Mexico City, Roma No. 40, Col. Juárez 🧭 Map
Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting...
Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.
The location is decent if you don’t mind walking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly except for the long haired lady.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place is well-maintained and clean, but it's dated. Breakfast is average, and there's no ramp to access the elevators; you have to carry your suitcase.
Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing...

The lobby is nice and has a welcoming feel to it. Breakfast isn't anything to shout about, but it does the job. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfy. Can't comment on price as it was booked as a part of a tour
The service was excellent. The amenities are clean, pleasing to the eye, wonderful artwork in the hotel. I did get good night sleep although there is street noise so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you have earplugs.
Excellent service, the hotel is in great condition, very clean and close to all points of interest. The friendly and professional staff make you feel part of the family.
We stayed at Hotel Abu for a week between Christmas and New Years 2025. We loved the comfortable room and central location. The hotel is kept very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. I want to highlight staff who were extra helpful to us as we speak very little Spanish. We left some valuables in our room at checkout and before we discovered this staff contacted us and is helping us ship them...
Awesome, personable & highly professional staff from the Reception to the Restaurant’s daily inclusive breakfasts’ serving varied & plentiful typical Oaxacan cuisine. Centered at the most exciting historic district beaming with social life, restaurants, clubs & art galleries. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was beautiful and very elegant overall. That said, I do want to mention the beds. For the price of the room, I expected a much more comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, and good sleep is a big part of that. Upgrading to memory foam or at least...
Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
It's an excellent location in middle of the historical centre though blink and you'll miss the entrance to the hotel: look up to see the hotel name. A couple notes: VERY firm beds. I had to buy a supplementary foam cushion from Walmart, which is around the corner. Also, 1 side of the hotel (east) faces the inner patio/courtyard which hosts public singing performances, which last until about 11pm,...
Room was noisy . I kept hearing the ac noise from outside. Bathroom had a sewage smell. Ill probably won't stay there again.
Great place to stay in Merida Everything was perfect, the people at the front desk were so kind and answered all my questions.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Papaya Playa and the experience blew us away. The staff’s service was exceptional and they made us feel right at home. Specifically, I would like to mention Santos, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property is quiet and tranquil, and the party on Saturday was the best time I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend
Everything was amazing! It was the best of both worlds being able to walk in the Mayan jungle on property but also being right on the beach. Property is absolutely gorgeous, multiple pools overlooking the beach, great service. Jay ass super helpful during our stay!
Cool room, great views, calm vibes. Staff is some of the best I have experienced!!
Rooms were super clean and vibes. All the staff was super nice
We had a great stay at PPP! Super relaxing, great service, food, and location. We took a morning yoga class as well, which was very pleasant. All the staff were super kind and made our stay feel really special. We had a jungle casita with a rooftop pool. The rooftop pool was a great decision, I was in it every morning and night while we were there. We were nested slightly in the jungle, a perfect distance...
We had an incredible stay at Papaya Playa! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and accessible whenever we needed anything or had any questions and provided a lot of good recommendations to us. It was easy to be able to chat via WhatsApp’s with the front desk for questions and to arrange whatever we needed. The hotel was able to arrange scooter and bike rentals and the hotel is right at the start...

Tulum, Carretera Tulum-Bocapaila Km. 4.0 🧭 Map
The service is good, but the location is terrible. You can't relax because you're right next to a nightclub called Arena, and on the other side is Papaya Playa. You also can't use the sea because it's full of sargassum and rocks. During our stay, there weren't many of the food and drinks listed on the menu. If you want a rave, it's a good place; if you want to relax, it's not.
Hidden paradise in the jungle . So relaxing good food . Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
Wished we stayed here longer than the last spot we stayed at. This place is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff are great and accommodating in every way. This place is heaven on earth!
I had a wonderful experience and the service was above and beyond. Every staff were absolutely amazing. Special Thanks to Hannibal in the front desk and Andres for the breath work and sound journey experience. This is my 3rd Habitas experience and I will continue to support this company.
Rooms were clean and people were very friendly. Very relaxing place just we weren’t able to enjoy it due to construction next door, ( I know they can’t control that but would've been nice to have known in advance), Food was ok, just very limited small menu and not available certain items.
Bravo! What makes Habitas special is the staff. Warm, welcoming, and accommodating on every level. Bravo!

Thoroughly enjoyed my safe. Hotel is conveniently located in city centre nearby major tourist attractions like the Monument to the Revolution. Vegetarian options at breakfast were appreciated. Only significant improvement would be faster WiFi. Was unable to do much other than send messages via hotel WiFi
Great stay! Super clean and comfortable room. Great location. Would recommend.
Good hotel. Good services. The area to the left towards San Cosme is not recommended for going out at night.
The Wi-Fi in the room was basically not working properly. The TV was extremely laggy when watching a video on Wi-Fi, not to mention using a laptop to work online. I was speechless. The room was stuffy. I opened the window for ventilation and a few big mosquitoes came in. They bit me and it was very itchy. Hot water is ok, but the floor is very slippery, so be careful.
The hotel is in an alley in the center of Mexico City and seems pretty safe. There is no problem with English at the front desk, but the room is a bit cramped. The breakfast provided by default is very limited. If you want to eat well, you need to pay an additional 65 pesos per person.
Convenient, good location, there are waiters to help with luggage transportation!

Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value.
Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast
It was our second visit, and we are still happy to come here. They even remembered us, from last time, which makes you feeling home. Everything is always nice from service thru the people.
Very good service, excellent food, abundant à la carte breakfast, charming staff. Exotic setting under palm trees on the seafront. Very pleasant.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Service was great from housekeeping to waitstaff. The front desk wasn’t the best at check out but overall great service Our room was comfortable, clean with a stunning ocean view The only negative was the quality and value of the food and drinks. We had breakfast, lunch and ordered food at the beach. The quality was middle of the road but at Miami prices. We ended...
We had a wonderful stay at Ana y Jose. The place is beautiful and offers a perfect balance of a boutique hotel and family friendly vibe. The service was impeccable: friendly and accommodating, always going an extra mile. The little kids playground on the beach was a highlight. We also enjoyed the spa very much. We are definitely coming back.

Good location, rooms are good, and beds are confortable, some opportunities were found on the bathroom door and shower door that didn't close properly.
Clean Room. comfortable room. I like the restaurant as it is quiet and no loud music and i can have a business meeting at the restaurant. Always a very friendly staff. A good value for the money
Right in the middle of the best of CDMX. Great common space on the rooftop with small pool to escape the busy city. Easy to catch an UBER or walk.
Overall, it's okay, but the rooms are a bit old. The hotel is okay overall. There's a small swimming pool on the top floor for kids, but the gym is small and the equipment is a bit old. Nothing else is great for now.
Good location, clean and very good hotel
Hotel prices change frequently. Business reservations require time for approval. After approval, the price changes and the reservation fails.

We loved staying here on our first trip to Mexico City! The location is super convenient, close to great shops, restaurants, and parks. I visited Mexico City Oct/Nov 2025 and this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. The staff was very helpful in providing local recommendations. My only complaint was the pillows - could be softer but I would stay here again.
One of the best hotels and places in Condesa. Service at the hotel is awesome, rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Having a Starbucks on the frisy floor is awesome too… but Customer Service is THE WORST. I needed a receipt because it was a business trip, and they never sent anything. I filled out the form they requested 5 days before arriving, called multiple times and they told me “it is going to...
Beautiful property and lovely staff. Pretty decent gym that I used 5 out of the 7 days that I was there. They have really nice bikes available for borrowing. A lot of good food/dessert/drinks options within close walking distance.
Great location with super helpful and kind staff! The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. I liked the small couch and separate living room section in our room, and I also enjoyed the rooftop patio area. They also gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived, which was a nice touch. I don’t think they automatically clean the room every day but we just let the front desk know which days we...

Great staff at front desk, restaurant, main entrance, and housekeeping. Great venue, very good breakfast, we liked the room very much. Unfortunately connecting rooms are not well isolated. The service was exceptional, nice friendly staff, decent food. I was only there for two nights and the only downfall is that is impossible to sleep at night, you can hear everything from people talking out loud in the hallway all trough the night to loud noises banging, rattling and whistling from their water pressure or loose pipes.
The best part is the location, is close to everything. Good noice cancel windows so you don't hear the noise from the outside. Good breakfast and the cafeteria is 24h with a good view. Very safe with friendly staff.
I love the location of Hotel Canada: right between the Zocalo and Alameda Park, with lots in between both ways. And Francisco Madero Ave is just a block away, it being a wonderful pedestrians only street. The location in historic Mexico City is ideal. Lots of police. Very safe and friendly.
Great customer service, nice rooms. Good ameneties. Free breakfast and delicious. Walking distance to the cathedral and shopping. Also all sorts of different food near by. The only down fall was the elevator was down. So you had to go up 7 flight of stairs to get breakfast.
Other than its location of being literally adjacent to Zocalo and Plaza de la Constitucion, it has no other over the top things to recommend. On checkin, found a bed sheet with hair/stain. Housekeeping replaced all. The room with 3 beds had only 1 (ONE) power outlet. The bath was fine except that even with the shower door closed, water would seep out and the foot towel would be soaked. We quite enjoyed our oceanfront room.
Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
Nestled north of Tulum, this hidden haven wraps you in stillness, where the whispers of the scenery dance with golden light. Each morning unfolds like a love letter, breathtaking views pouring through the windows, painting dreams across the sky. Private and soulfully cozy, it cradles you in nature’s gentle hush, as if the earth itself is exhaling peace.

The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early

I gave the property condition and facility a 2star because our rooms climate control module was faulty and the rooms temperature couldn’t be controlled, uncomfortable! Asked twice at the front desk for this to be addressed, said they would, then nothing happened, no explanation. Pretty bad form, we come here frequently, time for a change.
Nice room in a great location.
Conveniently located and comfortable.
Very expensive for what you get, rooms very small but nice facility in the terrace. Service at the reception very poor. Staff not well trained. They couldn't get me a taxi to go to the airport.
The hotel stay was excellent. We were warmly greeted and offered good tequila upon check in! The room was “modern” Mexican—firm bed, walk in shower, small balcony which allowed fresh air. The small restaurant/bar on the street level had a nice European breakfast buffet —with an option for hot dishes. We had a light dinner after a full day and it was perfect. I would stay again. Good customer service...

Beautiful, clean rooms and the food was amazing. Service was also first class. Highly recommend this hotel for those reasons and it was very fairly priced
Stylish property, nice rooms, good food and drink options and we'll located for all that Roma Norte has to offer
The hotel is beautiful. The included breakfast was good, location is great. My one gripe is with the room itself, which was windowless and soulless.
We really liked the location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very small in comparison to others we stayed at in the area. The fan/air conditioning was very noisy. We also didn’t like the lack of windows - the only windows opened onto the corridor which wasn’t ideal. If I was staying again I would check which type of rooms they have which have exterior windows.

Nest is a beautiful, secluded haven of a hotel with very attentive, accommodating staff. No complaints. I would only say that Nest is expensive relative to neighbouring hotels, which also had a very luxurious feel to them (although I didn’t see inside their rooms or get a sense of their customer service).
