Good location for my visitings locally! I have been in this hotel for many times.
The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect.
Great stay.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Courteous staff
Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard.
Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while.
Environment: Parking was very convenient.
Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good.
Exceded my expectations, very clean and hassle free.
I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

All employees are very kind. Also, the foods are good.
I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The beds were super comfy. The activities and events at the resort were awesome, transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun. The only thing that I didn't like was the doors to the rooms. They slammed very loud. Otherwise my experience was a 5 out of 5.
I booked two (2) rooms at the Beach Palace and was happy with the rooms with the exception of the A/C which kept running which was fine, I just needed to redirect the fan. The issue I had was with downstairs, the salespeople booked me to go with my 5 children to Moon Palace for a day pass, when Moon Palace mentioned that all my children had to participate in a 90 minute presentation, I told them I...
The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the food is good.
First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Great experience. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. They loved it. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool. Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Great room service 24/7. Speedy and great options. Staff were super...
We really had a good stay in this Hotel. Staff was great and service is A1 excellent! Food was also great tasting with a lot to choose from. The hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean! Would love to stay here again and their other Hotel chains! Seemed like a very good hotel company. Shout out to Angelo and Ferdina at breakfast buffet, as well as all the staff at Smoke house restaurant for...

Spacious room and adults only resort is nice! Food options were good and resort is in a convenient location.
Clean resort, lots of activities, able to find a beach chairs easily throughout the day, really good food. Enjoyed the tres leches cake.
At check in we were told we would be given an up grade, when in fact the room had only one bed. We specifically stated that we needed 2. No apology, needless to say we were downgraded.
We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful. My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time. The staff worked...
Finally got around to writing this review!
My friends and I stayed at Sandos in Cancun from November 4th to 8th, and I just had to share our experience.
I’ve been to Cancun many times — I truly love this place. But this was my first time staying at this particular hotel.
To be honest, at first, I was ready to write a very negative review because the hotel turned out to be a bit different from what...
Food was awful. Buffet was cold or dried out. Service was average at best in restaurants. The adults only crowd was loud w party music, not relaxing or peaceful. Not enough seats at pool or on beach. Massage, room service staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Sauna in spa broke, hot tub dirty and needed cleaned. OVERALL GREAT LOCATION, would not recommend for adults looking for peace & quiet...

The staff are amazing! Special shoutout to Odalys at the check-in counter, Mario my butler and Salvador, the server in the buffet!
Great food, perfect size pool. Average beach, entertainment was not as good as past visits. Had first couples massage it was excellent. Had average weather and low numbers at hotel which may have effected experience.
friendly and caring staff, and entertainment and performances are great.
The food is not great compared to other things, especially in restaurants.
I recommend going to the SHE restaurant, not because of the food, but for the performance
Great staff, beautiful structure (general and bedroom), well taken care of, and amazing party vibes.
Very respinsive staff.
Maintenance is completed promptly
Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.
All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing
The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. The toilet would run constantly unless you lifted the lid and made sure that the flappervalve was in place. The lobby had a chair with the fabric hanging down below off the bottom. However, the staff was nice at the hotel. The...
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience.
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything...
There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.
Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.
Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

We have had a lovely 10 day stay at Emporio Cancun. The food was absolutely fantastic. Prepared freshly and beautifully. Mine and my partners experience here was extremely positive. We didn’t go all inclusive so can’t comment on the food etc, but the hotel and service we received was great, the hotel was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The private beach was wonderful and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we was far enough out of the hotel zone and only a bus ride away or 6 dollars on...
We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my wife and our 8-year-old twin daughters, and we were honestly surprised by the high quality of the hotel—it was well above what we expected.
The gastronomic experience was a major highlight. Being able to secure reservations at renowned restaurants like Fasano and Bacoli made our trip truly special; the food was world-class.
Another point that deserves special praise...
Good value for money. The hotel is close to the airport, and it’s very convenient since buses to supermarkets, malls, and downtown run frequently. I was especially impressed by how dedicated the beach lifeguards were—they clearly take safety very seriously.
There are quite a lot of stairs, which can be a bit tiring at first, but after a few days you start to figure out shortcuts, so it becomes manageable...
Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. Great experience
The facilities and the staff are great.
The hotel area it’s under a massive construction, (The Minerva) and the traffic to get to the hotel it’s super slow, but looking forward to see the final results in that area of the city.

I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.
The room was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. They were clean. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night. That only happened our last night there. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.
Hotel is looking tired and so are the rooms. Upgraded to a master suite and while it was quite spacious the room looked quite old and tired. The main bathroom was a tiny inspite of it being a suite. Not worth the price at all. Nespresso coffee refills came with a charge as did extra water. Service was ok and rooms were kept clean. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants on Paseo...
Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.

What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!
I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern. Nice hotel and restaurant. Went for the atmosphere of the rock n roll restaurant. Would've been nice to visit the pool side bar at roof, but it was reserved for non-existing hotel clients.

The beach outside the hotel was great! Foods were terrible
We transferred from the adjacent Sunscape resort and had specifically requested a direct ocean-facing room. Had the most amazing time at Grand park Royal cancun! Brought my two teenage daughters with for a relaxing time. Absolutely loved the all-inclusive. I'm already planning to go back soon!
The all-inclusive resort was quite good. The room was nice and had great views. The beach right in front was one of the most beautiful in the area and was free of sargassum (we went for a walk one day and some of the surrounding hotels had beaches covered in sargassum).

Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Mérida. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, with an ideal location near Paseo de Montejo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.
I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at best. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant. Very low quality in all aspects. Do not recommend.
Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
We really liked the hotel, in a very good area, close to main streets. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I am considering it for future visits.
The staff were very nice but I think the property needs to be updated. Over all great experience!

Good location in the heart of the Zona Rosa, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, overall recommendable.
This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel in this price range without a closet door and stains all over the sheets and pillows.
The room is supposed to allow you to request items via a QR code, but I requested slippers and a new sheet, but they didn't.
The noise was as loud as I'd heard all night, making it difficult to sleep.
The hallway in front of the room was so cold that a draft blew into...
The room was spacious, but I felt it lacked the basics of a hotel. First, when I checked in, the circuit breaker in my room had tripped, so none of the outlets had power. They came to fix it, and it finally worked. Also, the cleaning staff came in around 8:30 in the morning while I was still sleeping, and when they noticed I was asleep, they left. After that, even though I left the room vacant from...

Location is great. It is very clean. But very small box. very noisy, specially the closing door bang!!!
Not bad, but it's not as good as many other Courtyard hotels. However, its convenient location and excellent breakfast make up for it. The breakfast was even better than some of the highly-rated Mexican restaurants I've tried!
The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 1, making it perfect for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are good. The breakfast environment and taste are also quite good. The staff are friendly and provide professional service.
For the comfort and convenience to get to Mexico International airport, this is a good hotel to select if you are flying early in the morning!
Perfect for travelling from intentional airport. Friendly service.
A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Close to the airport, not cheap, average service, no one even takes the luggage!
Bad service. I arrived after 2:00 to check in and they didn't serve me until 4:00. The sheets hadn't been changed in the room since I found hair on the bed and pillows. Toilet paper was less than half used and they didn't change it. I wouldn't return.
Good , just room service never arrive , rest perfect excellent service
The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day...
The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.

Be aware that this is a resort highly driven to recruit club members. The Carolco presentation was disguised as a part of the check in process which I absolutely think is a terrible way of beginning a vacation. Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
Room was excelent, had an excelent stay.
We had a nice stay, the spa team needs a reminder on service and attention to detail
Staff extremely attentive and courteous 5*
The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.

Appreciated the lovely stay. Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly.
The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular. Excellent stay and looking forward to returning:)
Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.
We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.
The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.
