Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside)

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please

In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc)

Very nice hotel with a very polite staff. Located on the hill in the forest with a great panorama view. Big breakfast and dinner buffets. Zoo-park - attraction for the whole family situated just nearby.

Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us

I did not take advantage of the spa or pool, but hope to when I have an opportunity to return. It is a short walk to the beach, making it convenient to go out and watch the sunrise

Room and bathroom very clean, with mini fridge and safe in the room. All staff that I encountered from front desk, housekeepers and dining room were extremely professional, friendly and helpful

The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the restaurant and garden made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect for relaxation and exploration Hotel Sopot was a very nice, clean and quiet Hotel. Perfect for us😀

A little further is the Sopot pier and the shopping and dining district

In the separate swimming pool extension there were two hot tubs, one raised and one joined in the swimming pool. There was a sauna room and changing rooms were clean

Room service supplied us with new towels and kept the room from becoming a beach after we came back from the sea

The amenities are amazing, ping pong tables, foosball, air hockey, pool, darts, an Xbox, a children's play room with baby kitchens, building blocks e. c, an inside play area with a slide and ball pit, a gym and a pool

There was a swimming pool, which was definitely the biggest attraction of the hotel. Unfortunately, the colossal price increase after the pandemic effectively discourages

They have a 24 hour check in so it came in great hand with the timing of our flight. The beds seemed springy at first, but it was so comfy sleeping on. Complimentary items such as soaps, sewing kits and water were great

This hotel is amazing! The perfect beach holiday hotel like what you would get in Spain, or even better. We had a late flight so checked in at 2am and the service was great

Solid 3,4 star hotel in great location. Hotel has nice pools for kids and outdoor arrangement for parents. Right out of it start walking paths to local attractions

The cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere, the food, very nice pools, 2 big playrooms for children, the location of the hotel

It is true that the floor by the pools is very slippery, that's the only minus I found

Larger swimming pool and slides is few hundred meters away

One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool area, which means waiting significantly longer in the lobby

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile

Breakfast was fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Overall, the hotel provided great value and a pleasant experience

Room size is spatious. Great location. The corridor to the room has steps be prepare to carry your lugguage

I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel in Poznań. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town and main attractions

Very good breakfast with nice selection of options for everybody in our familly. Even some gluten free options of muesli and bread. Defintly would consider staying there again when visiting Poznań

I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air

Amazing villa !!! Sitting on the lake. The villa has two pleasant and fully equipped floors. The main hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is rich and tasty and the price is reasonable.

Beautiful grounds with many play facilities for children, elegant interior, somewhat dated but very charming. Our son enjoyed a lot the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms with lake views are of course recommended.

Dinner in hotel restaurant was very good.   Breakfast was a buffet offering scrambled eggs,  meats, breads, salads, fresh fruit,  cold cereals, yogurt.   Lighting in the room was very good, better than most hotels

  Located just across small body of water from main town,  only took 10-15 minutes to walk to restaurants and souvenir shops.   Hotel  does not have an elevator but most rooms just one level up on first floor

We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect

One of the highlights for our family was the fantastic playrooms for kids. The animators did an amazing job keeping the children entertained. We also really liked the outdoor pool area, especially the jacuzzi outside

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable

To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests

The spa is excellent, the breakfasts are outstanding, and in honor of Valentine’s Day, a special atmosphere was created throughout every part of the stay. A special mention goes to the staff

We had an issue in the room that prevented us from sleeping through the night, but it was handled quickly and in such a thoughtful way that the sleepless night was completely forgotten

I’ve stayed in Accor hotels across the world and had massages in some of their most luxurious spas. Nothing compares to Ania at the Mercure Spa in Karpacz

Everything, including the service and the sauna, was excellent. The only minor issue I noticed was that the bathtub and bathroom floor can be a bit slippery, so some care is needed when stepping out

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots

The room design is also very stylish, especially the ceiling. As for the location, I hardly need to mention how close it is to Rynek Główny, literally just 20 steps away

We absolutely enjoyed our time there and definitely will be looking forward to coming back when we visit krakow again

The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone

For a this price for a room parking should be included, double bed should be double, not a 2 separate single mattress which was really uncomfortable, swimming pool and hot tube was full all the time, we don’t had a chance to use them unfortunately

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular

Wellness area is really small, the jacuzzi is still full with people mainly because of its funny size (like 3 people). Sad but truth.

and ofcourse for swimming pool and jacuzzi. we both enjoyed all our time there already for third time

We had a good time at this hotel, but it’s well overpriced, parking with an extra fee which is no giving a guarantee of space

The breakfast was great for adults. with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles. also for children the pancakes. My daughter was looking forward for maskot diamond and big playroom

Great location especially close to the seaside. Tasty breakfast & buffet (visible the high quality products; diary, meat, fruits and veggies). Access to spa, pool bowling and play ground for kids

The room was okay and the breakfast was decent. There weren’t many guests, so the breakfast was quite basic but still fine

Great hotel in great location , had a great stay in room 22 on second floor. Be aware no kettle in room, shower is weak. Breakfast was OK but not much sweet stuff or English options

Pool was better on the next day, but still only around 25-26 degrees. There is also sauna but it was broken when we were staying here. Rooms were clean, food was good, there are enough coffee machines

The reception, lobby and caffeteria are nice, there is a kids play area, table tennis, billiard. The wellness spa is 1 swimming pool, which was extremely cold, couldn't go in, so we paid for jaccuzzi

First of all the staff is not helpful, not even when I asked for further information. Not even a smile, not even a kind greeting, not even a 'good morning'. Nothing is written in English, they slightly speak some words

Some cheese, some sausages, some eggs, one kind of muesli and that's it. Ok, and one kind of juice of the poorer quality. And nothing is written, I mean no information about the food, however it must be written

The location is good, it's 5-10 minutes from the centre with beautiful buildings and shops, restaurants. Overall, If you're staying for a few nights, for the weekend like us, it's a good choice

And here I don't have problem with paying the parking place, but we didn't have coins and we should have come back to throw new coins again and again. ) The breakfast is the same everyday

The hotel is modern and located in the city center. If you have a tall car with a roof box, the standard parking is too small, but the staff helped us and showed where to park

The rooms are very nice, and we enjoyed the pool and spa center, including jacuzzi, saunas, and a cold room. There are also many cafés and restaurants nearby, and the hotel has its own restaurant

The pool and spa could do with an upgrade, but our Polish and English family ( some staying in the family home locally) loved the pool, different spa areas, slide and the elephant

We especially liked that there is a room for small children and another room with games and billiards for older kids

So close to Branicki Palace and restaurants and easy walking to good shopping malls The only thing I would do differently would be to bring a decent hairdryer! I hope we return to Bialystok in the future I would definitely book the Gołębiewski

Room was clean, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Wall socket was a bit far from the bed. Service was nice, receptionist very helpful and fantastic staff at the restaurant bar

Location is 4/5 , next to busy road, but about a 10 min walk or 3 min scooter ride up from the hotel is a beautiful park, great coffee shop, and gorgeous mountain to hike

Good rooms although the pillows could be way better. Great breakfast and very nice service.

As a 4-star hotel, it could be more prepared to receive guests, especially if guests from abroad need internet, because it was said that it is overloaded with many guests

Dielis is a spacious hotel with spacious rooms, although the equipment is older, everything works

special mention to the breakfast buffet staff for being very considerate towards kids, offering additional hot chocolate for my 5 year old , making it easy for my 1 year old with special baby cutlery and being very fast with clearing the mess my baby made, is worth mentioning

I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower. The rooms are quite quiet, even though they are close to a busy avenue

Very nice hotel and definitely kids friendly. The kids corner in the hotel is very relaxing not just for kids but also for the parents as kids can safely play there, while the parents have a cup of coffee

It was also very small and it appeared to be open to the public for use, so was often very packed with what didn't look like hotel guests. But I did manage to get some use of out it

The only issue is for dinner where the service at the restaurant is very slow and can get a bit tricky with kids. The staff overall is very polite and friendly

The breakfast has very good varieties for both kids and adults. The food at the restaurant also tastes very flavourful and delicious

During my stay in May 2019, the hotel was in the final stage of expansion, which will make it bigger and will have a swimming pool and sauna. The big advantage of the hotel is the nice professional staff

W trakcie mojego pobytu maj 2019 hotel był w końcowej fazie rozbudowy co sprawi ze będzie większy będzie dodatkowo posiadał basen i saunę. Duży atut hotelu to miły profesjonalny personel

Rooms are fairly small and building is shaped kind of like a maze. There are 2 lifts/elevators which seemed a bit odd because the main one couldn't bring you to the gym/sauna area. The hotel lobby restaurant was superb

Haven of peace in a super central location. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was imaginatively and luxuriously appointed. All in all a splendid place to stay when visiting Krakow

First Class Historic Hotel with terrific service & facilities! The staff were the finest I have encountered & nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb & the bed excellent

Also, took a few days to not get water everywhere during shower + lighting option in bathroom are too bright. Still, excellent, highly recommended, experience and I cannot emphasize enough: do not miss breakfast!!!!!!!!

The room is neat and clean, the bathroom is spotless, the service staff is friendly, the indoor space is large and high, the public facilities are many and clean, the restaurant space is very comfortable, I will come back to experience it next time

Very good hotel for the price, privately run small hotel trying to offer the features of bigger chains. The neighbourhood looks a bit off putting but it's nice and quiet at night

Go out in the evening turn right out of the Hotel walk up the hill and then your are virtually in the centre of Old Town Lublin, walk maybe 10mins and you will find the colourful foundation show that is always on,Get yourself a Kebab or ice cream and admire the show and yes its free! YES! i would recommend the Hotel!

A nice and cosy hotel right in the heart of Lublin’s Old Town. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Rooms are tasteful, comfortable, beautiful interior design. The hotel also offers parking, which is very convenient

But the breakfast- omg! AMAZING! What a feast! They had a great selection of cold and warm pieces. I’m vegetarian and I had plenty to eat and I struggled to choose (so I ate it all 😂). I highly recommend this hotel x
