We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

Complex with swimming pool, is the perfect place for active guests, and a Jacuzzi located outdoors is a great way of winter recreation. Recommend !

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park

But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous

The use of green tiles in pools makes it look like algae. Only caution is that in the lazy river is a suction for the filter on the wall. If I was a kid , it could be dangerous and definitely scary

Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided for changing & only one lifeguard seemed active

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were kindly checked in around 1 a.m., and went straight to sleep as we were very tired. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety to choose from. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay here! I got the train from Krakow and did 4 nights here in December 2023! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The spa is just lovely! It’s located around 10-15 mins by car from Lublin Old Town

Nice modern room with a nice view. It was nice because it is located in the countryside so there is no traffic noise , it is surrounded by empty fields covered in snow, ideal for relaxation

The location was close to the Barbican, extremely well positioned for the train station and easy walk to other areas of Kraków. Would highly recommend this hotel

While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train

-: we were unfortunate to be welcomed in our room by toilets not flushed and with stains… I tried to clean and since it was not enough, I asked the reception to clean it… it was only well done the day after, due to an additional request

Great stay here for the days over Christmas. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had the set Christmas Dinner booked at the restaurant and it was exceptional. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean

Out of my stays in 19 hotels in 2025, it was certainly the one that left me the more bitter-sweet feelings and I regret that the staff was not very proactive and did not perform double/checks or provided follow ups of our requests

The hotel is in a great location: being almost opposite the train station made it easy to do a day trip to Ksiaz Castle, it is 5 min walk from the bus stop for 106 bus to and from the airport

Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The exterior has a historic feel. The rooms and corridors are also a bit old and dark. Perhaps because there is little traffic, it was quiet and I slept well

Lots of trams past but though I never needed to use a tram as it is so easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Suitable if you are planning the Christmas markets. I stayed 4 nights and would stay again

Bottled water is provided free of charge, and the Wi-Fi is fast, so it was comfortable to stay in the room. I requested a quiet room, so I didn't hear a single sound and it was comfortable

For breakfast, I used the station's cafe, fast food, and convenience store. There was also a shopping mall on the other side of the station, and there were many shops, which was fun

It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the sauna was very nice. We loved that this was so close to the bus station and the local bus to go to the mountains or thermal baths

I enjoyed a very nice dinner in house that evening and was able to walk the neighborhood the next morning to see the town

Barbara at check-in was super helpful and very nice, as I booked the hotel last minute coming from nearby Thermal baths

The lack of a swimming pool is not a big loss, because you can use it in the hotel next door, and there are SPA treatments available in the facility itself

Possibility to use sunbeds and bicycles - a huge plus, because the routes in the area are very pleasant

We had fantastic stay at Morski Widok Hotel is located within minutes walk from the beach ,facilities are great(playground and spa area ) ,staff(even tho they are very young ) extremely friendly and professional at this same time

It's nice if the restaurant works as standard (without prior reservation), but that's not a downside either. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we highly recommend it and we hope to come back here more than once :)

The building itself isn't particularly attractive, I have to admit, but the outstanding customer service, ample parking space, and tidy rooms are definitely a plus. I would certainly recommend it.

The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers

The stay at Jantar Hotel & Spa began with a warm and informative welcome by a very friendly lady at the front desk who told my wife and I all we needed to know about the local attractions as well as all the hotel had to offer in terms of the pool etc

Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing

great location, near the old town and the mall. big bed. i like that they provide a bottle and water refilling station at each floor.

The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the main square and 5 minutes from the main shopping centre and train station. If I return to Krakow, I will for sure look at staying here again

Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile

The only downside was train noise, (we were on the back side and our window looked out at the tracks) but the noise slowed down at night and we didn't let it bother us

I was amazed by how clean the toilet were, even the tile grouting were sparkling clean, and it's near to the old town, about 2km+- , about 20 mins walk. overall I'm very happy with my 2 nights stay there

Best location in this area with private beach (lots of empty sunbeds) and jetty. Walking distance to many restaurants. The building and especially the standard rooms not appealing - old post communist style and furniture

Friendly German-speaking staff who are happy to help with any questions / problems. Boat rental directly at the jetty - even a rowing boat

Unfortunately there was no possibility to lie at the lake and have a drink or enjoy snacks, because the bar was closed the whole day

The equipment is reasonable at this price, but in the midsummer it gets unbearably hot in the rooms

I normally do not write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this one as my massage by Rami at the Alter Hotel in Lublin was by far the best spa experience I’ve ever had in my life (and I’m not young, so had a lot of them)! Rami is a top-notch professional, he’s skilled, talented, knowledgeable, I cannot recommend him enough! His deep-tissue technique and knowledge of anatomy did wonders for my tight...

The quality of the food for dinner in the restaurant and at breakfast was again exemplary. Thank you so much for a most comfortable stay. I hope to stay with you again on my next visit to Lublin

You can book a massage with Rami even if you are not a hotel guest, but I would highly recommend staying at the hotel after the treatment, I guarantee you will enjoy the experience!

The staff are very professional and courteous, my room was quite a size and most comfortable, even the mini bar was of an excellent standard

The spa zone was incredible, with the sauna/hamman, the pool. The location is perfect, in the heat of the city, right next to the castle. The only downside we could find was the breakfast, the choice was a bit limited

The nice walkable location in the old town comes at a price though, the parking lot behind the hotel is a bit tricky to find but it's okay if you do some research beforehand
