Overall great stay. Clean rooms, our felt a bit "dated". Amazing breakfasts! Great swimming pools.

We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not written on the site) we were given two old towels (not white and gray)

I didn’t want to even touch these towels, much less wipe with them. The water park is good, but children under 18 years old can’t enter the saunas, this is also a minus. The only thing I liked was the delicious breakfast

Positive: good buffet food, nice pool facilities

The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable

This was a brilliant addition that allowed us to fully relax, unwind, and warm up in the cold winter weather. The warm pools and sauna access really made the stay exceptional

Despite being close to the center, the hotel area itself was quiet. For breathtaking views, the nearby Antałówka Hill is a beautiful viewpoint of the Tatra Mountains and is just a short walk away

Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran

It was the perfect winter getaway for us and our two dogs! We stayed in a Deluxe Studio, which was fantastic. It was modern, quiet, and very spacious

Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread

be warned (especially in the snow). location in zakopane was great just up from train/bus station, and a diagonal walk through a park takes you to main street. We stayed in room 101 and 102 delux suite in main building

Why not 5 stars: Small sauna. Poor refrigerator in the room. Not attentive lady at bar - she always went to wash glasses when we were waiting right in front of her ready to order

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world

(and not, there was not a crowd) But overall, everyone except the bar lady was nice and we got good value for the price

Nevertheless, on that „full“ day both of us finally had a 1) water bed massage (15 minutes) 2) a pearl bath (15 minutes) and 3) some oxygen inhalation in a massage chair + a cup of tea (30 minutes)

Excellent hotel, the location is very close to Market Square. The rooms and breakfast are good value for money. Staff are very helful and friendly. Would definately recommend a stay here.

The hotel has a good location. The room was on the quiet side. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Having one would be a big plus for the hotel. Breakfast was good enough.

Room was a single room but very high ceilings so felt very airy and perfect for a single. Breakfast included, exactly the kind of breakfast i want whole abroad

The room was quiet, the breakfast was plentiful, and the overall style was retro.

Room was very noise die to traffic and i could hear the person in the next room snoring. It was a convenient location and breakfast was good

There was always a free space in the public paid street parking next to the hotel. - Very small bathroom, lack of towel hooks. The indoor pool was not well ventilated, the air was very dense

I was very pleased that people used saunas in bathing suits, and not naked as is often the case in Poland. The room immediately had towels for the pool and the beach

Very nice room and great spa facilities - three different saunas with a cold bucket of water to dunk on your body and also a cool outdoor jacuzzi 🥳 breakfast buffet was delicious and basically; we had a great time! We recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super position if you want to see the national park (i suggest you all to see it, because it s special). The porfessional smiling girl in the reception make me think i will come visit this place again

the breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel, and it is one of the best i ever had! large selection of vegetables and fruits, healthy options, nice coffee, variety of choices

they were extremely attentive to guests with special food needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free). 💚 so the highlight of the hotel is definietly the restaurant, i highly recommend it

You get what you pay, my only negative point is that the room's bathroom doesn't have soap or shampoo. Over all this is a very good option

Great place to stay and with tasty food, especialy breakfast. but they need to improve maid services and make lobby and the restaurant more inviting. The personnel both Polish and Ukrainian very polite and helpful

Just ok I received different room what I booked . Cleaner only left shower towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper. Shower very small. Only good location.

A nice place with a local shopping centre close by on foot and central Gdańsk only a short car journey away. The staff spoke English to me which was very much appreciated and they were very attentive at Breakfast time

Despite this, the overall rating is quite strong, with guests particularly enjoying the proximity to local attractions, including Gdańsk’s Old Town, and the convenience of having transport options nearby  

Rooms are small but cozy. Toilets are very clean. There is a big shopping mall just across the street. So is pretty convenient for us to grab some fastfood there. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there.

Good location near shopping centre and railway station, bus stop right outside for the airport. Very clean and modern. Free wine was a bonus too! Liked the balcony in my room.

Nice place and people. You can feel that hotel has a good few years. Kinda 80s style but clean.

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Things I liked: the room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom nice… Things I didn’t like: Room was very noisy in the mornings (soundproofing inexistant), no electric socket close to the beds Also the hotel does not offer laundry services for clothes, which was problematic

Im sad to say my stomach could not handle the Polish Christmas food and cakes and everything is closed and no store around. But beautiful place and nice service even though there was not much English understanding 😄

- the saunas could use a little refresh (and one a repair, since it was out of order) - the restaurant there only had a daily 3 - 4 course menus, so not something you can really eat when travelling with small kids

Amazing spot - staff is fantastic! Only small thing is the noise cancelling isn't great between rooms or between reception and rooms on the lower floor - wasn't a big issue but I imagine it could be if you're unlucky with your neighbors!

We had a lovely family stay at Zakopiański Dwór. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with convenient on-site parking. Rooms are simple but comfortable, offering everything we needed

Exceptional b and b on the edge of Zakopane, we ungraded the room and had our own balcony , we stayed in room 11, truly amazing stay, will go back again, breakfast fantastic

What a lovely and very different hotel. This a hotel that takes you back to the 1940s, in a nice way. The rooms are big, furnished well and everything has the look and feel of a bygone era

Very comfortable beds, great choice for breakfast, wonderful view from the balcony 😀 as the hotel is at the hill. Free parking and the restaurant in the hotel is also good. There is nothing we didn't like.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

We stayed there over Christmas period. We absolutely loved it! If we ever come back to Karpacz we will definitely stay there again. We were given a room on the highest floor with beautiful view

Visited for lunch whilst visiting the Jewish quarter in Krakow. The sky bar was well sheltered despite the winds and the food was delicious!

We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The best thing was the staff, particularly the outside bar and restaurant staff who were extremely friendly

There’s a weird smell from the bathroom and there’s only a shower curtain so water splashes all over (there’s no feet towel). The pillows on the bed are really lumpy and uncomfortable

Lovely front desk receptionists, great breakfast with a wide variety, and a small but comfortable room for an overnight stay.

There was no heating and it was not fixed during my stay, the receptionist guy told that that may have heating problems on 1st and 6th floors.

I was surprised to see this hotel listed as 1 star. I stayed 6 nights in one of the newly refurbished rooms and the facilities were fine. Obviously the furnishings were in as new condition

The staff is very nice and always want to help you. The rooms are clean and big, bed is very soft, also bathrooms are bigger than in other hotels

I usually opt for the coffee (plain Americano for 14 zł), which I don't mind paying more than usual for compared to more casual outlets, because their staff are always quite attentive and seating spaces are usually plentiful

cute place. We really enjoyed the spa - sauna, wet sauna, swimming pool. Receptionists were nice and accommodating. I do not eat meat, so it was nice to have some vegan & vegetarian options for my breakfast.

The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience. The pool and hot tub are clean, very relaxing

The exterior and location are great, but the rooms are dated. The pool and Spa are very good. I'd recommend it to families.

The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins) The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from! We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!
