The Westin Cancun Resort Villas & Spa, Cancun1 / 30
9.0
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcan Km 20.5 🧭 Map
We have stayed at this resort several times, and we continue to love it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location — toward the South end of the hotel zone —offers a quieter, more relaxing beach experience. The entertainment team is excellent, and it was great to see Ana still there. The gym has been updated with new equipment, and it was noticeably better than during our last visit. ...
Courteous staff. Oscar, the FlowRider instructor was phenomenal. Restaurants were good.
I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc.) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours. Breakfast buffet...
We stayed as a part of our vacation club ownership. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, special shoutout to our assigned concierge representative- Brenda, I also enjoyed activities (HIIT, water aerobics) with Geromo. They have multiple pools on property, direct access to the beach. Also both the sports bar and the Sea &Stone restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our stay.
The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Their Buffet was terrible. Food was dry and sitting too long. No variety. They would close 2 pools in the evening and all guest had no option than to all be in one pool , but they advertise 3 pools. The jacuzzi temperature...
Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding along with several other guests. Ideal location, great service, excellent breakfast, and the suite was lovely. They were extremely thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed during the weekend. Thank you!
Awesome stay, don’t skip the roof deck…awesome!
Groovy with a family vibe !! The Condesa DF feels like family !! The staff of so kind and the hotel is cool with an amazing cozy vibe !! Get a room with a big balcony !! It’s heaven !! The location cannot be beat !!
Very disappointed. They did not have room we reserved, it was VERY loud from 5-7 with Libby noise and film crew literally outside our window. Good vibe but not a good value! Expensive and not maintained well.
Rooms are very simple. It’s a little too stark to feel comfortable.
The Condesa Hotel is within a quiet, tree-lined area of Mexico City with a very local Mexican, not touristy feel. Our terrace was lovely just outside our glass-walled bedroom!

Good location. Rooms are super small and you can hear everything in the hallways. Better options close by for the price.
This hotel is in need of a little TLC, but it's okay, generally speaking. Housekeeping services seemed to be somewhat lacking - e.g. the floor was not clean or swept properly. The bathroom was incredibly small with hardly enough room for one person to move freely. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows okay. They have a great rooftop garden and restaurant, serving good local food (including...
Small but very comfortable. Only issue I've had is the light that comes in from hallway. But I've stayed several times and will continue to come. Very close to all the tourists spot in downtown CDMX.
The room was adequate and clean. Not a lot of elbow room though. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, very close to el Zócalo and Calle Madero.
This hotel is located in the historic district, in a perfect location for getting around. The room had a high ceiling and was small, but didn't feel cramped. The bed was unusually high. The bathroom also had a high step, so I was nervous about accidentally falling in. Amenities included shampoo and soap. There was no treatment, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it. There was a hairdryer...
Stayed here for 5 nights in early June. Great location in the historical centre. Close to several sights and attractions. Only 15-20 mins via Uber from the airport. Despite the central location, it still felt quiet. Rates were similar to other hotels but the location was what won me over. Rooms are standard. Nothing special but nothing to complain about. I actually felt they were bigger than expected...

Nice hotel, plenty of Activities during the day & evening Entertainments. Clean & tidy Bit of a faff trying to book Restaurants for evening meals, some All inclusive areas are not all inclusive depending on your booking
I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. I truly enjoyed the cultural and artistic events, especially the Mexican folk dances, the mariachi performances, and the karaoke nights. I was also impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, at the Akeru restaurant, the manager Laura and the waiters Eludio and Francisco gave me such a warm welcome that they made my stay even...
When I booked my vacation stay, I didn't realize it was all-inclusive. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the cost of the hotel room included all meals and unlimited drinks, including alcoholic beverages. The pools and beach were great; and, there were daily activities for kids and adults. The resort was great and the value was amazing.
We just left The Sens Cancún. It is a resort suites for young families. We had two seventeen year olds and there was not enough to do for them. There are no tennis courts or basketball. Just beach volleyball. The oasis beside the Sens was the only spot for some daytime games. Not as much as we are use to at resorts. It is relatively small as well. The room we had was modern and clean. There are limited...
Excellent resort, and we really enjoyed it. Location is fantastic, it's close to everything, and pretty well placed in the hotel zone. Atmosphere is great, it's vibing and popping pretty much throughout the day. There are 14 restaurants on sites, as well as numerous snack bars, coffee shops, alcohol bars etc, so the value for money is incredible! The Rooms are a little bit dated, but overall, they...
From existing reviews it may be hard to gather a good overview of this property. Our recent stay was our second in 2 years. We have found this property perfect for families with kids 12 and under. The sugar sand is protected by off shore reefs and somewhat of a natural cove, thusly waved breaking at the beach are non existent. Little ones can wade many meters into the the calm ocean. The people are what made this hotel wonderful .. they truly were so kind and never said no just found out a solution for us ! The cinnamon rolls for breakfast were the best we have EVER had!
I spent 3 nights in this hotel on a vacation trip to Oaxaca. The hotel is very close to the historic center of the city. The staff is very welcoming, with a person at the door at all times who actually knows your name. Breakfast is free, limited but very tasty options. The rooms are in modern style, with bare floors and minimalist furniture. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean with a good shower and...
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Escondido Oaxaca. The service is outstanding, and the hotel, though small, is designed with beautiful public spaces to relax: with a cup of coffee in the courtyard, take in sun by the rooftop pool, or sip a cocktail at the rooftop bar. The room design is simple and elegant. And the location is perfect, close by the city center and main shopping areas. We could not...

There was so much thought into details when it came to saying there. I’ll def be back!! I stayed in 3 places while in Mexico City and Nina by far was the best stay!
Our stay at Nima Local House Hotel was truly exceptional—a beautifully designed house in the heart of Roma, perfectly located just steps away from everything. Evening tea, aroma therapy, snacks and a delicious breakfast in the atrium or rooftop are an added bonus. The detail to personal attention cannot be beat. There are elevators, for those that are challenged by stairs.

I had a good experience. Nice, clean and spacious. Centric location, about 20-30 min. from major destinations.
Room service & customer service are great no complaints 👌 👍. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness.. beds are clean the room is also keep well maintained .. my only downfall was the AC vents needed cleaning in overall , I would come back again here. Most definitely recommend it 👌.

Not sure why this hotel is so highly rated. Nothing about it is terrible, but the devil is in the details. The Good: - Staff is super friendly, incl. the valet - Rooftop pool and bar are really nice and a great feature - Overall layout of the hotel is charming - Great water pressure and genourous rooms The not so good: - Upon check-in, they tried charging us a 240/day "resort fee". During my stay in the summer of 2023 at a hotel renowned for its excellent pool facilities, I encountered a mixed bag of experiences that shaped my overall impression. A very nice hotel. Good service. A dog was barking next to our room, so we called the front desk and asked for a different room, but there were no better ones available. Then they sent someone to talk to the neighbor (or the neighbor's dog). We never heard any noise after that. The restaurant is very nice. However, I don't like the coffee there. Breakfast was okay.
We loved the hotel. The room and patio were beautiful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good (coffee, juice, fruit, bread, and a dish chosen from the menu), and the attention was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Stayed at Hotel Muare and it truly felt like a hidden oasis in Tulum. The entire vibe is calm, aesthetic, and perfectly curated — from the private villa-style rooms to the beautiful jungle surroundings. We stayed here for 10 nights in February with my partner and had an amazing trip. The hotel is located down some bumpy roads, but we had no issues in a standard sedan as long as we drove slowly. We much preferred staying in Tulum town rather than the beach area, as everything was far more affordable...

The hotel itself is pretty good—the room is clean and has basically everything you need. However, the music from the rooftop is VERY loud and goes on until midnight, making it impossible to sleep. Beautiful, quiet hotel. The staff were all great! Very kind, and attentive. The bar/ restaurant staff were top notch! They made the best piña colada I’ve ever had. Beautiful and historic property, lovely rooms and huge bathrooms. The grounds are amazing but seem 50% inactive and it was eerily empty for our visit in late January. Also, few staff speak English. Location is 30 minutes from center of Merida. Still, we loved it and recommend it.
Spotless room, beautiful grounds, helpful staff.
This is a fantastic place tucked away near the airport in Merida. The Hacienda was first built in 1640 but it is like a lavish resort in the middle of the jungle. With cenote, swimming pool pools, a first class spa and excellent accommodations
