This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen, with strong security, freshness of food, gym for physical fitness, alcoholic beverages to enjoy, beautiful scenic surroundings, safe water swimming pool, and experienced staff

The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey

Very nice boutique feel to this hotel in Shymkent and has a garden area. Nice Roos and clean and stayed here in double for the equivalent of £24

There is complimentary water available too. I booked three nights in a single room via a booking platform for 24,000. I would thoroughly recommend and should I return to Aktau, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The room and adjoining ensuite were clean, comfortable and airy. There was a television, wardrobe desk and chair as-well-as a lounge armchair, AC, a refrigerator and ample other necessities included

We met at the airport and drove off in the morning, the transfer was super! The room is fresh. They have an excellent cafe, which is also a bar with delivery! Minus, there is no restaurant menu in the room

5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center. The soundproofing is terrible

Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

I wasn't at De Marco, but at Prosushi. It's a cozy place to relax in a beautiful setting, eat sushi, and drink herbal tea. The sushi is some of the best in the city
