Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.
Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap
The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door
But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.
I also recommend breakfast, as it's excellent. The only downside is the noise in the rooms. During the day, you can hear people shouting and laughing, but at that time, you can go to the sauna and relax
