It'a good choice if you aren't to picky
It's a great location near several shops and restaurants. The room was super nice, with an open hot tub.
Hotel Era Tulum & Ritual Spa – Best Wellness Retreat in Tulum "My stay at Hotel Era in Tulum was nothing short of amazing! The hotel offers a serene, luxury experience with beautifully designed rooms that provide the perfect space to relax. The peaceful atmosphere helped me unwind and truly enjoy my time in Tulum. One of the highlights of my trip was the Ritual Spa, just a short walk from the hotel...
Teresa at the reception was absolutely perfect and accommodating; she definitely adds value to the entire hotel. It's a pleasure to have staff like her.
I had an amazing stay at Era in Tulum! The hotel offers a unique, serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Tulum. The design is stunning, with local touches that make the space feel both luxurious and authentically connected to the area. The staff was incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The spa facilities, especially the cold...
I had a last minute booking and was a little stranded in Tulum for a day. I booked here and as soon as I walked in felt so at ease. Jumped into the refreshing pool. The Argentinian lady at the front desk was so sweet and hospitable. The room was clean & decorated nicely and the shower was excellent! The location is right off a road with nice restaurants and shopping. As well had a good little taco...

Perfect location to explore Condessa and Roma Norte. About 30mins walk to Chapultepec Park. Lots of restaurants, cafes within a 5-10min walk. Lots of tree-lined streets and nice architecture. Felt completely safe walking around alone even in the evenings (solo female traveller). Such a lovely area of Mexico City. The room I had was very spacious and had all the usual amenities — including bottled water...
Executive king room with balcony and spacious bathroom. No VIP perk bottle of wine was provided but it wasn’t that important. Refillable filtered bottle of water provided. Had to ask for coffee maker. Nice, spacious, fairly quiet room. Bed was very high off the ground. If you’re short, that may be a problem. Shower floor was very slippery and had to step up on a raised platform to use the toilet....
Okay is my rating. Beautiful neighborhood but Flow is off a Main Street making it a noisy stay. Large room with windows that open. Pics look better than in person. I give this a 3.5 out of 5.
The room was large and clean. The bath arrangement is very strange — the toilet and sink are behind a swinging glass door (that leaves little to the imagination) and are raised by about 8 inches. Shower is at ground level outside that. (No handrails in the shower, but a decal warning that the floor is slippery.) Our room was at the front, and that’s a big, busy, noisy street.
Staff were generally...
Amenities are bare minimum, elevator has a mind of its own. Energy went out for a full day, had to bring luggage down the stairs from a third floor. Location was great, staff courteous. Bathroom and shower don’t have privacy, and are up a step rather high - not ideal for an elder person. Floor in shower extremely slippery. Had to put towels on floor while showering to avoid falling. Too expensive for...
Room very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent little gym. Great location.

Kukum Tulum Hotel was a dream. The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Staff was very helpful and were always going above and beyond for us. The hotel itself was amazing. Very quiet and serene. I will definitely book again.
Disappointed in the room...what's the point of having a private pool room if I can't enjoy it?!?! It was filthy...like not cleaned or maintained at all
They were working on the room next door (I can see pool & talked to the workers) & it was cleaner than ours.
The pool & bar upstairs was being repaired...so I had no pool for my birthday vacation.
The bottle of wine offered as advertised, was not...
Very good place, I loved spending a weekend with my wife in the place, I hope to be able to return soon because without a doubt I loved the attention too much, I highly recommend it if you want to have a pleasant time.
I highly recommend the hotel. the staff was very attentive in everything, they had a surprise for us in the room since we were celebrating our anniversary. The pool has a great view and is private. I love
Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed the pool which is located in the room. my room was very large which were very cool. We rented some bikes at the front desk to go to the beach and it was great. We enjoyed everything
My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Tulum, the hotel we chose surprised us a lot. It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

Good location. Rooms are super small and you can hear everything in the hallways. Better options close by for the price.
This hotel is in need of a little TLC, but it's okay, generally speaking. Housekeeping services seemed to be somewhat lacking - e.g. the floor was not clean or swept properly. The bathroom was incredibly small with hardly enough room for one person to move freely. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows okay.
They have a great rooftop garden and restaurant, serving good local food (including...
Small but very comfortable. Only issue I've had is the light that comes in from hallway. But I've stayed several times and will continue to come. Very close to all the tourists spot in downtown CDMX.
The room was adequate and clean. Not a lot of elbow room though. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, very close to el Zócalo and Calle Madero.
This hotel is located in the historic district, in a perfect location for getting around.
The room had a high ceiling and was small, but didn't feel cramped. The bed was unusually high.
The bathroom also had a high step, so I was nervous about accidentally falling in.
Amenities included shampoo and soap.
There was no treatment, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it. There was a hairdryer...
Stayed here for 5 nights in early June. Great location in the historical centre. Close to several sights and attractions. Only 15-20 mins via Uber from the airport. Despite the central location, it still felt quiet. Rates were similar to other hotels but the location was what won me over.
Rooms are standard. Nothing special but nothing to complain about. I actually felt they were bigger than expected...

The hotel environment was okay, but the staff's service attitude was very poor. The power was out for most of the day on the second day of my stay, and the staff didn't provide satisfactory answers when I asked them.
Positive review. A small villa-style hotel with a kitchen, perfect for a family, and excellent value for money. The beach is right outside the door; a very unique hotel. Highly recommended.
The hotel is very nice, with pools and a private beach. The staff are welcoming and offer helpful advice. There's an ATM and a supermarket in the hotel, which is very convenient.
The room is clean. The Beach is beautiful and the service is really good.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the service is very friendly, I liked it a lot
Wonderful place, perfect for family vacation! Definitely will come back again! We found all our needs and feel like home in amazing place. Only things is drinks are not the best and food was okay, but again for this price is all understandable!

Typically overlooked, Stadia Suites is a fantastic option in Mexico City's Santa Fe area. The executive suite is well worth the extra $.
I did have a problem with my room, the stain age of the shower was clogged, but it was died as soon as I contacted customer support.
I do recommend this hotel when statin in the Santa Fe zone in Mexico
Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.
I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent.

In general it was a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. They allow pets and provide for their basic needs such as bowls for them to use. Parking access was a bit difficult to find.
Extraordinary value
This hotel is a very practical and excellent choice for those who are interested in staying in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, it may be somewhat farther from tourist attractions, but it is such a good value that I would still recommend it.

The hotel provided wonderful service throughout my stay. I became quite ill during my visit, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The café’s service, along with the fresh fruit and food offerings, was excellent and very much appreciated.

Loved the location, the service and the food.
Highly recommended.

The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. Overall good to stay here
The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the beach. The facilities are basic, but it offers good value for money and the staff are quite friendly. If I go to Cancun again, I'd love to stay for a week.
The facilities are a bit old, but the room is spacious and the beach is great and quiet. Breakfast was just okay.
The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. All the service staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, and it has a private, unbeatable beach.
Amazing! The swimming pool, the people, the beach and the breakfast is incredible!
The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

Liked that room was very quiet and very dark to sleep in. Didn't like that sinks are only 3" deep and due to unmaintained faucets, sprayed/splashed water all over our pants every time we turned on the sinks. Every though ******* filtered search for free breakfasts said this one had such, they would not honor it even though I showed them a screen print.
Hotel is very nice with a great location. Very easy to walk to major attractions.
Check in was easy and they did note that there would be three people in our room and even scanned or ID’s.
However, room was set up for two people. Only 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 hand towels, 2 pair slippers, 2 bathrobes and 4 hangers in the closet. We asked for extra towels and coffee cups three times before...
Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.

Amazing staff and hôtel!! Great service and facilities!!

We have stayed here many many times although the staff changes the service always is very good. It’s a great location and the rooms are really nice. It’s great pool. Everything’s cool.
This wasour second time at this hotel, and we are very pleased with the service/comfort of the room and all the amenities, including a steam room, pool Jacuzzi and a cute little Nespresso machine. It’s an absolute gem!
It was very elegant and yet inviting. The pool area was very beautiful and yet family oriented. I loved our stay and would return in the future.
Property needs attention and better employees. They are rude and the rooms need help. Tv never works properly. Bed light stayed on, shower head broke, water everywhere. Jacuzzi water is yellow still not fixed. Internet froze very often. That’s an easy fix but nobody cares. I asked to speak to Manager at one point or another during my 4 day stay. She never approached me.

It has everything … Sunrise view, yoga and we ate breakfast and lunch most days in the beach restaurant EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious...
I had a massage at Dune Spa today and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Gloria was amazing – so intuitive and really knew what she was doing. I felt completely relaxed the whole time and never rushed. She even took some photos for me afterwards, which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend her enough – a truly special experience.
Gloria is amazing. Never felt so relaxed during a massage. The location is perfect, and the massage was even better! Thank you, Dune!
First time in Tulum and Dune was a real treat. We slept to the sound of the ocean, woke up to the sunrise and ate a scrumptious 2 course breakfast (all included in the room charge). The staff were incredibly attentive... thanks especially to Cooper, Abraham and Carlos - beach bar is awesome and I cant rate this gem of a place enough. If you want a natural and tranquil getaway that is well located close...
I stayed 3 nights at Dune Boutique Hotel and paid for 4. The room did not meet basic standards: visible dust on curtains and surfaces, and mosquitoes inside. At this price level, this is not acceptable. Noise from surrounding venues was extremely high and constant, making normal rest difficult. The hotel markets itself as a boutique property, but the overall quality and environment do not match that...

This would have been a five star review had we been given the room we pre-paid for. The only reason we upgraded to something so nice was because it was our honeymoon.
