The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant
Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel, even when asked for them.
Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.
Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.
THE SECOND DAY THEY DIDN'T LEAVE US WATER OR COFFEE. I HAD TO SPEAK TO RECEPTION, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.
Facilities: Good
Sanitation: Good
Environment: Good
Service: Good

Some amenities a bit outdated, but would come back for the lovely stuff, and nice food and drinks.
The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.
I highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.
Provide more night activities.
Great resort! Enjoyed our stay at oleo Cancun playa. Will be back again
Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.
Overall, a very...
We stayed here for two days, and it was average compared to our hotel stays. Personally, I did not like the location because it lacked lighting across the street.
The rooms are great, except for the view we had. I also had to run down to the lobby to reactivate my room keys, which was annoying.
The location is very good, walkding distances to many attractions.
Staff is nice and helpful. Will choose the hotel at next time
Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California. Everything about this stay was top quality. Check in was a breeze. The staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room, room 511, far exceeded expectations. It's a large room. Immaculately clean on check...
Facilities: The facilities are top-notch, very satisfied. The gym has a wide variety of equipment.
Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors.
Environment: The environment is very good; the rooms and hallways are very clean.
Service: The service attitude is excellent.
My stay
To my standard i had a very good experience very clean and quiet place everything u need is available
Excellent Customer Service and Dining options
We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.
Night clerk was excellent in customer service and helpful. My only issue is the card key that would get locked and had to constantly go down stair to get it clear.
Bussines trip
The hotel is very far from downtown ( it will take 45-1 hour to get there so if looking to go around we aware that you have very few options nearby. The bathrooms although clean have deteriorated fixtures, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall and was falling all the time, the iron had a retracting cable than won’t stay our and even after we asked for a new one it was not replaced...
Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing...
Not bad, not bad. Now there are some buildings being built outside and there are shops making noise. It is near the industrial area.
This hotel is a walking to all the historic places, busy market etc.. very centric.. nice
Excellent service from all the staff and very good condition of the hotel and its rooms.
The location was great, the night view from the rooftop on the 11th floor was great, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great hotel. I would stay here again.
I think is a good hotel, because the location is excelent and confortable
The terraza bar was good, the staff is friendly, just bring your own shampoo
The room was dirty, with grease stains all over the headboard. The bathroom had stains, and there was hair on the bed. The reception service was very poor. Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. The service at the restaurant and bar was very good.
Pretty decent hotel, and best of all I’d say is probably the location. I did like that it’s very close to the ADO Cancun bus station. And a 7-11 right next door.
There are many restaurants around the hotel. Although it looks a bit dark at night, it's still quite safe. The front desk staff speaks English.
Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired...
The hotel front desk service attitude is very bad! Unbearably bad! But the room service is still OK
It was short trip, staff was friendly
Nice breakfast
Close by downtown
But too far by hotelzone
The room was large and spacious, and the food in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The quilt was too old and too thin.
Amazing resort for families.
The water park is cute.
Amazing little beach.
The photographer on the beach was phenomenal.
The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy.
The side across the road where we were; I will say the rooms are not awesome. The beds felt like a rock. Super sore from those.
We did expect more traditional Mexican food...
Clean room with air conditioning. We get vacation for 4 kids and all of them was happy. Nice place.
The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio... Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly.
I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!
Good place, quality/price ratio
The service is nice, the food is delicious, the facilities are good although they need more maintenance.
The only good thing is that it is right on the beach, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.
Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.
Reasonable place when you encounter a bargain. Well priced towards what you get. It is an EXPO visitor place. During EXPO prices fly sky high- here I would really doubt the price towards quality. Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized.
They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great...
You can hear people talking on the corridor very it clearly.
Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
Very nice king room, although it was not the check-in time, they let us check in early without any extra charge. The service and breakfast are very good, thank you 🙏

Benidorm is a perfect place if you are looking for a spot close to everything! It has a privileged location, the price is good and the hotel is clean, it’s always a great choice.
It's quite old and a bit noisy on the roadside.
Almost there, Shadow, I'm awesome
The rooms along the main street were very hot, and the central air conditioner had poor cooling effect and was extremely noisy. After staying there for a day, I had to move to a room on the other side to get a good night's sleep. Others are OK
Decent hotel. Big room. Nice view. Friendly staff. Small gym.
TODO MUY BIEN, el servicio es maravilloso, nos trataron de lo mejor, muy recomendable
Good hotel overall, cleanliness, service.
Very good, very comfortable stay
Excellent location, excellent service
Very good treatment with the staff
The experience was great. The price was affordable and I stayed in a suite with a kitchen.
If I come next time, I will order this package again.
I hope the price will not increase. I didn't believe it was so cheap at first
The hotel is average, the environment is average, there is a large MALL 1 km away, so life is quite convenient.

Minimalistic room great for a quick trip to the city, clean and convenient
Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced. Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from...
The room was clean and hygienic.
I used for 1 night and it was perfect
I used just for 1 night. And it was just perfect fot what i needed it for
Good for short business trips
The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation
A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

Very modern Hotel, enjoyed to stay here for my short stop over. The breakfast is great
Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.
Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped
Location is good, excellent. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is nice. The only thing is, they don’t have toothpaste and slippers provide.. I would expect they have these with this price.
Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean.
Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.
Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

This hotel is well located next to the huge shopping mall of Santa Fe. The room was clean and staff were polite. However based on how worn out the rooms are (grouting missing in shower tiling, rattling fixtures, scratched furniture throughout) I would not recommend. Staff also need a bit more training. Breakfast hot food was stone cold. Plates not heated and breakfast room not heated either meant breakfast...
Excellent service..specially Edith at the front desk!!! Karen was also very helpful. The front desk manager Mayeli was also very attentive and had a great attitude towards our recommendations. We will for sure return and consider NH hotel in Santa Fe as option for R&R.
It is somewhat of an old hotel, or maybe they just haven't invested money in remodeling it. Rooms are OK, clean as they should be. Don't expect free parking, they'll charge by the night around $6 USD. The breakfast buffet is terrible and overpriced. The complete experience at the hotel is overpriced for what it is.
Breakfast was poor. No bacon despite posters advertising same. Food was left out on ambient temperature plates from 6am to 1pm. Room was poor with no coffee machine (had to call to reception for one which did not work correctly. Bathroom was dirty with mold in toilet. Booked a meeting room but staff could not understand my request for access and charged 50 pounds for half a days use of ohp. My colleague...
The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. It is relatively not far from the hotel to go shopping and eat.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring...
Not worth the money for an All Inclusive, not much foods options at the buffet.
Clean and sanitary, good service
First of all, it has everything for the price
The room condition was also good
It was available before check-in
It was connected to the sea, so it was good to go see.
The variety of restaurants was a bit disappointing
We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.
The room is a bit old and not suitable for the elderly. There are too many ups and downs.

Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. We appreciated having convenient outlets to plug in our devices at the desk and next to the bed.
This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.
It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.
Staff verry friendly and helpful, had an issue that was resolved right away and i mean right away, traveled with family and will cone back nost def, if you have the opportunity go to the bar drinks are AMAZING
Very helpful front desk agent, Benjamin. I've never met a more helpful and service oriented hotel employee. Keep up the good work.
Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

Good locación after concert and breakfast
Amazing hotel near to the airport the breakfast super delicious all the service are perfect
The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.
The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.
The breakfast is fantastic. I always stay here when I'm in Mexico City. The service is excellent, and there's a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant has been renovated and is quite nice, and the prices are reasonable.
The breakfast and service were very good. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Mexico City!
Mexico City, Paseo de la Reforma #208 Col. Juarez Esq 🧭 Map
The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.
Breakfast is OK, overall service is good, location is good, very convenient
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma for a family trip, and we had a terrible experience that significantly impacted our trip to Mexico City. I have been waiting for a response to my feedback through their survey system (IHG hotels), but they have been ignoring me for over a month now. I want to share my experience with them.
We reserved the King suite for 4 nights but were given the regular...
Quite noisy, poor soundproofing in the room
Next to Reform Avenue, don't choose a city view room, it's right next to the road and it's so noisy, there's not even a free drink of water in the lobby on the first floor, it's just so-so
The hotel is in a commercial complex. Shopping and eating are very convenient
