Even though I came one day late and missed the last chance to change the check-in date free of charge according to agoda policy, the reception helpfully settle our booking problem and postpone our check-out date

It’s very cheap, so you could not complain too much about it like there are no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no elevator and too much noise at night and etc. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi is good

One more thing I would like to thank the reception who is a Russian Lady. I booked 3 Nights and paid all fees

Some rooms have kitchen, additional room, washing machine/iron, room height is amazing. You can go pool and sauna. Receptionists are know English.

Stayed for a week during isolation period. Pretty nice units with separate bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Some units have a balcony, but not all. Service is good. Food is average. Overall 5* rating.

Great place to stay for a holiday. On the 7th floor, i stayed at a 2-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. I really appreciated the comfort and quality

Lovely hotel that largely justifies its top end pricing. A little disappointed they didn't offer a bar or evening restaurant, as there aren't many food options nearby

Moreover, free Internet and access to Spa were as a cherry on the top of the cake. All this was just for 40 euro per night, including a breakfast

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The hotel is comfortable and would be rated 3/5. There are better options available, but overall it is not bad. The swimming pool is currently closed, and there is no gym

There is an air conditioner, although the remote control for it was nowhere to be found. The bed linen and towels are new. The bathroom has a shower cabin with good water pressure, as well as liquid soap and shampoo

There is a coffee machine, a hot water boiler with tea bags, as well as compote and berry fruit drink. As for dinner, the food quality leaves much to be desired — it’s better to have lunch and dinner elsewhere

Excellent hotel in a prime central location. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is satisfying. We would be happy to stay here again

A hairdryer, disposable toothbrush, and bar soap are provided. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor near the entrance. Breakfast is quite good and included in the room rate

The downside of the room is that it feels a bit uncomfortable; the layout and furniture could be better. There is no dresser for clothes, and only three hangers are provided

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars

This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel

I'm writing this review a few months later, which I've kept in my Heart for nine months. I recommend anyone traveling through Aktau to stay in Grand Nur Plaza Hotel

My family and I spent a wonderful three days at this hotel. The room was small, but clean and equipped with everything we needed. The courtyard offers convenient parking and gazebos with a children's playground

The food in the cafe is delicious. Special thanks to Pavel, he's like a magician: whatever you ask for, it's already done right there. He treats guests so well, allows everything, even standing on your ears

😂The bartender is brilliant, thanks to him too, and the waitresses are very polite and always smiling. Now I will recommend you to my friends and acquaintances. Soon you'll have no competition in the area

The entire area is under video surveillance. I'd especially like to mention the young, friendly staff, who were very attentive to our every request. The prices for laundry services were reasonable

❤️ There were 13 of us, and everyone was happy. The rooms are clean and cozy, the grounds are well-kept, there are large gazebos, a sauna, swings, and a playground, and breakfast is available

Good, full-fledged cuisine, especially meat dishes. It is possible to have dinner in a separate room, without extraneous noise, with your favorite program on TV in the background

It's a good hotel for relaxation. I'd add, "for a real vacation," because you can swim in the pool, enjoy a steam bath, work out in the mini fitness center, and everything I just mentioned is included in the price

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

I also recommend breakfast, as it's excellent. The only downside is the noise in the rooms. During the day, you can hear people shouting and laughing, but at that time, you can go to the sauna and relax

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.

For breakfast they let you order egg dishes which are very tasty. The rest of the buffet consists of a couple of cereals, boiled eggs, toast (with toaster) pastries and cold sliced meat

Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for some reason

The location is quiet and close to the city center, and the rooms are particularly large and spacious. The price is also very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful

The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the price

Everting is not good but generally is good. Better than other otels. Price is not expensive

👍 The staff is wonderful, and as we understand it, there will be a pool, a rope park, and chalet-style houses

Great place, quiet, beautiful, delicious food. The rooms are superb, everything is new. It's in the forest, next to Rixos, 15 minutes through the forest along a beautiful path. We'll definitely stay there again

The family rooms are nice and spacious, with two rooms. The hotel is new, with crisp white linens. The restaurant serves good food and is reasonably priced. The only downside is that they only serve bottled beer

The lounge bar "Myata" is 10 meters away; I was worried the music would be distracting at night, but we couldn't hear anything. We needed an early breakfast, and it was delivered to our room by 7, no problem

We had a wonderful time in Borovoe thanks to the staff at the Sultan Plaza Hotel. Everyone is great, very attentive to guests, clearly knows their responsibilities, and responds promptly to requests

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that

The ladies at the restaurant / canteen take a lot of pride in their work and one of them took time to explain me all the foods and what is what. I travelled a lot in the USA, Canada and Western Europe

Even going by the western standards, absolutely loved that place

Well, too hot inside the room, the plastic Chair inside the room ist very uncomfortable. And I don't know why they keep bird in too small cages....

There are small mini-shops near the beach. There is a 5-story swimming pool inside. The place is not bad for this region, but not for that kind of money!!!

The average bill per person is approximately 10,000 tenge and this is not a big deal. One day there was no water until lunch!!!!! In the evening, music is blaring not only in the cafe, but also among vacationers

You don't have to see it, you have to "live it"! To stay in a room, you have to book in advance. There are simply no free rooms. Today, this is the most prestigious place, in my opinion

The road, considering the distance from Astana, is good. However, it's very dangerous – there are many accidents. I recommend everyone visit at least once and spend their vacation here

The resort in Balkhash is gaining momentum. Of course, it's still a long way from Borovoe. In 15-20 years, it'll be fantastic. And the Zhemchuzhina hotel complex lives up to its name

Really great place for family holidays. Great views, swimming pool, lots of activities (horse riding in the hills was wow), both for adults and kids

Improvements: - service in the restaurant is very variable, we had a some of the best service I have experienced in Kz at lunch (a gentleman named Nursultan) but in the evening it was really not as good

Fresh fish was very delicious. Service quality was fast and perfect. Landscape was amazing, like paradise!

Two Banya attendants were very friendly and experienced, had lots of laughs and nice heartfelt conversations in between our “torture” :) Food, would not really recommend, however all wait staff were friendly and fast

Great place, clean, included in the entrance fee (chaise lounge under a canopy, trampolines on the water, slides, children's pool, all of this is unlimited, one time for the water carousel, cars), they sell food and drinks, there are many places to sit and have a snack, there are many trestle beds for rent in good places) the only thing is that some of the trampolines on the water don't have time to...

Pretty nice lunch is given there, really liked it a lot. The rooms are clean and the serve is A+. I would really recommend this place for my friends and colleagues.

I had a nice room with bathroom for 9000,- T. I could put my bicycle in an office on the ground floor. Good location in the centre of the city

Satisfactory hotel with minimal service but good value for the budget conscious in an old ex-soviet style. Fine for a few days for a visit to a great town.

The room already contains towels, slippers, brushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, gel, shaving kit, cups, mugs. They asked for a kettle, brought it very quickly. The mattresses are soft, slept well

We only found out about this this year when we came back with our family. Breakfasts are gone, and they've started charging extra for the rooms for tourists. Unless you're a resident of Kazakhstan

We've even been to Borovoe, where they also charge a service charge for the hotel and cafe. The hotel is good, and we like it. Have a great vacation, everyone! Thank you for your hospitality!

The service was perfect, especially the girls at reception, who were very kind when I needed to check out. 😊 The drain in the room wasn't working properly, but the air conditioning was perfect

I had to get closer to turn it on because I couldn't get it out of bed, but the rest of the controls could be operated while lying down. A fairly large and pleasant room. 2 mirrors in the room + one in the bathroom

I'll try to be as constructive as possible. We booked a deluxe room for a couple. 90% of the time, there was someone at reception available for assistance (we asked for extra slippers and they provided them)
