nice and quiet. It's also next to the Karaganda park which is a great place for a run. You'd probably need to call a cab to get to most places though

A historic hotel and one which offers good value for the room size. It's not super close to the centre and you might need to grab a Yandex at times but it's worth staying at.

Staff is very nice and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and heating didn’t work in rooms. Food at the restaurant is super cheap and portions are quite big

For my taste it is too oily though. There is a local zoo very close to the hotel

There is a large supermarket and an amusement park nearby. The staff are not very friendly, and it is a hassle to have to go up to the second floor to reach the hostel reception. However, it is excellent value for money

However, perhaps because there aren't many guests, there are four beds to one room, but I was able to use it alone the whole time, and there is also a toilet and shower in the room

There is complimentary water available too. I booked three nights in a single room via a booking platform for 24,000. I would thoroughly recommend and should I return to Aktau, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Located very close to the airport. Transfer is free from/to the airport. The rooms are clean, the bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are snow-white. Disposable amenities in the shower, hairdryer on request

Kettle, two bottles of water, tea leaves and sugar. Stayed one night and paid for late check out. We had a good rest before the next flight. Breakfast is standard, coffee is delicious from the coffee machine
