The room is very clean but housekeeper did not to re-fill shower gel in my room, they only change towel, a little bit clean the room and refill drinking water. Some light in my room was broken but it’s fine…yeah

The first receptionist I met was very nice, calm, humble, helpful and polite but another day I met the mean girl receptionist (3 members in groups, chubby girl and white slim girls) they did not speak English to me

Yah, that might true but I did not stay here before. it’s heavy door, if u gonna open just heavy push it. You will not be joker for receptionist like me. But it still fine, that’s my first time here

The restaurant is very clean and nice. She can handle everything by alone. I saw her there everyday I go, it made me I think she has day off or not. For conclusion, I suggest to stay there

When I don’t understand what she speak, she made like annoy me. I just can’t open and don’t know how to open the restaurant door. She laugh at me and did like I am stupid

The price not high, the room’s clean, the location’s great and breakfast is amazing. But not expect the service from those mean girl receptionist

I stayed one night, I liked it very much. The only thing I missed was a mirror in the room. Drying hair, doing hairdo is problematic, since there was a mirror only in the bathroom, but there was no outlet nearby

Frankly, when I first checked into the Amilia Hotel in June 2024, I didn't expect that, no offense to the residents of Ekibastuz, there was such a great hotel here. Price-location, of course, was paramount.

The reception lady is quite unfriendly. The rooms are moderate and breakfast is average. location us centrally located.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement

Nice pool with chairs and shade. Unfortunately we didn't get towels. Only russian was spoken at reception, but they were quite helpful. Parking is also easily available. Overall solid hotel given the price

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

Nice place to relax with the pool,but don't go when they have school boys it's hell no respect for tourists. And food 1

We have stayed 15 days for business purposed. Its the only hotel at Kapchagay for decent service, helpful personel, clean rooms and gentle owner ,I guess. Thanks everbody, göle ton see you next time...

Located in a residential area, quiet, calm, everything feels like home. Very friendly staff, the administrator Olesya is a nice girl. The rooms are clean, fresh and by the way they have very tasty cuisine

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. Room 402 has a separate terrace. There's a separate smoking area, and other amenities such as a conference room, sauna, and swimming pool

Of course, the restaurant doesn't control the road construction time, but still. The management should have warned guests booking a table about such inconveniences. But overall, the restaurant is excellent

The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater

We were pleasantly surprised to find such neat hotels along the highway. We were traveling from Almaty to Burabay and decided to take a break en route, and this hotel was our choice

Continental breakfast very good too. It's very convenient, the offer an early check-in as we arrived very early at Shymkent Airport but you'll have to leave at the same hour the next day

Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market

If the wedding the young are not seen, this time that was. We sat on the 9 th table, so we were having fun by themselves. It would be good if the other side did not put the tables, the guests is not very convenient

We go there on Sunday mornings for yago. Nice and quiet. The yago room has a nice large area.

The hotel isn't a Rixos or a Hilton. We stayed there from June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025 (room 212 cost 204,000 tenge). 3 adults, 2 children (2 years old). We came from cold Astana for the heat, clean air, and sea

I don't have time to describe the pros and cons, but I would come back again. I didn't rent an apartment because. I didn't know in advance if it would be a smoky place (I can't stand smells)

The climate in the village is hot, the kids got sunburned, and all their runny noses and coughs cleared up on their own

An excellent restaurant with a summer terrace, booths with different styles, and a banquet hall. The food is excellent, with delicious Caucasian dishes. Everything is top-notch.

I guess the hotel is new, it looks good on the outside, decent rooms. Clean and fresh. Staff is nice, and the food in the restaurant is good.

A quiet place, excellent staff, and unobtrusive service. Breakfasts are good, and the pastries delicious. I especially loved the view from the balcony onto the courtyard: a small oriental-style waterfall

There are big problems with WI-FI, in distant rooms the connection simply disappears, in order to talk, you need to go to the center of the corridor under the router! There is simply no way to talk! Horrible! IN SHORT, IT DOESN'T LIVE UP TO ITS STARS AT ALL!
