The room is big, the sofa has stains, the room service is good, the housekeeper is useless, the restaurant food is good, there is an Italian restaurant. The sea view room is worth recommending.

It's a great place for a family trip. There are a variety of action programs, so you'll enjoy yourself without realizing how much time has passed.

Will I ever come back again in my life? I'm glad I lived long and hard to find a place like this on the other side of the world from where I live. It's sad, but I can't promise that I'll come back

The security and bell hops were incredible as well. Every time we walked off resort they would check to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything upon return

A very satisfying vacation. The all-inclusive hotel is really comfortable. It is good for families and couples. It is the first choice for a two or three-day vacation.

The staff goes above and beyond 110% of the time. The hardest workers I've ever seen. The atmosphere here is fantastic, fun and lively at night and a little calmer and more fun during the day

I wasn't completely impressed with the whole meal, but I ate very well. Lobby tacos for dinner are by far the best food. So good and the light green sauce was delicious

This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico

The brand new Preferred Club building with lounge and bar, a beautiful upstairs restaurant serving breakfast and the most amazing 7 course dinner with amazing view of the ocean, and a new pool area complete with Bali beds, really is a major perk

The restaurants are on rotation currently assuming due to occupancy being lower as they are still renovating some of the areas. Food was good to excellent and again think it will improve more as new staff adjusts

The silent disco is always fun but they need to have a better variety of music like 80's on one channel, Rock on another and then today's top hits maybe to make it fun for everyone and 3 channels like other resorts do but again I think still learning

There was only one that did a superb job. There are 5 restaurants but the food were horrible for the most part. The sushi restaurant is not eatable

The breakfast was really good. The Mexican restaurant was the best. This is definitely a party resort. The bartenders were good for the most part. If you did not have money in hand they paid you no mind

Clean and very nice! ^_^ The pre-booked meal was delicious! The buffet, however, was just okay. Since I don't drink alcohol, it felt a bit wasted on me.

Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience

One of my fav spots during my time in Cancun and I stayed at 5 different places. Super fun vibes highly recommended and the rooms were magical the view unreal and the restaurants and shows perfect atmosphere.

Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind

There are areas of the hotel that are potentially slightly worn and building work currently in progress, we feel the new central bar area will be a great asset as would be nice to have a larger drink area for morning time after breakfast and then before/ after evening meal! But hotel generally kept very clean, we saw deep cleaning happening all around the hotel constantly, cleaning of steps, metal...

We didn’t go all inclusive so can’t comment on the food etc, but the hotel and service we received was great, the hotel was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed

The room was great, the food was good. But despite high price and paying for the preferred VIP package there was a push for upselling dinner meals, excursions, and day beds

Especially for being kid friendly you would've thought there would be a little more "liveliness". Wasn't horrible but I wouldn't go back. Food was decent not a large selection of restaurants though

We live in one of the top seafood destinations in the US and the salmon in this restaurant was hands down the best cooked piece of fish that I have EVER had. All in all, Im really glad we stopped here

This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths

Spacious and clean, but you have to shout to be heard, and the layout is a bit odd.

Definitely avoid the Japanese restaurant (unless you manage to get a teppanyaki booking), and the Italian one is just okay; the desserts have a strange artificial flavor. But just chilling out is still pretty good

We had real good dinning experience at Los Velas. The Chef Miguel gave personal touch to our food and made cuisine which we love. He didn't even know our preference but he amused us. Also serving by Justo was really good

You could probably eat your chilaquiles off the lobby floor (though I’d recommend a plate). It’s clean, functional, and unpretentious. Location, Location, Location This is why you book it

The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back

Outdated resort, buffet is garbage, resort is EXTREMELY outdated like old old! Washrooms are not nice. If you get ocean view it’s not bad view! Restaurant food is nice but once again buffet is completely garbage

They push you to make a decision on the spot, and we felt truly uncomfortable with the whole situation. It made for a very unpleasant moment

Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.

As a vegan, I would've loved to see more options in the restaurants, but when traveling with dietary restrictions that is just something you factor in on your own. Overall, I give it 5 stars again and again

We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful

My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time

The staff worked really hard and were on the whole amazing. We had a great time and the New Year's Eve event was the best we had experienced!

But everything completely changed when the manager, Stefano Rayo, paid attention to our complaints… He turned out to be some kind of magician! Initially, we received a free room upgrade since I have Platinum membership with *******, but there was no hot water in the shower — we had to take cold showers even though we reported it several times

The issue wasn’t resolved… until Stefano found out about our problem. He gave us another, even better room with hot water! And his attitude toward us was simply outstanding — very respectful, polite, and professional

Finally got around to writing this review! My friends and I stayed at Sandos in Cancun from November 4th to 8th, and I just had to share our experience. I’ve been to Cancun many times — I truly love this place

friendly and caring staff, and entertainment and performances are great. The food is not great compared to other things, especially in restaurants

I recommend going to the SHE restaurant, not because of the food, but for the performance

All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach

Nice hotel, but it wasn't as new and luxurious as it looked, and the food needs to be improved.

Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars

Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants

We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant)

The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish

We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club

What we liked least was the limited variety of food. There are four restaurants, but the food is always the same. The buffet is quite basic; we didn't use it because we didn't like much of it

There are no quesadillas (how can that be? We tried more Mexican food before arriving at the resort than here). Breakfast at the Italian restaurant was delicious. And the salmon tacos at Flor de Sal are also delicious

Had the most amazing time at Grand park Royal cancun! Brought my two teenage daughters with for a relaxing time. Absolutely loved the all-inclusive. I'm already planning to go back soon!

I mentioned that the buffet didn't seem as extensive as the other resort, and she promptly helped me book a table at the East Asian restaurant

The property is larger, boasting more and more beautiful swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a wider selection of restaurants

Breakfast was offered at three different venues; while this meant each individual buffet wasn't overwhelmingly huge, the dining atmosphere was vastly superior – very quiet, with extremely fresh food, especially the salad greens and fruits

Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool
