Very nice, comfortable and good service - great for solo travels and with pets
Very good stay. A suitable place for layover travelers.
The location is very convenient. I arrived shortly after getting off the plane. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was no odor. The sheets were also clean. It was a great hotel.
Best hotel in the area, situated in terminal 2 Mexico City airport. The breakfast is great! I definitely recommend it
The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.
Great choice for lodging at the Mexico City Airport, especially if your flights are on T2.

The hotel is very cozy and confortable, I got the junior suite room and it is far better than what I have seen in other hotels, I got very nice view to the city and a place for me, I wish I came before, since this is my first time in this hotel, so I will book here more often when being in Guadalajara, by the way, the brunch is the best buffet I have seen, they have cantaritos on your demand and...
Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the hotel for the entire weekend and appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The lobby was clean and stylish, and we were especially grateful to be allowed an early check-in since a room was available — a thoughtful gesture that started our stay on a positive note.
The room was serviced daily, which we appreciated; however, toiletries and teas were not replenished, which was a bit...

Very nice room but noisy on the Periférico road side. great room cleaning staff, great concierge and friendly reception staff.
The rooms a very clean. The staff was always friendly, helpful, efficient and anticipate my needs. I have a very positive experience that I decided to stay longer at the hotel.
There was just always a little something wrong. No hot water …no coffee, only one cup. No sugar or cream in the room, room never got just cold enough. That sort of thing.
Good, I’d stay here again. Didn’t care for the restaurants at all. Nothing was really good. Kinda expensive for sandwiches for one evening I thought. And they were just ok. The room was clean . Nice comforter and...
The hotel was ok because it was close to my family but I think is kind of dated and next to a very congested area in terms of cars, but that’s Mexico City everywhere
I love the hotel and the view of the room. Excellent service thank you so much.
Very convenient if you need access to the hospital. Traffic was a little crazy to drive in the surrounding area so being able to walk from hotel to hospital was perfect

I will stay here again next time unless I can book it. It is antique and has a good atmosphere.
A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.
The location was good and the rooms were spacious.
It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel.
Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.
The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.
Very good location
Friendly staff
Very nice classic lobby
But very outdated rooms
Wifi very slow
overall, it was a graet experience with this hotel. Especialy, the interior of the hotel was amazing.

Room is good and clean. Breakfast buffet is really good and lots of varieties available. Overall very good
The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it.
We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing.
At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos...
The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.
The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 1...

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK
Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard... Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart if you forgot to pack something.
The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly with a great attitude, making them very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
However, I was disappointed with Moxaico, the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was bland and lacked flavor; the presentation could have been better. Given the restaurant's modern and upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable dining experience.
First timer here. Only stayed a night. Lovely hotel. Bed was heavenly. Shower was therapeutic - loved it. Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. But tips should be discretionary and not mandatory and it should be based on service. Only thing he did was bring me water and he didn’t even bother...

Excellent staff!! They’re so accommodating and flexible. They made sure we would enjoy our stay here. And loved the food!! Food in the buffet was not the same everyday, which I really liked. Definitely recommended!!
Everything was perfect. We just had one bad dinner experience where almost all the food during dinner was over 1.5 hours before the restaurant closing time.
The room was always very clean and the staff were nice. The food was ok nothing too crazy.
Resort is good. Food was ok. Staff was courteous. You have all the amenities mentioned. Beach is accessible and beautiful.
But, this is more of a hotel than resort. Definitely not 4 stars. Very deceiving about rooms as beach view rooms has balcony but only for standing, it is not a conventional balcony. It’s a half baked experience rather than a full scale resort experience. Food could be better....
room was good, food quality specially the fish (cheapest tilapia fish was served again and again had no choice but to eat) was bad.
Think twice before booking the second trip at this location.
Nice property, pretty chill. Small pool with only 2 restaurant in the resort. Easy access to public transportation and walkable distance to party zone.

Great cost / quality balance. Clean rooms.

Easy transport access.
Definitely 100% recommended.
Clean room, great staff, just a bit on the older side and somewhat noisy
The room was clean, the food was delicious, about the staff, the reception service and some waiters could improve their attitude and service. Thank you.
HOTEL EN EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN CERVA DE TODO, PERSONAL AMABLE TODAS LAS AREAS Y ME PERMITIERON DEJAR MALETAS ANTES DE LA ENTREGA DE LA HABITACIÓN.

I rather go to Westin or Hilton right beside this hotel!
The service was soooo poor.
Had to pay for the Wifi.(been to many countries & many hotels and it was my first time)
No tips, no service.:)
A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.
I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late.

TL;DR : The facility is great. The food is not good at all. Mixed feelings about service being a non-Solaris member. As another reviewer said, it was more like 3.5 star stay for me.
This hotel is very much for elderly white people (mostly with Solaris Club membership) so if you fit in that demographic, it’ll be a wonderful stay. It reminded me of the movie Snowpiercer. Lots of grandmas and grandpas...
We are at our 4th day in this resort which is about halftime for our trip and at first we have been stunned by the beauty and the staff and thought this is the perfect place. But after a while we could see the flaws. We had booked a king room but ended up with a double queen which we were able to change after 2 days but this was a big mistake. Do not book a King bed room here. All the rooms have connecting...
It was an amazing experience here at GR Solaris Caribe as my first time being in Cancun. The resort was beautiful and the people were so nice. I felt like I got what I paid for in terms of what they offer.

Stay on the adult only part of this Hotel and you will have fantastic vacation. I booked sea facing luxary twin room....they are great, but offer no balcony - but windows can be open (sea with its waves can be loud).

We stayed at Caribe and at first thought we made a mistake not booking Cancun, but actually both hotels are connected and share activities. In the end, Caribe felt much better – authentic, beautiful buildings (like Santorini), and a very warm welcome.

Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber.
