think Goth Aloft. Interesting architecture and art. Unique although not practical or comfortable compared to more mainstream hotels. Definitely a no if you have kids, pets or disabilities.
The rooms are nice. The staff is lazy. They don’t respond when asked for something. The rooms don’t have hair dryers or Irons. You must call down for them and the wait take forever!
Great Hotel in GDL, Its always so nice to stay at Demetria.
Trendy boutique hotel, Clean room , modern , Good location
Great location, decent stay The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of blocks from Ave Chapultepec, where many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are located. The staff was very accommodating, speaking enough English to have a decent conversation. Our room was nice and spacious, overlooking the street. Our bed was comfortable; however, it had a noticeable dip in it. The shower had...

This is perfect for a clean and quiet stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service began even before I checked in with a personal text. Great option.
Nice and quiet place, walking distance to main square
Very lovely staff and hotel. Room was comfortable, if a bit small, but quiet, overall. Compliments to Pedro at breakfast for excellent food and friendly service-thank you. We would return if staying in Merida and did not require a pool onsite.

Excellent attention from staff, everybody were so kindly. Beautiful view from the room. A few restaurants and a cenote across the street. There's peace and silence at night great for relaxation.
We had a wonderful and peaceful time. Highly recommended…
A Hidden Gem in Tulum – Pure Relaxation Alea Tulum is an absolute dream. From the moment you arrive, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning beachfront set the tone for a perfect stay. The hotel is beautifully designed — boutique, intimate, and surrounded by nature — making it ideal for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully styled with natural...
We did not stay at Alea but at Nerea a sister property. Nerea is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are amazing, and the drinks were excellent! The staff were wonderful!! Thank you Sergio and Jesus!! We hope to see you again soon!
Unfortunately, we didn't get a room at the Alea Hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel was empty and clearly unoccupied. There was no one to talk to or any sign on site. We tried for an hour to get in touch. Eventually, someone from the neighboring hotel came. We checked in there. The room was a bit smaller, without a TV, and not directly on the beach as booked. The walk from the main road is a disaster. It...

The staff at Kore were amazing! Came during off season and it was HUMID the hotel had great AC in rooms the pool was always clean and again the staff were so kind. Only complaint was due to off season the hotels menu was so limited!
It’s less people so enjoy the quiet. You will have the pool to yourself and the restaurants too. That comes with its own issues, less variety in some instances. But the bigger pla
This place was cool 15 years ago, and hasn’t been updated. Our room seemed like it was falling apart, cracked walls, stained sheets and robes. Food was overly processed, drinks were bottom shelf. The pictures made it seem way cooler than it was. The bikes were rusted and falling apart, totally unsafe to ride.
So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed. The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful
Only one dinning option, the staff is nice but not helpful (our phone didn’t work and nobody ever came to fix it) there are worn down areas, but it was very quiet and we did love that
The staff was helpful, but we didn’t appreciate the dinner staff directly asking for a tip - it felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. The property clearly had a lot of money put into it initially, but unfortunately, maintenance seems almost non-existent or at best, minimal. Every treadmill in the gym is broken, and some other machines barely function—again, a clear lack of upkeep. All four...

My husband and I had a lovely trip here! We met a really interesting variety of people. Our room was gorgeous, we had a lovely hot tub on our balcony. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I stayed in the penthouse suite and loved how spacious it was and having a private pool and jacuzzi. Also, the Lucky Lizard bar was really fun to hang by and the bartender Iram was very nice and attentive. Clothing optional is really the way to go as well. I felt safe the whole time and very comfortable. I can't wait to go back!
Last minute trip and glad I did. It was super relaxing no noise everyone was super nice and respectful. Did not have the smell of burning trash like others stated, and also our room was well cleaned. The condos are owned by different people. Property management takes care of the pool and garden. We booked off booking and will gladly do it again. The bartender was super chill and great to keep conversations...
We've been to Intima twice, and each time was an absolute pleasure! The rooms are spacious, super clean, and have everything you need. The vibe there is super chill, with lots of plants, a big pool near all the ground floor rooms, and really wonderful staff and friendly guests. We just got back home, but we're already talking about going back. It's like our special place to relax. The bar is open again...
It’s a fantastic value for those seeking the comfort of a clothing optional resort. The resort is small: just 25-30 rooms, and the size encourages friendly relationships between guests.
Intima is a hidden gem of Tulum, soon to be uncovered. Immaculate property & accommodations, amazing staff, and incredible food & drink menu. Additionally, the property is conveniently located equal distance between the beach & town so you get the best of both worlds. Just a short walk or ride to either. A magical hotel with exceptional kindness shown by everyone who works there.  Fab central location among street art, excellent WiFi, superb aircon and showers, and enchanted rooftop pool with restaurant. Beautiful hotel and lovely people. All the crew was very kind, attentive to every detail and helpful with everything I needed, Felt almost like Home 🤗 Will definitely come back. Thank you all for making my stay special.
I cannot say enough about the staff at Layla! Ricardo and his team make you feel so special and catered to. Everything we ordered on the menu was absolutely delicious and drinks are amazing! Very nice, spacious and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service, convenient free parking and close to many food option.
The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.
The luxurious hospitality and experience you are looking for in a capital city. Viva la Mexico.

North Tulum beachfront We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
Top notch service Picturesque hotel I booked it for my photoshoot. Location is in a more remote part of Tulum not the most accessible but on the upside food was more reasonabley priced than other hotels. The Customer service was above & beyond.
Oceanfront with piers accessible to guests. Beautiful, clean swimming pool with hanging chairs and waterfall. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast included. Restaurant on-site with delicious food. Massage service on-site. I highly recommend the massage.
Amazing experience friendly staff beautiful view breakfast was ok but pool was astonishing. Fre Kayak and snorkeling equipment are big added values. Enjoy your travel to this beautiful place. Also the tours they recommend are very good. Izaac is amazingly helpful. Kudos.

Passing through for two nights, on a fairly quiet street, just behind the ADO station. Spacious room, minimalist decor. Pleasant little garden and pool. No breakfast on site, but a good place nearby: La Fournée.
This is a very clean and just beautiful hotel. Air conditioning and ceiling fans for the hot months. The staff is so nice and helpful. It’s so close to the main ***** and the ADO station is just across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Comfortable, functional, and high-quality facilities. Professional service. Unbeatable location, right behind the bus station in the heart of Tulum. It allows you to stroll around and be close to places to experience the essence and cuisine of Tulum.
We cannot praise the Kante Hotel team enough for their kindness and hospitality. We had arrived after a long bus journey from Chetumal and received a warm welcome from Omar who also suggested places to eat and how to arrange trips to the Cenotes and Archeological zone of Tulum. Unfortunately one of our family members was suffering from food poisoning from Chetumal and by the following morning was...
Located around the corner from the Ado bus station, this boutique hotel is perfect for resting after a long day of activities. The room had a mold issue with the closet having a very strong smell and the bathroom have spots on the ceiling and poor patching from previous repair attempts. The Wifi also went down for half of my stay so that was not ideal.
Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.
Here’s some things that I think you can improve on. When is that the patio door should have a screen on it. The mosquitoes were hard to deal with no luggage racks in the room until we asked for it and had to fight to get a second one there was some kind of a pump that started out working in the morning And was hard to sleep. we spent $1200 and you only give us two coffees A pencil and a piece of paper...
