Very nice facility and a huge breakfast and dinner buffet. Tends to have tours busses staying there but it's a large hotel and very quiet. It also has an indoor pool and a hot tub.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room

The swimming pool is okay, small but suitable for kids. However, the water could be warmer. One positive aspect is the breakfast, which was good and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the edge of Krakow

In rooms with bathtubs, the glass panels were damaged and caused water to spill onto the floor during showers. Some rooms also had an unpleasant smell. The furniture is old and in poor condition

Paint is peeling off the doors, bedside lamps are loose, and some power outlets are coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall, the rooms clearly need maintenance and renovation

The reception staff were friendly, but they couldn’t really help with the room issues. Even a technician confirmed that the problems exist in all rooms and cannot be fixed

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but it does not connect directly to the city, so the claim of convenient transport nearby is misleading

The hotel needs a facelift or deep clean. My hotel room sofa had 2 huge stains which I covered with a towel. The cloth headboard was filthy. New pillows should be a priority. The bathroom was clean and lovely

That said, some of the facilities did not quite match the hotel’s luxury positioning. The spa facilities (pool, steam room and sauna) were visually appealing but very small for a resort hotel

The gym was particularly disappointing — extremely limited equipment and oddly positioned overlooking the pool area, making it feel uncomfortable and poorly designed

Spacious room, very clean, grrat amenities, amazing restaurant and the brrakfast in the mornings are very nice, lovley spa area and gym, we llved our stay and the hotel and will be coming back in the future

Recommended Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Internet was also excellent, fast and easy to connect to (which is rare in European hotels)

The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice

The location is about 30 minute walk from the Old Town, so some travellers might want to be closer, but if you have a car or want to walk or take a taxi, it's not a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location

I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website

It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting

Reception was pro and check-in and out went very smooth. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Central location close to trams, main shopping streets and museums. Big train station 20 minutes by foot. Wifi-connection stable.

Even though we had two adults and two children in the room we were not cramped. The beds were really comfortable and the sofa bed was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel

It's great. It's very close to P Street and not far from various attractions. There are direct drinking water purifiers, so it's convenient to drink water.

The location is excellent, close to transport links, a shopping center and within walking distance ( for us anyway) of attractions

The location is absolutely perfect just 3 min away from Piotrkowska street. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

Very nice hotel in a good location. I can recommend it, but the downside is the lack of access to the pool throughout the day due to renting the pool for many hours to learn how to swim. The jacuzzi is cold

The day we wanted to utilize the indoor pool, they were having swim lessons so that was a bummer but we did get to use the jacuzzi which didn't get hot but it was no big deal

But the absolute highlight was the hotel's restaurant a la carte! Brilliant, delicious, perfect dishes- great positive surprise! I would love to come back to this hotel just to the restaurant- absolutely superb! We had the fish soup, mushroom soup, chicken sous vide and pad thai

And chocolate fondant and ice cream! The breakfast was however quite normal, with missing egg- paste:( when there is sthg missing, don't leave the empty container - had I not seen it, I wouldn't have had aby problems with the absence of egg- paste;)

Everything is fine,,, for example, there is free access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi,,,, in the room there is a TV, a fridge, a safe, glasses, a plate,,, there are also towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer,,,, it's a pity there is no kettle,,,, in the club, for example, there is bowling, billiards and even on Saturdays you can dance ☺️

I'm italian, I never seen something like this in Italy. Beautiful place and panorama, a wonderful and accessible spa. Funny swimming pools for children. Free deliciuos buffet food. I will be periodic guest.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails

Good location. A lot of pools and saunas. The rooms are little bit old. Cleaning should be ordered separately at the reception. Monotonous breakfasts.

It’s perfect for families with kids there’s plenty for them to do but also great for adults thanks to the quiet zones where you can relax and unwind. A great balance of fun and relaxation for everyone!

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

The best food in the whole of Kraków, and maybe the best burgers in the whole of Poland The staff were really helpful and welcoming and even helped us decided get where to go in Kraków to take some amazing sight seeing photos

I had an amazing dining experience at Qualita. The creamy oyster mushroom soup was perfectly seasoned, and the fudge cake with raspberries was a delightful mix of rich and fresh flavors

Hotel has amazing view on the Vistula river on Wawel castle. The room was clean and comfortable. Sitting on a terrace with wine in the evening is a poem

Once you cross the river, you will immediately find many nice restaurants and bars in the old district of Krakow

The handcrafted ice cream was a perfect finish. Great ambiance and top-notch service

"spa" is a pool and sauna but the biggest issue we had was the room being too hot. No AC, no fan and radiators permanently on. Hotel is cheap but very dated

Only 3 hangers and poor supply of tea and coffee. We didn’t use the pool and gym. Was a little more expensive than other hotels we had used in Poland. But would stay here again if in the area

The room was perfect (319) and your Dining room and menu was varied and catered for our tastes. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the effort from them to speak English always with a smile

The scenery in the mountains is exceptionally beautiful. For dinner, we had stewed pig's trotters, which tasted delicious.

For the price this place is mind blowing perfect, what an affordable deal, great peaceful rooms by the lake, decent gym, amazing pool, sauna, steam etc, even has a lake area with sand

The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday

Things that could use some extra attention is cleanliness of pool, gym is too small and not well equipped and needs some serious maintenance (rust, etc), food that you order from hotel restaurant and you want it in room it much more expensive - why ? , parking is a nightmare with automated camera system - often you need to wait and call staff to open the gate as it does not work or asks you to pay...

I had three plates! I’m mad at myself for wasting valuable stomach room on eggs and bacon (which were good but still) I will return for a proper 1 week stay. Great great great hotel!!! Hidden gem, 60 stars!

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the Aqua Apartment, which was comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace balcony overlooking the lake

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes

Home if Copernicus Overnight stay on our way to Warsaw. The old town is within walking distance with quaint eatery s. You can tour the town in about 4 to 6 hours.

Super hotel in Torun, with very nice view on the river Weisel, very close to old town of Copernicus, just 10min walking distance. Swimming pool in and out are great

One detail, welcome gingerbread in the room, unfortunately, are not made in Toruń, which takes away the atmosphere a bit 😄 All in all it's a really nice place to stay in Toruń for families and couples

Food was good at the hotel, a little inconsistent, getting different sauces with the same dishes on different days or same dishes being plated on to different plates the next day, getting salad with a dish one day and then not having any on another day

Location wise is very quiet, beside the lake and the waterpark, lovely in the summer, we were at a festival and it was nice coming back to a more relaxed vibe rather than busy loud city centre

You can eat outside in the summer, but wasps literally attacked our food and drinks so we had to go inside

10-15 mins by car from the centre to the hotel and 20mins from the airport, so it’s really not bad

Came here to say for a 2 day conference and stayed on for a couple of days of relaxation. The hotel is located right on the beach with amazing sea views. It also has great spa facilities and a rooftop pool / terrace

sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. I am happy to come back again

I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool

The hotel does have a pool and spa. The pool is filled with children and very loud. The water in my opinion is cold in both the pool and spa. The hot tub should be hot, but it's not

Location is ideal for buses,trams and metro. Furthest walk is approx 6 minutes if using metro. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

"Business Traveler's Dream" Just returned from a fantastic 4-night stay at the Golden Tulip Warsaw! The location near the business district was perfect for my meetings, and the high-speed WiFi never let me down
