We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, it was such a nice experience, food was very delicious, well organised service, great welness and spa, parking in underground was perfect, I really recommend this hotel, I will come back for sure

Restaurant is top level, excellent. But the hotel in general is far from perfect. It claims to have gym, but this cannot really be called gym, only a couple of machines

The location is convenient, close to the beach. Perhaps because it's winter, there were fewer guests, but the sauna was always busy. Winter rates are quite reasonable, and the quality is good! I would visit again.

There was a madam next to to the pool, I think some sort of a lifeguard and she was really irratited becouse of something, and she also told us to get ouf of the pool 10 minutes earlier than any time (she got us out of the pool early before the closing of the pool) , overall, I would reccomend this place to stay

The hotel turned out to be the biggest positive surprise ever! Very clean, practical, sauna, swimming pool, available food and drink even in the evening. The biggest bonus was breakfast

I visited the hotel with my family. The staff was very friendly and caring. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Children enjoyed their stay and had fun in the swimming pool and play area.

For kids it is awesome becouse there is a play room next to the check in, also there are three amazing saunas with a pool

Our room was pretty big and comfy however the double bed were 2 beds put together which created a gap in between that was pretty uncomfortable

Swimming pool are small + sauna is fine. Rooms are ok but old TV 📺 and only in polish. I don't want to show pictures, but the sofa was very worn and burnt. It needs to be replaced or at least repaired

The pool is small but it was warm (28 degrees) someone here in reviews mentioned it was freezing cold so fortunately this was not the case

Since we were traveling as a family, we needed a triple room, and this hotel happened to have one. An Uber from the airport cost about 62 PLN, and from the hotel to the Old Town, it was around 27 PLN

This is a 4-star hotel; at least respect those stars. Also the card dont works in the next day so you need to visit the reception for fix it

Other negatives are that the rooms are definitely not soundproof, you can hear and really feel someone else closing the doors of their room (as the doors are not easy to close and you have to push)

(My husband said the laundry service at the hotel was excellent for him; it isn’t available over the weekend which is why the children and I couldn’t use it. ) We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly

First of all, I had posted a review of the check in process that was very critical. That was meant for ANOTHER hotel! I was confused. The check in was great and ability to find the property without an issue

My husband stayed at this hotel off and on for 2 months. Our children and myself were able to join him for a week. We loved our stay at the Grein Hotel. The historic square is about a 10-15 minute walk

we were very impressed by such kind personal. we arrived late at night without reservation and the man at the reception helped us in every way he could. the hotel is super cozy and comfortable. the best experience ever!!

Would stay there again I stayed for 2 nights and I liked there. Check in/ out process was fast and easy. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Only thing, you can hear the traffic if window is open

The Monopol is an outstanding hotel. The accommodations are excellent, and the breakfast and dining service is of the highest quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Monopol while on business in Katowice.

The service has always been excellent, with smiling and helpful staff. The rooms are large and have all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently close to some good shops and the train station and shopping center too

Found all of the staff super-polite and attentive, save one - the young lady behind the bar in the panorama café on the 8th floor, who found it difficult to tell her face not to show the disdain she was clearly feeling when serving me, even though I try to be as polite as possible in all interactions, because; white, straight, English male = the devil right now

less than sympathetic to the disturbance they cause to others, with regards to noise late at night, then you will suffer, as I did. The concierge, to her credit, did try and call them (which I heard) but, alas, no dice

The location is very convenient, close to the city center and the train station. The staff is attentive and helpful The room is cozy and clean, and the lighting design in the room and hallways is original and interesting

The only thing to bear in mind is that in the street-facing rooms you can hear a bit of the city noises (trains passing by, etc. ) through the close windows, so if you want a complete quiet ask for a courtyard-facing room

Don’t expect this is a hotel standard, beds is a bit run out and too soft. We didn’t have a good sleep during our stays. Toilet and floor is not really clean.
