The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, all amenities are provided, down to toothbrushes and slippers, a robe upon request, soft, clean carpeting, an ironing board in the hallways, and a water dispenser, although water is delivered to the room daily

What a great experience for my Mom. I booked room for her for 5 nights. There was an issue with booking through a third party and Batirzhan at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure she were taken care of

I booked this hotel for my parents and I’m very grateful for the hotel not charging me for extra chargers. Even we had to move to a different hotel, this one is very spacious, rooms are big, staff is very supportive.

Thanks to the girls at reception, they were very friendly. And thanks to the chef for the absolutely wonderful, thin pancakes and delicious muffins for breakfast, and excellent salads

A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem

The spa is excellent and the masseuse, a Thai woman named Su, is very professional. The spa and restaurant prices are not at all inflated, as is typical in hotels

Located in the city center, near the Central Department Store, shops, cafes. A restaurant in the old Russian style, we got into a fairy tale. I liked the cuisine and the prices are affordable, not overpriced

Been here for one night in summer, 2015. Ordered food and they got exactly what I ordered. Prices for food, especially water are higher than Baku, Azerbaijan. But Aktau is notorious for high prices

I visited the Zumrat sauna and loved everything. The pool was large and generally warm, but as always, I wish it were warmer. The sauna itself was clean and nice

Cool, but the era is so cozy, you'll feel like you're transported back in time and forget what's going on in the 21st century. And here, I recommend it, it's calm and neat. It's absolutely fantastic.

The food is very good. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, what else is needed for a good rest.

By the end, the temperature had gone over 100 degrees, which made it uncomfortable and a bit too hot, but that's a personal preference. Overall, everything was fine, and the receptionist was polite

Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅 This hotel provides a public kitchen with free tea and coffee.

Its was a perfect place for a one person stay.

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away

I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel

The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes

I liked the room, double, large bright, huge bed, clean. There were even brushes for shoes and clothes. But there was one set of towels for two, one slippers, and one set for washing (toothbrush, shampoo, etc

The location is very central. The suite has plenty of space. Unfortunately in 4 days in our stay ,it wasn't even offered to clean the room, so we had to tell to clean our room and change the towels.

Rooms with old furniture, torn wallpaper. There is not even a normal shower stall, a sad curtain. Tomorrow is generally terrible. Oversweetened porridge and incomprehensible sausage.

Overall, my stay at Sayahat (Sajakhat) was average. The location is fairly convenient, with shops nearby and it is possible to reach different places without much difficulty

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door

Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night

Fantastic, for the price is really good, I highly recommend this hotel I was here with my family, the receptionists speak e English very well, you won't have any issues in communicating in English, they supported me with the taxi request to go to the airport

But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic

Stayed for five days in September 2022. The sofa is a little shabby and there are some electrical shortcomings. But these are all minor things. In general, the entire hotel area is clean, tidy and comfortable

The Carbonara is prepared in the traditional style but with bacon, and unfortunately, the bacon was way too salty…would’ve been perfect otherwise. Worth the trip over and hotel has a spacious bar and lounge

This time I stayed in room 401. The room is located at the corner of the hotel. It has larger surface than the regular room. Obviously it is more comfortable as I had to stay for 3 days

The only bemol was the problem during check-in as the receptionist insisted that no reservation had been made and therefore I had to go elsewhere as the hotel was full

Scarry, especially for an expat who doesn't speak Kazakh or Russian. Luckily I could get my hand on the confirmation email I received earlier from the hotel
