I am too lazy to write about every product, so I wrote this paragraph. This is the Nth time I buy things online. The things are cheap and of good quality. They are good value for money

I feel safe when buying and happy when using them. There are many varieties of things and they are very complete. It is cost-effective, convenient, and affordable. Overall, I give a good review

Great size room and amazing location. Breakfast was okay

Good location for business travellers, pool, spa, massage were great. Sometimes service can be very slow, English can be a problem too except at the front desk, drinks and food available till very late so that was good

The room was very large, the bathroom was also large, and the stay was very comfortable

I liked the hotel 😊 the room was large! The windows were large and there was a great view of the city. I especially remember the pillows, soft and comfortable 🫶🏼

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.

Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

Walkable or a short taxi ride to all attractions. It's a bit dated but clean and functional. It is in the Georgian restaurant next door. I would stay again in this hotel

The hotel environment is very good, the location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. The hotel also has Old Beijing Hot Pot, which is just behind the hotel, making it very convenient for eating.

I liked the hotel, the room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean without any foreign smells, the breakfast is sufficient

We also went to the Tanghulu shop at the back door of the hotel to taste the fruit candied haws, it was so delicious! I don't usually leave comments, mainly because this hotel is so good in every aspect! ! Worth reviewing! I will only choose this hotel when I come to Astana in the future!

The hotel not only has Old Beijing Hotpot, but also Chinese Super League downstairs, which satisfies our Chinese stomachs. The hotel also has a sauna and massage room. The masseuse's technique is really professional

Personell very kind and react on all guests need. Rooms are not small and very clean. Beds are big, comfortable and with enough pillows Room are cleaning every day with replacing of towels

Staff very friendly and helpful (let me use the laundry room to iron my clothes), good hot sauna, breakfast some decent options and good coffee

The decor is a bit intense - feels like stepping into a time warp but the place has charm. Front desk staff spoke Engish which helped me a lot

Everything else is fine. I don't know if it's the local card I bought, but the network is sometimes unstable.

The room was spotless, the heating worked great, and there was 24-hour hot water. It was cleaned daily. There's also a fridge. The disposable toiletries were really high-quality and had no strange odors!

While they always provide excellent service, their hospitality this time truly went above and beyond! We were upgraded to two separate rooms instead of one for the two of us, and each room had lovely welcome gifts: champagne, mandarins, and chocolates! All the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, readily assisting with any requests, questions, or needs

Our room was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the spa. Our stay was a complete success!

Everything would be fine, but when you book and pay in advance, and then you fly in to relax, and they can't find your reservation, and you're stuck at the counter instead of sleeping...

BUT, a backup generator and hot water system are essential. At least to be able to take a shower in the spa area or elsewhere. The location is quite far from the airport by local standards and from the main attractions

They couldn't provide a second blanket overnight because the storage area was closed. The staff kindly explained that the water and power issue wasn't specific to the hotel, but to the area

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door

Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night

Fantastic, for the price is really good, I highly recommend this hotel I was here with my family, the receptionists speak e English very well, you won't have any issues in communicating in English, they supported me with the taxi request to go to the airport

But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

I also recommend breakfast, as it's excellent. The only downside is the noise in the rooms. During the day, you can hear people shouting and laughing, but at that time, you can go to the sauna and relax
