The rooms are nice. The staff is lazy. They don’t respond when asked for something. The rooms don’t have hair dryers or Irons. You must call down for them and the wait take forever!

This place was cool 15 years ago, and hasn’t been updated. Our room seemed like it was falling apart, cracked walls, stained sheets and robes. Food was overly processed, drinks were bottom shelf. The pictures made it seem way cooler than it was. The bikes were rusted and falling apart, totally unsafe to ride.

So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I stayed in the penthouse suite and loved how spacious it was and having a private pool and jacuzzi. Also, the Lucky Lizard bar was really fun to hang by and the bartender Iram was very nice and attentive. Clothing optional is really the way to go as well. We've been to Intima twice, and each time was an absolute pleasure! The rooms are spacious, super clean, and have everything you need. I cannot say enough about the staff at Layla! Ricardo and his team make you feel so special and catered to. Everything we ordered on the menu was absolutely delicious and drinks are amazing! The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.

North Tulum beachfront We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Top notch service Picturesque hotel I booked it for my photoshoot. Location is in a more remote part of Tulum not the most accessible but on the upside food was more reasonabley priced than other hotels. The Customer service was above & beyond.

We have stayed at other Namrom properties (Xela and Nest in Tulum, and La Valise in San Miguel de Allende) and all feature caring and attentive staff, great locations and well appointed rooms. We had planned to stay again at Xela, next door to Encantada, but it was booked for a wedding. We stayed for a week and had a marvellous time. Encantada is small, eco friendly and luxurious. The beach is beautiful and the staff are kind and make one feel very at home. They will arrange outings if one wants but we enjoyed lying on the beach beds, reading and sipping margaritas! The upper ocean view room is wonderful. It gets windy but the view is spectacular.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The hotel's century-old cultural heritage feels like stepping into a museum. The entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, definitely worth a visit!

We stayed as a part of our vacation club ownership. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, special shoutout to our assigned concierge representative- Brenda, I also enjoyed activities (HIIT, water aerobics) with Geromo. They have multiple pools on property, direct access to the beach. Also both the sports bar and the Sea &Stone restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by.

This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. Loved it Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do.
