We booked a corner room with a view, and the extra cost was absolutely worth it — the view of the marina is stunning, and the room is spacious and quiet

Breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and we had an excellent dinner at the Fish & Gin restaurant. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it a perfect spot for a mix of relaxation and fun

There are plenty of amenities too, so you can easily enjoy your stay without even leaving the hotel. And the area is perfect for a nice walk as well 😊

Fantastic place! The staff are really welcoming, the room had a gorgeous view, and the restaurant offered some great and interesting options

We really enjoyed the hotel amenities: we played a few rounds of foosball, tried the table tennis, and relaxed in the gaming area

The reception staff were very welcoming and spoke multiple languages, which made everything so easy

They forgot to clean our room one day, but we visited during peak season. The spa and kids room/play area are really unique. Feels like one of the best in Sopot

Kind of disappointed Great location and sweet staff Unfortunately sink was not draining , then when moving night stand to charge phone I found a condom wrapper ( makes me wonder how well they clean) The Sheraton lounge was also very sad, morning they had stale cookies, chips , apples and small oranges and coffee machine was out of water and no one to fill it

Fantastic location, central - huge bedroom. and bed, very comfy, pillows were terrible too thin ! Spa was new with great whirkpool, towels robes and essentials for getting ready. Free toiletries to use is a nice touch

You can’t just go and use pool- it is part of spa and you have to pay about $40 to use it and it was discounted bc their jacuzzi wasn’t working

The spa area - very nice pool, and loved the saunas even though one was broken. The hammam and finish sauna did the trick. Also added bonus for the snow machine outside the Finnish sauna

Beautiful hotel, very close to the old town. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There was a communal water dispenser on each floor, which dispensed both still and sparkling water, which I thought was a nice touch

The Grand is conveniently located right at the edge of the Old Town (you just walk out your door to the right and are at the start of the best part of Lublin), the rooms are beautiful (big with high ceilings) and super clean, and the included breakfast buffet was yummy

Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go

If you are visiting Lublin the IBB Grand Hotel is a great choice as it has free parking between 6pm - 8am directly outside and is a very easy and nice walk into the old town for an array of dining options

With easy access to the town center And public places. A fantastic atmosphere and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

We had also included breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty on buffet breakfast. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. We recommend everybody, who likes holidays in mountains , to visit "The White Rock"

We visited this hotel on the recommendation of friends! We went with a 6-year-old child for the weekend, planning an active holiday with skiing and sledding, but we were unlucky with the weather, +12'C there was no snow at all! Therefore, we enjoyed the pool, baths, and jacuzzi with great pleasure

The pool is large and warm, the child swam from morning to evening) The room is cozy, the whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The restaurant is delicious, but it takes a long time to cook! Breakfast buffet - varied

we don't speak polish but found common language with the staff without problems. The pool, although not big, but we managed to catch the moment when we were alone in it. This is the best hotel in this area

The pool is heated, and next to it there is a jacuzzi and a dry sauna. Breakfast is very varied, and at a very high level. The hotel staff is professional and above all very kind

We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

but I had to pay 25 zloty ,tons of Parking in advance included in the booking price,VERY STRANGE?!The little things inherent in the hotel with four stars all paid. Many non-resident hotel come into the pool

For a this price for a room parking should be included, double bed should be double, not a 2 separate single mattress which was really uncomfortable, swimming pool and hot tube was full all the time, we don’t had a chance to use them unfortunately

I had the best experience in years! Normally in Poland you will never find smiling nice employees! In this hotel I met the best employees I ever seen! They are amazing! Wellness area is really small, the jacuzzi is still full with people mainly because of its funny size (like 3 people). Sad but truth.

The pool area, albeit smallish, was sufficient. People did not overcrowd it much, we could swim and use both the jacuzzi and sauna. I appreciate the true Finnish style sauna which went up to 102 C

There's a small Zabka next door with a friendly gentleman. Recommend to hit the NAGA Thai restaurant for dinner and loop back to Piwnica Pub a block away from here for a Karaoke night kn Saturdays

Close enough to the old city center, about 6-minute walk. Tjere's also a guitar at the lobby for guests use. I wonder though why this was 20 zlotys more expensive (total 260) than the IBIS at the old town

It wasn't a huge selection, but it was plentiful and fresh. Parking costs extra, but it's affordable and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay

My only complaint was with the columns towards the front of the room that made it hard for some participants to see me present. Lunch was exquisite, with plenty of options, to include dietary considerations if needed

Clean and centrally located on the main square. In need of a major redesign / overhaul. The room was large but bare, the bathroom could have been another whole bedroom it was so large

The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to revitalize

Instead of having caffee from machine, the staff prepares it freshly according to your preferences. The same if you want to have eggs - they are prepared freshly, too

The environment is very nice, and the sight of crows everywhere is a unique feature.

The territory is very well maintained, nice park for a nice walk. We are taking one star off for the glass door to bathroom - there was nothing romantic in that as the bathroom is one room with the toilet

So not sure where the designers were going with that but that was definitely not our favourite feature. Also the Gdynia town is nothing much really, so the surroundings further than the hotel park might not excite you

Spa is ok - very new and clean, relaxing, the choice of saunas was good. Personnel was polite and service-oriented in an extraordinary way. Also - NO kids, so we had a quiet and calm weekend

At night there were suddenly mosquitoes and very small, tiny flies in the room that you had to eliminate before being able to sleep. In the morning the breakfast was very delicious. A lot of space for free parking

We (4 people) stayed for one night in room 207. Room was spacious, clean with super somfy beds. Varied breakfast with loads to choose from. Room service was quick, and portions tasty and generous size.

Where does one begin to summarize a 10-month stay at The Lubicz Wellness & Spa? Due to work, I once again had the privilege and honor of staying in Ustka, and this hotel truly became my second home

Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings

Pool works very weird hours, like early in the morning and after 8:00 at night, because they have other activities during the day inside. Everything is pretty old, but okayish

Very satisfied. The front desk service is very good, with a bunch of beauties. The room is very quiet. There is a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and toothbrush.
