The breakfast is excellent, air conditioning works, bar and dining area is very pleasant, shopping mall is in walking distance
Very pleasant four day stay. Staff all professional and welcoming. Rooms good size, clean, hot water and heating all in good order.
Great breakfast menu variety and buffet. The service was exemplary. Room was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located by Perisur shopping center.
One of the most UNIQUE and wonderful experiences thanks to every employee I had contact with. The restaurant and bar employees went above ans beyond ensuring we were well taken care of.
Lovely Stay
Stayed at the hotel for my first night in Mexico before going to study at UNAM. A lovely, friendly hotel with a lovely room and great breakfast.
They couldn't help us with a situation we had and we couldn't stay the whole stay, through trip I was able to fix the situation a little, but the hotel didn't help us much.

Beautiful spotless modern room with great view. Staff was exceptionally helpful & kind.
The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. I also want to give Carlos a compliment on being so help and patient answeringy questions.
onasanswering .spending the time
Parkiing was convenient. We did not est breakfasts at the property
The location is amazing, easily accessible from Paseo de Montejo! If you go by car, it enhances your experience.
The hotel is very clean. The services very excellent. The location good. But too much noise.
The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

The staff is amazing!! They are so helpful!
The bad rating is because of the state of the building and rooms.
The state of the lobby is bad and also the rooms , mine had paint peeling off, bed sheets had stains had to ask to change them
We don´t have any problem for parking. The breakfast was good, the food was good but i think is missing more variety .,
For a one night stay it was enough
Well located, reasonable pricing (rooms where better than expected), staff was great!!
Price - product was okay, no problem.
Needs renovations and better forniture
Really enjoyed my stay! Don’t think I would stay again because they didn’t have a fridge or a safe. If they had both, this hotel would be perfect!

Queretaro, Av. Constituyentes No. 124 Pte, El Jacal, 76187 Keretaro, Meksika 🧭 Map
The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. I wish I can attach some photos of the room, which is fine and has new furniture, but when it comes to the bathroom, it hasn’t been cared for in decades. The door is deteriorated, the sink and shower handles are from the '90s...
Nice room nice staff, clean, quiet and secure.
Nice grounds with a relaxing ambiance
Everything is excellent. No complains
The place is nice mexican stile, good roomservice, amazing food and friendly employees.
Place is clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious with great water pressure when showering. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was very modern. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice bath products. The entire place was very well kept and super clean. It is located on a quiet side street. The complimentary breakfast was lovely
and fresh and offered healthy choices.
The hotel is poorly insulated.
I could hear the people in the room above.
The neighborhood is unsafe.
The decoration in the store is very unique, very suitable for taking photos 📷, it's quite good. It's my first time here, I came with the idea of exploring the store, ordered special drinks, quite a surprise, worthy of praise. Although the location is a bit difficult to find, it is better because there are few people and no noisy environment. The whole atmosphere is very nice, not bad 😁 The environment...

centrally located, newly renovated, very clean. had a good stay
It's good to go out with friends, but it's a bit expensive
Overall, it's good. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant is under renovation this time and we can't enjoy the buffet breakfast.
The breakfast is terrible, but the service attitude is good
The hotel is quite old and should have used air freshener, which felt a bit pungent.

Well this hotel needs upgrades, people already working, they're on site, so not possible to stay in room and relax during the day. Conveniently located in a shopping area with Walmart, restaurants icecream shop and also a very nice pet shop and more. You need to park your car where need to pay a small amount. Rooms , carpets in the hallway need upgrade urgently. Staff is very nice, most of them work...
If you’re on a business trip this is the place.
If you’re coming for vacation I would say try getting closer to the beach but if you’re in a budget then this place won’t be the luxurious next to the water place you’re wishing for but it’s not far from the beach area so you could take an uber, and you’ll be surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets so you’ll be alright
Such an amazing stay! Rooms were comfortable, great and cool AC, breakfast was great, I hope you get to try the caramelized plantains on one of the days, walmart right across from hotel, good for Gatorade, electrolits, etc..., great restaurants behind, safe area, seven eleven walking distance too, Krispy Kreme also close, try la flor de Lis or la Parilla, great food, pool was nice, gym available...
Had a good comfortable 1 night stay. Was upgrade to a suite and not much of a difference I guess. Room 604. Nice big windows of the street ahead with beautiful fountains. Good breakfast - usual continental food and friendly staff. Thankfully, the guy at check in and different person at Check out knew English. But, rest of the time was a lady who knew only Spanish. Had extremely difficult interaction...
Good budget friendly Hilton property, perfect for an overnight stay. A quick ride from the airport. Easy check in with friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were basic but clean. Small pool, adequate continental breakfast, and beautiful wide windows for a great street view. There’s a neighborhood Walmart and Sam’s club in the same parking lot, and multiple restaurants to choose from also in the same...

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in. They had no atm on-site and we had to walk about a block away to a nearby atm.
The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!
The room type given was not as good as the first one. The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair.
Big rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is good. nice stuff.
Nice place very clean and close to a lot of food and shopping

I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by.
The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite.
Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!
Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast.
The overall hygiene is clean, and it is very convenient to find food downstairs. The downside is that the window of the room cannot be opened, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken, which makes the room very humid. I used a towel to wipe the moisture off the glass in the morning. If you come across a favorable price, you can also choose it.
The window at this price is facing the patio. I have to go to the front desk to swipe my card every day. The room WiFi gives the wrong password. The breakfast is really bad.
The location of the hotel is relatively good. There are several Chinese and Korean restaurants nearby. The room environment and facilities are average. The service is quite good, but the price/performance ratio is not high.
The hotel is small, the location is convenient, the breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, and you have to pay extra for omelettes

Most rooms in this hotel lack outside windows, which makes them feel quite claustrophobic and poorly lit. On top of that, the hotel's location seemed incorrect. I sent my current location to a taxi driver, but their navigation system was wrong. Then, when I ordered food delivery, the driver couldn't find the hotel and claimed they had delivered to the wrong address. This entire experience was incredibly...
A bit out of the way, but acceptable.
Cons: No windows (the windows face the corridor—what?), very slow elevator (sometimes you wait for 10 minutes), only one elevator works, poor soundproofing—you can hear music from the terrace in the room, no slippers or bathrobe.
Pro: Stylish.
The service is really good. The bellboys are enthusiastic and the front desk is also very good. There are free tequila, Japanese beans, cola and drinks every night. The room is large and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great, but there is no parking lot. You can park not far away by yourself, which costs about 100 RMB a day. It's also OK.
I love this hotel, which was renovated into a modern style in an old building in the old city. The location is very good, a five-minute walk from the old city square and close to the Art Palace. Not far downstairs is the commercial street, where you can find great restaurants and food stalls.
The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to provide information. The hygiene and service are...
The biggest feature of the hotel is its good location, located next to the Constitution Square in the old city. It is not far from all the attractions in the old city on foot, which greatly saves time. The disadvantage is that the traffic jam in the old city is very serious, and in fact, the traffic jam in the new city is also serious. My second time staying at this legendary hotel and it did not disappoint though it did need some modernization and improvement to the lobby area which is a bit of a visual overload. I think the hotel does well for what it is and we slept well and enjoyed the quiet of our room. The thing we didn’t like is that our room wasn’t very well cleaned on any of the days housekeeping came to freshen.
I'm going to cheat a little bit and refer you to the review by "American 'Doll' Girl". It was basically what I was about to write. My wife and I stayed there in late November. The location, the beautiful interior, the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, all were wonderful! Thank God their english was much better than my spanish! More specifically with the staff, everyone was great, but I'd...
We arrived during the riots and had trouble getting to the entrance, so the sweet porter Yael came to pick us up 2 streets down. Stepping into the lobby felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The chandeliers, the antique wrought-iron elevator featured in a Bond movie, the beautiful glass ceiling, the general grandeur of what used to be a luxery mall... the staff is so very friendly, the room is spacious...
The room is very comfortable and faces Constitution Square, which makes it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. It is not far from the airport. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating in the restaurant upstairs.
I came here to experience the check-in, and the location is convenient, but the facilities are indeed old. It is easy to encounter parades near the square, which is not very convenient. I just took it as a cultural experience. However, the service is very positive and enthusiastic

The only issue was the bed. We ended up on a full size bed. In Mexico “matrimonial” is not a Queen size bed it’s a full size bed. Make sure you request a King size, especially if that’s what you have at home.
Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. There's unlimited complimentary drinking water, and the lobby offers free, endless drinks, pizza, milk, and fruit – enough to cover two meals for those with smaller appetites...
Great location. Easy to walk around
Good facilities. Happy staff
Unlimited water to consume
Only hotel to give free snacks and drinks whole day and night
I chose the hotel for the views and it was excellent 👌🏼
The staff and reception were very friendly, and the food at the breakfast and cafeteria was delicious. Also, the tourist sites are close by, so I highly recommend it! The only downsides were that the internet connection in the room was poor, and there was no refrigerator.

The hotel is an architectural gem, centrally located and with parking. The staff is excellent and very friendly! The super-comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
The hotel itself is very nice and the service is generally good. The only problem is that it doesn't have hot water. We had to report it three times, and we had a small child with us. First, I'd like to highlight Pablo's kindness. He helped us choose the various tours we took in the area. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city center. The room is very spacious, but not at all cozy. It's uncomfortable and cold.
The hotel is very large. It's a bit outside the city center, but you can reach it relatively quickly on foot. The lobby is great. The room and bathroom were large and clean, but I felt like I was in a barracks outside. The price was OK. It was OK for one night.
This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful. Although they do not currently serve food, there are nearby places to eat. Pablo was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.
The location is decent if you don’t mind walking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly except for the long haired lady.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place is well-maintained and clean, but it's dated. Breakfast is average, and there's no ramp to access the elevators; you have to carry your suitcase.

The place was beautiful and very elegant overall. That said, I do want to mention the beds. For the price of the room, I expected a much more comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain.

Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
It's an excellent location in middle of the historical centre though blink and you'll miss the entrance to the hotel: look up to see the hotel name.

The service is good, but the location is terrible. You can't relax because you're right next to a nightclub called Arena, and on the other side is Papaya Playa. You also can't use the sea because it's full of sargassum and rocks. During our stay, there weren't many of the food and drinks listed on the menu.
If you want a rave, it's a good place; if you want to relax, it's not.
Hidden paradise in the jungle .
So relaxing good food .
Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
