Amazing food! The corn fed chicken was very tender, beetroot on the side had an incredible taste! The fish was also very nice. Perfectly sized portions, high quality.

The wellness area was another highlight, with a relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, perfect after a day of exploring. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, which made for a restful stay

My only complaint was with the columns towards the front of the room that made it hard for some participants to see me present. Lunch was exquisite, with plenty of options, to include dietary considerations if needed

Unfortunately, I stayed in this hotel only for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room has a pretty goog size and comfortable. I really liked that hotel provides a drinking and sparkling water for free

When we called to ask if we could come do a site recon, she was happy to meet with us. As we talked through details of the conference, she provided us with complimentary (non-alcoholic) drinks from the restaurant

The staff deserve special mention – they were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend New Skanpol to anyone visiting Kołobrzeg

I had a really good 6-day stay at New Skanpol in Kołobrzeg. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices both at breakfast and dinner time – something for everyone to enjoy

They have increased pricing significantly, with parking and breakfast costing extra now. The newly added Muru restaurant is a real plus. The dinner menu is excellent and deserts outstanding

Clean and centrally located on the main square. In need of a major redesign / overhaul. The room was large but bare, the bathroom could have been another whole bedroom it was so large

This hotel has heated bathroom floors! Wonderful. In the picture, you can see the view from the dining room, where we ate our buffet breakfast

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

What called my attention were some of the small extras, like apples in a basket in the reception area

The other bed and the rest of the room were clean though. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. It was easy to park the car at the hotel. The mattress pictured really should be thrown out

Overall a nice and clean hotel, but be warned to check underneath the sheets and mattress protector, because something might have died on your mattress (see pictures)

The territory is very well maintained, nice park for a nice walk. We are taking one star off for the glass door to bathroom - there was nothing romantic in that as the bathroom is one room with the toilet

So not sure where the designers were going with that but that was definitely not our favourite feature. Also the Gdynia town is nothing much really, so the surroundings further than the hotel park might not excite you

Spa is ok - very new and clean, relaxing, the choice of saunas was good. Personnel was polite and service-oriented in an extraordinary way. Also - NO kids, so we had a quiet and calm weekend

Cleanliness of the hotel and the room is guaranteed 100% The food in the restaurant is amazing. Sorry, we were not able to try all the dishes but will definitely go back, maybe even this year :)

It is an absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing decor! The rooms are stunning - all different. Quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc and the bathrooms are gorgeous! Now to the staff

With the price there’s also complimentary swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and they are opened 9am-9pm and I can feel that staff takes care of the area for good hygiene level

Since we traveled by car, the location was convenient for us, and having a parking area was a great comfort. Although cleanliness could have been better, the condition of the rooms was generally good

At night there were suddenly mosquitoes and very small, tiny flies in the room that you had to eliminate before being able to sleep. In the morning the breakfast was very delicious. A lot of space for free parking

Beautiful gardens, caring staff [Marcin was an awesome guide and help for local needs], big spread at the breakfast buffet [enough sustenance to take you through the lunch time, for sure], comfortable beds, updated rooms in the gorgeous old mansion, good swimming pool! The only reason I give 4, and not 5 stars, -- albeit hoping that the Management of the place taking this one detail into account--...

Lovely Very beautiful place, the garden behind the hotel is absolutely lovely and the building itself has a wonderful style, both inside and outside

The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly

I loved the big balcony, we were lucky that there weren't other guests, but usually the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment

It's quite convenient nearby, with convenience stores and supermarkets

AC was a priceless feature in the weather we had at that time

Decor is dated but quite clean, lights automatically turn on/off everywhere which made for some dark hallways. Across the street from the train station, easy walk to many historical sites

We (4 people) stayed for one night in room 207. Room was spacious, clean with super somfy beds. Varied breakfast with loads to choose from. Room service was quick, and portions tasty and generous size.

Fastest checking in I've ever encountered. Very friendly crew, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very good. All-in-all, recommended for the price point!

Breakfast was very good, room was lovely. However the menu for an evening meal is very limited and service from the restaurant staff was poor (although they did have a big party going on at the same time)

Where does one begin to summarize a 10-month stay at The Lubicz Wellness & Spa? Due to work, I once again had the privilege and honor of staying in Ustka, and this hotel truly became my second home

You will definitely leave feeling completely rejuvenated. ​The pool area is equally impressive, featuring a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a superb jacuzzi perfect for unwinding. ​ ​The dining experience is top-notch

Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings

We chose the property because it had a swimming pool, it was a nice to have for a quick evening dip but not for swimming - it wasn’t big and opening hours are limited to mornings and evenings

Pool works very weird hours, like early in the morning and after 8:00 at night, because they have other activities during the day inside. Everything is pretty old, but okayish

Very basic hotel swimming pool is not what seems availability very reduced shared with a swimming school ! 24 hour bar is a bonus

Very satisfied. The front desk service is very good, with a bunch of beauties. The room is very quiet. There is a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and toothbrush.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were kindly checked in around 1 a.m., and went straight to sleep as we were very tired. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety to choose from. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay here! I got the train from Krakow and did 4 nights here in December 2023! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The spa is just lovely! It’s located around 10-15 mins by car from Lublin Old Town

Nice modern room with a nice view. It was nice because it is located in the countryside so there is no traffic noise , it is surrounded by empty fields covered in snow, ideal for relaxation

I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air

Amazing villa !!! Sitting on the lake. The villa has two pleasant and fully equipped floors. The main hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is rich and tasty and the price is reasonable.

Beautiful grounds with many play facilities for children, elegant interior, somewhat dated but very charming. Our son enjoyed a lot the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms with lake views are of course recommended.

Dinner in hotel restaurant was very good.   Breakfast was a buffet offering scrambled eggs,  meats, breads, salads, fresh fruit,  cold cereals, yogurt.   Lighting in the room was very good, better than most hotels

  Located just across small body of water from main town,  only took 10-15 minutes to walk to restaurants and souvenir shops.   Hotel  does not have an elevator but most rooms just one level up on first floor

We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the sauna was very nice. We loved that this was so close to the bus station and the local bus to go to the mountains or thermal baths

I enjoyed a very nice dinner in house that evening and was able to walk the neighborhood the next morning to see the town

Barbara at check-in was super helpful and very nice, as I booked the hotel last minute coming from nearby Thermal baths

The building itself isn't particularly attractive, I have to admit, but the outstanding customer service, ample parking space, and tidy rooms are definitely a plus. I would certainly recommend it.

Pool was better on the next day, but still only around 25-26 degrees. There is also sauna but it was broken when we were staying here. Rooms were clean, food was good, there are enough coffee machines

The reception, lobby and caffeteria are nice, there is a kids play area, table tennis, billiard. The wellness spa is 1 swimming pool, which was extremely cold, couldn't go in, so we paid for jaccuzzi

First of all the staff is not helpful, not even when I asked for further information. Not even a smile, not even a kind greeting, not even a 'good morning'. Nothing is written in English, they slightly speak some words

Some cheese, some sausages, some eggs, one kind of muesli and that's it. Ok, and one kind of juice of the poorer quality. And nothing is written, I mean no information about the food, however it must be written

The location is good, it's 5-10 minutes from the centre with beautiful buildings and shops, restaurants. Overall, If you're staying for a few nights, for the weekend like us, it's a good choice

And here I don't have problem with paying the parking place, but we didn't have coins and we should have come back to throw new coins again and again. ) The breakfast is the same everyday

The hotel is in a great location: being almost opposite the train station made it easy to do a day trip to Ksiaz Castle, it is 5 min walk from the bus stop for 106 bus to and from the airport

Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The exterior has a historic feel. The rooms and corridors are also a bit old and dark. Perhaps because there is little traffic, it was quiet and I slept well

Lots of trams past but though I never needed to use a tram as it is so easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Suitable if you are planning the Christmas markets. I stayed 4 nights and would stay again

Bottled water is provided free of charge, and the Wi-Fi is fast, so it was comfortable to stay in the room. I requested a quiet room, so I didn't hear a single sound and it was comfortable

For breakfast, I used the station's cafe, fast food, and convenience store. There was also a shopping mall on the other side of the station, and there were many shops, which was fun

It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it
