Thoroughly enjoyed my safe. Hotel is conveniently located in city centre nearby major tourist attractions like the Monument to the Revolution. Vegetarian options at breakfast were appreciated. Only significant improvement would be faster WiFi. Was unable to do much other than send messages via hotel WiFi
Great stay! Super clean and comfortable room. Great location. Would recommend.
Good hotel. Good services. The area to the left towards San Cosme is not recommended for going out at night.
The Wi-Fi in the room was basically not working properly. The TV was extremely laggy when watching a video on Wi-Fi, not to mention using a laptop to work online. I was speechless. The room was stuffy. I opened the window for ventilation and a few big mosquitoes came in. They bit me and it was very itchy. Hot water is ok, but the floor is very slippery, so be careful.
The hotel is in an alley in the center of Mexico City and seems pretty safe. There is no problem with English at the front desk, but the room is a bit cramped. The breakfast provided by default is very limited. If you want to eat well, you need to pay an additional 65 pesos per person.
Convenient, good location, there are waiters to help with luggage transportation!

Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value.
Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast
It was our second visit, and we are still happy to come here. They even remembered us, from last time, which makes you feeling home. Everything is always nice from service thru the people.
Very good service, excellent food, abundant à la carte breakfast, charming staff. Exotic setting under palm trees on the seafront. Very pleasant.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Service was great from housekeeping to waitstaff. The front desk wasn’t the best at check out but overall great service
Our room was comfortable, clean with a stunning ocean view
The only negative was the quality and value of the food and drinks. We had breakfast, lunch and ordered food at the beach. The quality was middle of the road but at Miami prices. We ended...
We had a wonderful stay at Ana y Jose. The place is beautiful and offers a perfect balance of a boutique hotel and family friendly vibe. The service was impeccable: friendly and accommodating, always going an extra mile. The little kids playground on the beach was a highlight. We also enjoyed the spa very much. We are definitely coming back.

Good location, rooms are good, and beds are confortable, some opportunities were found on the bathroom door and shower door that didn't close properly.
Clean Room. comfortable room. I like the restaurant as it is quiet and no loud music and i can have a business meeting at the restaurant. Always a very friendly staff. A good value for the money
Right in the middle of the best of CDMX. Great common space on the rooftop with small pool to escape the busy city. Easy to catch an UBER or walk.
Overall, it's okay, but the rooms are a bit old. The hotel is okay overall. There's a small swimming pool on the top floor for kids, but the gym is small and the equipment is a bit old. Nothing else is great for now.
Good location, clean and very good hotel

The hotel was amazing, so much history in those walls and lovely gardens. The staff was attentive and friendly. A special mention to Roberto at the front desk who's sense of humor and helpfulness was outstanding. The packets of chocolate every night was a special treat!
The hotel is gorgeous. The food outstanding. The location is the sweet spot of the hotel. Basically everything went amazing
Facility was impeccable…perfect location. Food was fabulous and the people warm and friendly
Went with my husband and teenage daughter over new years 2025/6. Absolutely loved it—the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool, the courtyards. One note, we had a room w 2 full beds—and the beds for my husband and I were a bit small even though we are both lean. But we made it just fine. We would absolutely return!
The rooms were in good condition and the history of the hotel was amazing. However, for me, paying ove 2,000 for a weekend was way too much money. It's not like we were in Downtown Manhattan. Sorry! as beautiful as the town was, paying that kind of money was just not worth it.
Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else!

We loved staying here on our first trip to Mexico City! The location is super convenient, close to great shops, restaurants, and parks. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive to WhatsApp messages. The room was very spacious, we felt extremely comfortable during our time there, great storage, comfortable bed, and very convenient kitchenette. Would 100% recommend and come back! In fact...
I visited Mexico City Oct/Nov 2025 and this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. The staff was very helpful in providing local recommendations. My only complaint was the pillows - could be softer but I would stay here again.
One of the best hotels and places in Condesa. Service at the hotel is awesome, rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Having a Starbucks on the frisy floor is awesome too…
but Customer Service is THE WORST. I needed a receipt because it was a business trip, and they never sent anything. I filled out the form they requested 5 days before arriving, called multiple times and they told me “it is going to...
Beautiful property and lovely staff. Pretty decent gym that I used 5 out of the 7 days that I was there. They have really nice bikes available for borrowing. A lot of good food/dessert/drinks options within close walking distance.
Great location with super helpful and kind staff! The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. I liked the small couch and separate living room section in our room, and I also enjoyed the rooftop patio area. They also gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived, which was a nice touch. I don’t think they automatically clean the room every day but we just let the front desk know which days we...

Great staff at front desk, restaurant, main entrance, and housekeeping. Great venue, very good breakfast, we liked the room very much. Unfortunately connecting rooms are not well isolated. In room 104 there is a gap of about an inch and a half in the door adjacent with room 103. We could hear TV and conversations of room 103 loud and clear.

The service was exceptional, nice friendly staff, decent food. I was only there for two nights and the only downfall is that is impossible to sleep at night, you can hear everything from people talking out loud in the hallway all trough the night to loud noises banging, rattling and whistling from their water pressure or loose pipes.
The best part is the location, is close to everything. Good noice cancel windows so you don't hear the noise from the outside. Good breakfast and the cafeteria is 24h with a good view. Very safe with friendly staff.
I love the location of Hotel Canada: right between the Zocalo and Alameda Park, with lots in between both ways. And Francisco Madero Ave is just a block away, it being a wonderful pedestrians only street. The location in historic Mexico City is ideal. Lots of police. Very safe and friendly.
Great customer service, nice rooms. Good ameneties. Free breakfast and delicious. Walking distance to the cathedral and shopping. Also all sorts of different food near by. The only down fall was the elevator was down. So you had to go up 7 flight of stairs to get breakfast.
Other than its location of being literally adjacent to Zocalo and Plaza de la Constitucion, it has no other over the top things to recommend.
On checkin, found a bed sheet with hair/stain. Housekeeping replaced all. The room with 3 beds had only 1 (ONE) power outlet. The bath was fine except that even with the shower door closed, water would seep out and the foot towel would be soaked.

We quite enjoyed our oceanfront room.
Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
Nestled north of Tulum, this hidden haven wraps you in stillness, where the whispers of the scenery dance with golden light. Each morning unfolds like a love letter, breathtaking views pouring through the windows, painting dreams across the sky. Private and soulfully cozy, it cradles you in nature’s gentle hush, as if the earth itself is exhaling peace.

The Beach Tulum Hotel is fantastic, it is super clean, the staff is absolutely superb and they go out of their way to help you. The amenities are superb with daily Yoga, and great services such as Hydrotherapy and Massage. Their steam room, dry suana, and hot and cold plunge pools are fantastic, and they give you one complimentary Hydrotherapy session.
They even gave me another Hydrotherapy session...
The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early
5 day getaway, excellent service. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Loved the staff and property itself. Our room and conditions were amazing. Only downside was the seaweed issue on the beach front - other wise beautiful stay.

I gave the property condition and facility a 2star because our rooms climate control module was faulty and the rooms temperature couldn’t be controlled, uncomfortable! Asked twice at the front desk for this to be addressed, said they would, then nothing happened, no explanation. Pretty bad form, we come here frequently, time for a change.
Nice room in a great location.
Conveniently located and comfortable.
Very expensive for what you get, rooms very small but nice facility in the terrace. Service at the reception very poor. Staff not well trained. They couldn't get me a taxi to go to the airport.
The hotel stay was excellent. We were warmly greeted and offered good tequila upon check in! The room was “modern” Mexican—firm bed, walk in shower, small balcony which allowed fresh air. The small restaurant/bar on the street level had a nice European breakfast buffet —with an option for hot dishes. We had a light dinner after a full day and it was perfect. I would stay again. Good customer service...

Breakfast was wonderful, service top notch. Room lighting was awful, very loud due to traffic outside.
Great staff led by the concierge Marisel, who welcomed us with grace and charm. Excellent breakfast and great room and an unbeatable location.
Beautiful, clean rooms and the food was amazing. Service was also first class. Highly recommend this hotel for those reasons and it was very fairly priced
Stylish property, nice rooms, good food and drink options and we'll located for all that Roma Norte has to offer
The hotel is beautiful. The included breakfast was good, location is great. My one gripe is with the room itself, which was windowless and soulless.
We really liked the location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very small in comparison to others we stayed at in the area. The fan/air conditioning was very noisy. We also didn’t like the lack of windows - the only windows opened onto the corridor which wasn’t ideal. If I was staying again I would check which type of rooms they have which have exterior windows.

Nest is a beautiful, secluded haven of a hotel with very attentive, accommodating staff. No complaints. We had a really lovely stay here for the last couple of days of our trip to Mexico. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, with a gorgeous view, good-sized rooms and very comfortable beds. It is a little dated in places, but overall it is very comfortable and the property itself is beautiful. The private beach and dock area are perfect, and the two pools were a real highlight.

This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice.
We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes...
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable- it was tough at times to contact the resort via **********, so when I switched to direct communication it was better. The restaurant was good, and the spa was on their nearby sister property that was amazing. It would have been nice to get details on the neighborhood Cenote before visiting to be prepared.
The private beach and dock with hammocks were heavenly. Entire hotel was beautifully decorated in modern, neutral tones. Our room had the most incredible view of the beach.
Some of the staff was nice to us but
We didn’t get to swim as the beach was rocky and it was windy. The hotel shouldn’t be advertised as boutique luxury- they tried but it’s moldy, dirty and half of the time we didn’t get our room cleaned or had to ask to towels if we were gone the whole day- nobody would come in. They are low on staff- there were days when no chef at the restaurant and no food items...
The setting is beautiful but everything else felt a bit run down and a bit stingy. I think expectations re showers should be managed upfront. In some rooms the water is tepid, in others it’s cold.
