Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc

, it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities. The only thing worth working on is the service!!!

I stayed at the Zhasybay hotel, I was on a business trip, the room was clean and comfortable. The administrator is polite and the cuisine is excellent, everything is homemade.

Water from under the cabin runs along the floor to the center of the room of the combined bathroom, where there is a drain in the floor. Otherwise, there is little interesting

Located very close to the airport. Transfer is free from/to the airport. The rooms are clean, the bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are snow-white. Disposable amenities in the shower, hairdryer on request

Kettle, two bottles of water, tea leaves and sugar. Stayed one night and paid for late check out. We had a good rest before the next flight. Breakfast is standard, coffee is delicious from the coffee machine

I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place

Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Astana Central Station and is well equipped for its three star class. The hotel has a sauna and a pool, both are clean and well maintained. As a guest you can use both for free

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that
