The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.
A very basic 2⭐ hotel, but absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and willing to help in any situation.
The room was good, with daily housekeeping that included fresh towels, shampoos, and toothbrushes. We received excellent service and assistance from the front desk

The place is clean and beautiful, has a great bathhouse(banya) and even a Chan (a big hot tub), a few pools and a small river which you can hear whooshing when you fall asleep
We rested yesterday with my family in the A-Frame house. The house has everything you need and even more - bathroom accessories, clean bedding, various utensils, a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the river, and so on

The room is very clean but housekeeper did not to re-fill shower gel in my room, they only change towel, a little bit clean the room and refill drinking water. Some light in my room was broken but it’s fine…yeah
The first receptionist I met was very nice, calm, humble, helpful and polite but another day I met the mean girl receptionist (3 members in groups, chubby girl and white slim girls) they did not speak English to me

The restaurant is very clean and nice. She can handle everything by alone. I saw her there everyday I go, it made me I think she has day off or not. For conclusion, I suggest to stay there
When I don’t understand what she speak, she made like annoy me. I just can’t open and don’t know how to open the restaurant door. She laugh at me and did like I am stupid

Continental breakfast very good too. It's very convenient, the offer an early check-in as we arrived very early at Shymkent Airport but you'll have to leave at the same hour the next day
Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market
The hotel is well located in the middle, with good big size rooms.
Bathroom is superb and spacious. Price was also very reasonable. Only point lift is between floors. Wifi was slow on upper floors

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.
The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

This place is a lot of fun! It is the highest altitude ice skating rink! Please visit! If you are under 22, you can receive a discount. There is a place to store your bags, and you can rent skates here too
For the view alone i love and will always love this place. The skating is obviously done in season. Was here for a house music festival headlined by Steve Aoki

I was on a business trip. Budget hotel, but everything was fine. Clean and comfortable.
Stayed overnight. In the room there are greasy marks on the mirror, either from someone's hands or from their heads. There is dust on the table shelf where the TV is.
