Ramada Encore by Wyndham Puebla, Puebla1 / 11
9.1
Puebla, Lateral del Anillo Periferico 🧭 Map
I needed to wait 15 minutes after 3 p.m., when I arrived, to get a key. I could hear the sound from other rooms and the chatting of housekeepers at the hall. The room wasn't something remarkable, but was ok.
Staff were generally speaking polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast i guess the staff got overwhelmed because many soccer players were in the hotel due to a tournament. Rather than that all was good
We have such a great time with the kids. Great breakfast, nice pool to play a little bit, they gave us a welcome drink at the check inn. The rool was clean and full amenities, extra pillows, coffee maker, staff friendly, game station was an extra.
The pillows were extremely comfortable and so was the bed. The quality of the food provided at breakfast could be improved.
I loved the hotel, it has a pool table and PCs, Xbox Series S available to relax, the bar is good they make delicious mojitos hehe 😅, highly recommended, I would come back, it also has a charger for electric cars, in case that information helps anyone ℹ️
The hotel is beautiful and confortable but the location is bad. The rooms are clean and confortable we take a good rest

The hotel was well appointed and conveniently located near a mall, though not very close to the beaches. There’s an infrequent buggy to a nearby beach club at SLS, which takes about 15/20 min walking. The room and facilities met expectations, providing a comfortable environment. The water pressure could have been stronger. Blackout curtains were great! While the staff could have been a bit friendlier...
The location is a bit off, being on the edge of the hotel zone. Day tours with hotel pickup don't seem to cover this property. The pendant lamp above the bedside table was more for show than function – it actually fell off and shattered, causing a power outage for half an hour until an electrician fixed it. On the bright side, having direct access to the adjacent mall from the back of the hotel is...
Amazing stay at the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina! The hotel is modern, very well located, and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view. A special shout-out to the staff, who were always welcoming, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend it for a stay in Cancun 🌴
The hotel's location is decent, close to a commercial area, and getting a taxi is quite convenient. The room's blackout curtains are really good. However, all the water in the room has to be paid for.
The pool view is nice. The location is a little far from the hotel area but this place offers a different view. The lobby area is also nice.
Perfect location and great hospitality

Excellent! The hotel boasts a fantastic location with convenient transportation links and a plethora of restaurants nearby, including several Chinese options. The hotel's own food selection is extensive and offers great value for money. Definitely a highly recommended hotel.
The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our...
Nice hotel, great location near the zona rosa, good food and friendly staff. We stayed 10 nights and have no complaints, will definitely be back.
Good location. Great breakfast. Lots of food choices. I will book my stay here again when in Mexico.
A 90s style hotel, a bit oldish but services is good, staffs are all nice. Breakfast is good. Party-music-noise overnight outside the hotel, better request a quiet room.

The staff at Kore were amazing! Came during off season and it was HUMID the hotel had great AC in rooms the pool was always clean and again the staff were so kind. Only complaint was due to off season the hotels menu was so limited!
It’s less people so enjoy the quiet. You will have the pool to yourself and the restaurants too. That comes with its own issues, less variety in some instances. But the bigger pla
This place was cool 15 years ago, and hasn’t been updated. Our room seemed like it was falling apart, cracked walls, stained sheets and robes. Food was overly processed, drinks were bottom shelf. The pictures made it seem way cooler than it was. The bikes were rusted and falling apart, totally unsafe to ride.
So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed. The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful
Only one dinning option, the staff is nice but not helpful (our phone didn’t work and nobody ever came to fix it) there are worn down areas, but it was very quiet and we did love that
The staff was helpful, but we didn’t appreciate the dinner staff directly asking for a tip - it felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. The property clearly had a lot of money put into it initially, but unfortunately, maintenance seems almost non-existent or at best, minimal. Every treadmill in the gym is broken, and some other machines barely function—again, a clear lack of upkeep. All four...

What I liked the most was the safe parking. We had a lot of stuff and we felt save leaving the truck in the underground parking lot.
I went to bed with an empty stomach. They told me at the front desk and also on written note that room service ended at 20:00 because it was New Year’s Eve, perfectly understandable, however they didn’t mention that kitchen will close one hour before 8:00 PM. I called for room service at 7:30 pm and nobody answered, came down to the front desk at 7:40 to complying and didn’t have any suggestions, reward...
Nice hotel and amenities. The only thing I would like to improve are the game station because there are only tree games and one of them without internet.
Very clean and cute hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a huge variety with breakfast - even eggs made on the spot! Loved our stay.
I have to say, my experience at the Ramada Encore hotel was outstanding. I've stayed in several hotels in Queretaro, but this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning to the Ramada, and I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, there's a shopping center within walking...
The room was okay. The hotel was okay. A couple points I didn’t like are: I was charged $1850 pesos for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Come to find out if you get a DiDi ride yourself it would have been $600 pesos at the most. Not cool for the hotel to charge that much when they know it doesn’t cost much. I didn’t like the pool. It needs to be renovated asap. All the caulking around...

Great food. Clean…. Very professional staff at the front door.
I have stayed here so many times every time I write a review that Booking.com asks me to write I feel like I am shilling for the place. I am not, I can just seriously say that it's a great hotel, period.

Great breakfast menu variety and buffet. The service was exemplary. Room was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located by Perisur shopping center.
One of the most UNIQUE and wonderful experiences thanks to every employee I had contact with. The restaurant and bar employees went above ans beyond ensuring we were well taken care of.
Lovely Stay Stayed at the hotel for my first night in Mexico before going to study at UNAM. A lovely, friendly hotel with a lovely room and great breakfast.

Beautiful spotless modern room with great view. Staff was exceptionally helpful & kind.
The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. I also want to give Carlos a compliment on being so help and patient answeringy questions. onasanswering .spending the time
Parkiing was convenient. We did not est breakfasts at the property
The location is amazing, easily accessible from Paseo de Montejo! If you go by car, it enhances your experience.
The hotel is very clean. The services very excellent. The location good. But too much noise.
The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

Pretty decent hotel, and best of all I’d say is probably the location. I did like that it’s very close to the ADO Cancun bus station. And a 7-11 right next door.
There are many restaurants around the hotel. Although it looks a bit dark at night, it's still quite safe. The front desk staff speaks English.
Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The staff is amazing!! They are so helpful! The bad rating is because of the state of the building and rooms. The state of the lobby is bad and also the rooms , mine had paint peeling off, bed sheets had stains had to ask to change them
We don´t have any problem for parking. The breakfast was good, the food was good but i think is missing more variety .,
For a one night stay it was enough
Well located, reasonable pricing (rooms where better than expected), staff was great!!

My second time staying at this legendary hotel and it did not disappoint though it did need some modernization and improvement to the lobby area which is a bit of a visual overload. I think the hotel does well for what it is and we slept well and enjoyed the quiet of our room. The thing we didn’t like is that our room wasn’t very well cleaned on any of the days housekeeping came to freshen.
I'm going to cheat a little bit and refer you to the review by "American 'Doll' Girl". It was basically what I was about to write. My wife and I stayed there in late November. We arrived during the riots and had trouble getting to the entrance, so the sweet porter Yael came to pick us up 2 streets down. Stepping into the lobby felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The room is very comfortable and faces Constitution Square, which makes it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. It is not far from the airport. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating in the restaurant upstairs.
I came here to experience the check-in, and the location is convenient, but the facilities are indeed old. It is easy to encounter parades near the square, which is not very convenient. I just took it as a cultural experience. However, the service is very positive and enthusiastic

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in. They had no atm on-site and we had to walk about a block away to a nearby atm.
The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!
The room type given was not as good as the first one. The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair.

First, I'd like to highlight Pablo's kindness. He helped us choose the various tours we took in the area. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city center. The room is very spacious, but not at all cozy. It's uncomfortable and cold.
The hotel is very large. It's a bit outside the city center, but you can reach it relatively quickly on foot. The lobby is great. The room and bathroom were large and clean, but I felt like I was in a barracks outside. The price was OK. It was OK for one night.
