Noisy room next to nightclub and toilet has a bad smell

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Food quality an options need improvement. Mixology was average while some of the drinks weren’t that good. Price for all was high. Hence is why I give an average rating.

Great little hotel. All rooms are just a few meters from the beach and very centrally located in the middle of the promenade. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. One small drawback: Beach service doesn't start until 10:00. You can use the sun loungers before then, but there are no umbrellas available.

I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.

We had an excellent stay here. It is like a haven in Merida. Rooms are a great size with lots of original features - beautiful tiles, lighting and great pools. Staff were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Mérida again.

This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. Loved it Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. If and when I come back to Tulum I will def stay here again. Great for the price.

My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Tulum, the hotel we chose surprised us a lot. It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

The hotel environment was okay, but the staff's service attitude was very poor. The power was out for most of the day on the second day of my stay, and the staff didn't provide satisfactory answers when I asked them.

Typically overlooked, Stadia Suites is a fantastic option in Mexico City's Santa Fe area. The executive suite is well worth the extra $.

I did have a problem with my room, the stain age of the shower was clogged, but it was died as soon as I contacted customer support. I do recommend this hotel when statin in the Santa Fe zone in Mexico

Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.

I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. In general it was a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. They allow pets and provide for their basic needs such as bowls for them to use. Parking access was a bit difficult to find.

The hotel location is perfect. It is central in historical center, walking to any attractions in historical center only takes less than 10 minutes. The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.

The hotel is in a great location across a lovely park and the neighbourhood is safe and charming. We had a one bed room suite in the back which is very quiet as it overlooks the inside courtyard. This place is basically a motel 6. The area is very very loud by traffic you have big rigs driving around the area at all time of the day and you only 40 50 feet fron the trucks. If you are paying around $50 its ok. Driving time to the angel de la inde around 45min.
