Stayed here for work. Basic rooms. Clean. Good WiFi which is free. Breakfast buffet including bread, meat & potatoes. Friendly staff, most speak (some) English.

Very old hotel but still in very good condition. The staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and it has very delicious breakfast

It also has free parking and Wi-Fi The only drawback: the close of an elevator closes very fast

It was clean and nice considering it was my first time there. I stayed for two days, but I was really thankful that I had breakfast and did my laundry. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we visit. thank you

Quiet place, close to the beaches. All wishes are fulfilled, if possible, of course. Breakfast is included in the price, hearty and varied. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee

The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They even made vegan food for us upon request! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast. Good location for supermarket and not far from beach for wonderful beach bars. Nice staff, shame the bar was closed in the afternoon

The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, all amenities are provided, down to toothbrushes and slippers, a robe upon request, soft, clean carpeting, an ironing board in the hallways, and a water dispenser, although water is delivered to the room daily

What a great experience for my Mom. I booked room for her for 5 nights. There was an issue with booking through a third party and Batirzhan at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure she were taken care of

I booked this hotel for my parents and I’m very grateful for the hotel not charging me for extra chargers. Even we had to move to a different hotel, this one is very spacious, rooms are big, staff is very supportive.

Thanks to the girls at reception, they were very friendly. And thanks to the chef for the absolutely wonderful, thin pancakes and delicious muffins for breakfast, and excellent salads

A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars

This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel

Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅 This hotel provides a public kitchen with free tea and coffee.

Its was a perfect place for a one person stay.

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away

I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good

I was worried that it would happen again in the middle of the night, but it didn't happen until midnight, so I slept well. There is no breakfast and no restaurant

The hygiene is good, the service is acceptable, but there is one problem. At 12:00, which is a very slow time, they started knocking on the door

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel

The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street

Take the first left after you turn off from al-farabi avenue. I have posted a bunch of pictures to help with this

Small and cosy. Good price for what you get. Would be excellent if breakfast was included.

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

Good enough location, but not very convenient for pedestrians, because it's next to a busy highway.
