The pool facilities are brilliant, The pool can be busy with aerobics and child lessons in the evening, but we had sauna, hot tub, stream room and a cold water bucket shower all in the same area

The room was wonderful and very clean, shame we did not get time to use the pool and spa facilities

The staff were really friendly and its such a clean and nice looking hotel. It was perfect for our family city break. Easy walk into the main town center and all the attractions. It was a wonderful place to stay

Really a great hotel 9 min walk from the centre of Old Town. Great service from you enter the hotel. Check in is friendly and professional. The rooms are bright and very clean. Nice beds and nice size bathrooms

Nice quiet bar with a good selection of wine and drinks. Breakfast is a treat, good quality and good selections. Their restaurant has great dishes and good quality. I really liked the hotel and the staff

There are lots of spa options available as well for a price. The room has nice small touches such as free bottled water, Lots of shampoos and toiletries, Slippers and coffee pods

But I will be forgiving as I really hope they improve this in the future!

The wellness area was a highlight: relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna areas were never overcrowded, and the atmosphere was perfect after a day of hiking or skiing

Great hotel, friendly staff and beautifully maintained rooms. Food at the Lobby restaurant and drinks at the bar are great. Only minor details are that the hotel is slightly out of the city center and up a few hills.

The service in this hotel is impeccable, from the check in until check out we only have had great interactions with the staff. The breakfast has a great variety and the lunch and dinner also was always spot on

Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience

I remenber when hotel stars use to mean something and not just what a hotel says it does. Room and hotel are dated, the year 2000 comes to mind, worse is carpet everywhere

The location is superb, walking distance to everything museums, restaurants, shopping, city center. Definitely stay here if you're in Torun

It's easy to park the car with extra cost, the hotel is near the old town with nice location

But we got a very modern renovated room without a sofa. One night, so it does not matter

Bad personal safety Lacks personal safety: 1 access to floors is unrestricted 2 Door does not have a dead bolt 3 safe in the room is just laying there. Not bolted to anything.

Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. It should be included since people already pay a high price

My only slight criticism is that dinner was quite early although I accept this maybe normal for Poland. The bar area was quite small but very comfortable. It would have been good to have included a Polish beer on tap

It was great to have a separate sleeping area upstairs and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection every day

Bathroom shower was awkward since it was designed in a corner - wedged into the space between toilet and sink, when you turn on the shower, it sprayed into the room. Breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay

the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food. sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement',. i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing

Near the Chopin airport in Warsaw, neat and clean. All you need to spend the night before or after your trip. Good value for money too. From Warsaw Central train station, take tram 7 or 9 for a direct connection.

I’m amazed about how spacious and clean rooms are. Stuff is super welcoming, and always there to help you to have a better stay. Highly recommending location is only four minutes away from the airport.

There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is perfect for aviation enthusiasts. It's ideally located on the extended runway and has a nearby observation point for planes taking off and landing

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna

Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

We stayed only one night. But it was perfect. Arrived early but the room was already ready. Beautiful room luxuriously decorated and quiet with very comfortable bedding. Go back, yes surely.

This is a boutique hotel, elegant and refined. The restaurant is great. It's only a dozen minutes' walk from the old town.

Great Hotel & Location, a busy city area, but it was not a distraction On-site parking is available and so is easy public transportation just outside the door, Once you park you could just take the Tram

There is nothing negative to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and the spa. The pool is at a pleasant temperature and the spa offers many treatments

Very far away from center but there is easy access of buses and in 40 min you will find your self in center Well recommend if travelling by airport but not if wants to go to center often or for night as taxi far will eat your money

Stayed on a layover, very anxious, but found a free landline at the airport, desk clerk spoke English, and shuttle guy was quick on a Sunday. Breakfast and coffee was super nice. Fold out bed was nice for third occupant

The hotel is super clean and new. staff were polite and professional. location is a bit far from center. you need a taxi always to go there. Breakfast was in the average not really good variety

Hotel check-in was fast and friendly. The room was on the 5th floor which is the top floor. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Complimentary Wifi, a large TV, and a couple of bottles of water

Conveniently located a short walk up a quiet side street just far enough away from bustling nightlife of Krakow. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and plenty warm enough despite the cold weather

All staff were pleasant and helpful. The breafast offers plenty of continental choice and some hot items ie bacon, eggs, sausages but not 'Full English'. However we would happily return here

It's very comfortable to stay with children. The room is clean and well decorated. There is also a swimming pool and playground, which the children like very much. The buffet breakfast is good and tastes good.

What else should I say? Friendliness of the staff going above and beyond to accommodate you regardless of status or trip profile is just perfect. Rooms are well prepared, spacious and comfortable

Some people wearing swimming suite in saunas (not a issue of hotel, specially when you have signs on door - no swimming suite)

I think the Mercure is one of the best. It's a fantastic, large hotel with underground parking, a large pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The rooms are large and clean

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

Because of the coronavirus, you can't grab what you see and want, but you have to tell the waiter, and they'll bring it to you. It's a bit inconvenient, but the waiters are very nice!

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time

In the hotel is delicious Polish cuisine. Swimming pool , massage and all the benefits etc. So if you are in hotel Diva - enjoy your holiday!???

The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German

On breakfast there were lot of food, really fresh bread from local farmers, no doubt food was the main source of my satisfaction

There were HUGE numbers of kids, the one restaurant was so crowded for breakfast there was an extended wait line into the lobby. A great place for water sports, multiple pools

Especially nice in the cold season, when swimming in the outdoor pools and on the street snow and frost. I recommend everyone to relax here

This is a very clean, modern hotel with excellent food and a great range of spa services. The hot water springs provide a fantastic experience with several pools offering water yoga and Jacuzzi-type massages

Advantages: - close to top Tatra places like Morskie Oko, Rusinowa Polana or Kasprowy Wierch - very warm pools - tasty food, good quality Disadvantages: - nannies at mini club were not hard working

Great place to stay, in the city centre of Elblag. Everything was great including breakfast. Just be aware, close the door in your room, otherwise an alarm will come on

Very nice hotel, great staff- very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the SPA which is open till 10pm. Breakfast is very good, but pastry and fruit selection could be better. Room was clean and comfortable

Surprisingly, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. But everything else was just fine

Parking entrance is quite wide and it’s easy to park, for a city centre at least

There's couple of supermarket within 1.5km so it's convenient for us who is driving. Rooms are cozy. Bed's comfortable , toilets are clean. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there

Room was nice, receptionist was super kind. Bolt and uber are cheap so the distance from the centre wasn’t a problem.

Also, one more complaint everytime we ordered beer it came less then it should be served again service was not 4 star hotel. Pool is overcrowded and very small tried going once
