The breakfast buffet deserves its own review, so fresh and varied. Parking is right in front, very convenient. At night, the karaoke bar was full of energy and laughter. Everything in general felt perfectly managed

I was a little skeptical at first, thinking it would be old. In the end, I booked it because of the location. Generally, airline crews will choose hotels for their stay, so they won't be too bad

It's not far from the cable car station, about a 20-minute walk. It's also not far from the Cathedral, a 15-18-minute walk. The facilities are acceptable and clean. The room is quite satisfactory

Good location, about 5 minutes walk to subway station and a few bus stands nearby. The only drawback for this hotel is the bed, pillow and blanket are too old and thin.

The room was tiny, and the bed was incredibly narrow, only 0. The bathroom faucet was also difficult to use, and the decor was dated, reminding me of an old-fashioned motel back home, maybe even worse

Clean, cozy, cleaning every day! Upon returning from breakfast, the room was cleaned, towels and bed linen were clean. The buffet in the morning is also excellent, breakfast for every taste! Definitely, we recommend it!

The rooms are mediocre, at these prices there are better hotels. 5000 Tg per day, lunch, Breakfast free, but it is a nice bonus, sauna free of charge.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor

Water pressure up there is usually poor and some rooms have no windows, only skylight windows. Food is usually good and a good selection for breakfast

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location - 22 mins to airport, 10 mins walking distance to Green Bazaar and Cathedral, many good restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and welcoming

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything that we needed. They were very accommodating and fulfilled our requests with ease. The pool was absolutely wonderful

However, the air con is not working so we had to open the windows at night (still hot sometimes!) The pillows are too soft, it would be great if there are extra pillows offered

It was the perfect temperature. It was not that cold and it was great being able to relax in the sauna. The hotel overall was very clean and very well maintained. The restaurant was absolutely lovely

Everything is old and broken in the room. Kettle is broken, no water bottles in the room. They put a dispenser in the corridor. No tea or coffee bags in the room

Nice and clean room, great staff, changed my room upon request, let me check out bit late. Gym, pool and sauna are exactly I want to exercise and spend time. Breakfast is delicious, included

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates

- Shower water pressure wish to have higher. Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical. There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows facing to inner yard

Although the breakfast food selection is not much, it was still outstanding - the bread were fresh, the coffee selection is excellent, fresh cut fruits, and these were sufficient to fill my appetite during my stay for the breakfast! I would definitely recommend travellers and visitors to Almaty to consider staying at the Grand Tien Shan hotel, its a "GRAND" feeling you wouldn't want to miss! Enjoy

It is located centrally, enabling travellers to have easy assess to connecting public bus services, subways, walking distance to nearby eateries, restaurants, the famous Green Bazaar and the sceneic, spacious park that housed the famous Zenkov Cathedral! All the staffs were amazing, from the frontline to the housekeeping and managers on duty

They communicated well, speak good English, and were extremely patient and helpful in answering my questions about the hotel facilities, going to certain places, etc

The room was very big, and comfortable. The breakfast had a very large variety of salads, meats , fruits and cake. The location is very convient close to a shopping mall, and there are a few small coffee shops near by

I was surprised about the modernity of Kizilorda, and of the Sultan Plaza Hotel. Speedy check-in, friendly service, good restaurant. The room amenities, in particular the bed mattresses leave room for improvement.

I suppose this is the best that Kyzylorda can offer and it looks quite impressive on the surface but stay and you will quickly realise that this hotel is very dated and things only half work

Travelling through from Almaty to Bozoi. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and as a global traveller there is some stiff competition. Gym ok and spa water was cold

Unfortunately left my shorts and T-Shirt hanging in the bathroom when I checked out. My colleague rang within 24 hours and the missing items were strangely nowhere to be seen

No laundry bags or list and so I called reception and someone came to collect it. She spoke no English and had nothing to put the clothes in and I had to supply my own bag

When we arrived the window was open and it was impossible to close it as it was nice. They fixed it only after 15 minutes. There were cats on the floor, but the cleaning lady was quick, everything else was fine.

Our room had a balcony with sea view that was lovely but also view to the water park, thankfully there was nobody there as it would be noisy. The spa area is very pleasant with a lovely swimming pool and sauna

It's out of the way so expect a long walk to the center! Overall a very nice breakfast and the room was decent! With seaside weather, it may be hard to keep the place in top shape!

It is indeed a good hotel in the area. Good location, good environment and good service. It is just a little small, but there are too few locals so it doesn't matter if it is too big. The room is not small.

Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties

Certainly, Medeo - the best hotel in Kostanay. Wonderful service, comfortable bed, excellent Breakfast. Not how much inferior to the quality of services provided of well-known network hotels. The rooms are huge.

Hotel complex "Medeu" is located in the heart of Kostanay. The complex consists of hotel, restaurant, VIP room, sauna. Close to us are all important business, cultural and administrative centers of the city.

This gostinic. Complex, where every detail is carefully refined pure! Always on the tables of fresh delicate roses! PTS. Polite and alert staff!
