This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out
New, modern, luxurious hotel! Excellent staff, good spa area with a swimming pool. Nearby is a new boulevard with fountains for upper walks. The price is fully consistent, at a glance you expect a higher price!
We did not stay at the hotel, we went to the fitness room there. There is a pool, but it is small. The gym is also small. The staff is very nice.

I have visited Tau Spa three times before during the winter holiday season, and this time we decided to experience it in the summer. We visited as a family with our three children
Below are my observations and suggestions. I sincerely hope the hotel and spa management will take these comments into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience
The pools were so crowded that there was barely any sunbed to move, and all the sunbeds were fully occupied. Secondly, I noticed exposed electrical cables around some of the lighting fixtures near the pools
The flooring around the pools should either be replaced with a non-slip surface or treated with a proper anti-slip solution to prevent accidents. Some of the pools, especially the VIP pool area, were not clean
On my previous visits I did not have a stroller, but this time we came with our baby. There are no ramps, lifts, or proper accessible paths for strollers or guests with disabilities to reach the pool areas

Given the limited space, clear rules and supervision are an absolute MUST, yet there’s none. Guests behave with zero manners: grown men jumping into the pool with a run up, kids screaming endlessly

While they always provide excellent service, their hospitality this time truly went above and beyond! We were upgraded to two separate rooms instead of one for the two of us, and each room had lovely welcome gifts: champagne, mandarins, and chocolates! All the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, readily assisting with any requests, questions, or needs
Our room was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the spa. Our stay was a complete success!

There's also a bar where you can drink tea or even to eat healthy wholesome food. Have wonderful time there! And most importantly with health benefits!

BUT, a backup generator and hot water system are essential. At least to be able to take a shower in the spa area or elsewhere. The location is quite far from the airport by local standards and from the main attractions
They couldn't provide a second blanket overnight because the storage area was closed. The staff kindly explained that the water and power issue wasn't specific to the hotel, but to the area
