Hotel quiet, clean, service very nice! Location great, close to the pier, to the PKP station, you can comfortably arrive by pendolino, intercity and the hotel is literally a dozen or so meters from the station 🤗 It was a successful vacation!

The room was large and clean, the bedding was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were complete, and toiletries were plentiful, all from the L'Occitane brand.

 Rooms are well-kept, beds comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful.  The hotel offers amenities such as spa/sauna, breakfast, elevator and even pet-friendly options

Hotel is very comfort, lovely decor, perfect location at the top of the high street. Close to train station, shops, nice restaurants and 5 minute walk to the sea front. The staff were super helpful and efficient

My stay in this hotel was wonderful! I love the color combinations in the rooms. The front desk was absolutely lovely, breakfasts were delicious and toiletries were from a luxurious brand L’Occitane

Friendly staff managed to get me into my room early, after an early morning flight arrival, which I really appreciated!! The breakfast is outstanding! Very well located, walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market

Taxi’s will need to drop passengers about 100 metres away as the entry is on a pedestrian street - no difficulty finding the place. Lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely spacious room. Modern and clean. Central location fo visiting Gdansk. Didn’t use restaurant (breakfast/dinner). Bar closed quite early.

Superb stay! We wanted a short run away from daily routine with our 3 years old, and it was just super. Spa, pool and amazing kid’s room and the whole beatiful autumn coloured surrounding was just perfect

Surrounding area looks beautiful, rooms are spacious and there is possibility to play table tennis and pool. It would be nice if the water temperature in the pool was warmer or there was a jacuzzi

We had a 3rd floor lakeside room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a small fridge, though no microwave (seems to be common in European hotels). The pool and sauna are excellent

We spent a relaxing day at Hotel Warszawa Spa & Resort and were thoroughly impressed. The spa and massage experience was top-notch – calming, professional, and exactly what we needed

We were there before 3pm check in time on a Sunday, but they let my wife use the sauna when she asked when the room wasn't ready. Excellent breakfast included

nicely located near to beach and cliffs + the location is very convenient, close to the beach and cliffs + we could see a snippet of the sea from the open window + rooms are spacious and in good condition + breakfast with a variety of food - the water pressure in the shower is ridiculously low!

Very clean and comfortable room. Only problems were a chipped toilet seat and could have benefitted from an English news channel available on the TV

The sea is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it gives you an opportunity to see the sunrise every morning. The rooms come with complementary water, kettle, mini fridge and glasses, a drink or wine

The wedding food was both creative and delicious, with impeccable presentation and delivery—truly a 10 out of 10 for promptness and etiquette. I will definitely visit this place again

I attended a wedding here and experienced exceptional 5-star service. The venue was beautiful and well-organized, with very accommodating staff and a late checkout option

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach. The restaurant serves good food, also breakfast was great - incl. fresh fruit juices, vegetables, etc

The smell was like sewage and each time someone else used their bathroom it gurgled back in ours. We also had a clump of black hair in our bed. Breakfast seemed like a bit of a free for all, but was adequate

Outdated and smelly What looked like a lovely hotel on pictures was a very outdated hotel in person. It was incredibly dated and smelt. The location however was really good in a lovely town

Our room was basic and had a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a building site which was a shame. The worst part was the bathroom, besides being outdated it smelt awful

The orange and apple juice was watered down and untasty. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this hotel but would return to the area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bristol hotel in downtown Warsaw. The entire experience was perfect. I especially enjoyed my time at the spa. The spa staff was courteous, professional and helpful

Good location with lovely view over the lake. Gym is small but pretty well equipped. Spa part with swimming pools and sauna. Unfortunately the hairdryer in our room didn't work

Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good

The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and there is a large SPA with a pool, steam bath, dry sauna and jacuzzi. There is space in the rooms and facilities, conference room, etc

We had to use 2/3 of the towels to solve the "flood". The water in the pool could be warmer, but that's not a problem. It was unpleasant that we received only 1 towel per person from the staff, but no sauna towels

This was truly premium. Large family room. Large bathroom. Automatic curtains. Great breakfast.

The matress and pillows need a bit more comfort, maybe it is a good idea to order extra pillows

The hotel service left the window in the room open, so the air conditioning did not work, and since it was mid-November, the room was 17 degrees and we had to turn the heating on full for about an hour

The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance

Everything was perfect. Smooth check-in, room change and the whole stay. My go to in PZN.

DoubleTree by Hilton is a hotel located in the center of Łódź, making it an ideal place to relax after work. The hotel offers parking and a garage at a rate of 60. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped

The hotel breakfast was acceptable; European breakfasts are pretty much the same, I suppose. The room's soundproofing was slightly poor, probably due to the building's design and materials

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient; it was a 10-15 minute walk to the square. Schindler's factory was also a short walk across the river

Also if you want to buy gifts/souvenirs they got a good selection at the hotel and the prices are even cheaper then most places in town

Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip

Breakfasts are delicious, service is nice, the pool and jacuzzi also create a nice atmosphere, everything is fine 👍

The environment is good, the breakfast and fruit are also good. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also take the SKA1 to the Salt Mine. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town

The "panoramic view" from the pool was rather disappointing to say the least. Overall, though this is by far the best place to stay in Białystok

Parking is behind the building, cheap. Room (prestige double) is clean, spacious and offers all the amenities needed for reasonable price, pretty well maintained; good bedding (hard mattress and soft pillows)

Gym and Pool are great! Rooms clean and spacious, great breakfast. A little out of the way of the centre of Krakow but a quick tram journey away. But important to bear in mind this is a business hotel/ conference area

The front desk was efficient and handled all my questions quickly. The location is great, with various trams and buses within a 5-15 minute walk. There’s a food court and a Carrefour nearby as well

The spa area is excellent! It includes a bio sauna, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room / roman style sauna), a salt room, as well as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, warmer pool, and a children's pool

The pools are a bit smaller and can get busy at times, but they are always very clean. The food in the restaurants is also delicious

I stayed at this 4-star hotel with a spa and swimming pool, but the experience was disappointing. There was no drying rack or any option to dry clothes in the room — only a paid laundry service

Very Nice interior but the bathroom Was not properly cleaned, we got dirty towels, the floor was washed with dirty mop. We asked for taxi and heard that we can download Uber app and order by ourselves

The hotel is beautifully designed and has a great location. The triple room has a large bed and a small bed, making it very suitable for family outings

However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk to the airport. Ideal for those with early flights to catch. Also accessible to city via the local train. Hotel offers a super comfortable sleep.

We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two

The hotel staff delivered an extraordinary service! We forgot our keys in the hotel safe and the hotel delivered the keys directly to the airport security check in just a couple of minutes before our flight was departing

Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed

Good location. Nice and polite staff. The only issue not too important, could be the need to take 2 lifts to get to the garage.

It is not "a favour", to be given a refund, when I cancel breakfast for which _I had paid_ Also, I don't want to be misinformed that "breakfast is free" or that I didn't pay for it! Breakfast itself was OK with good buffet selection

I asked for coffee sachets which were not supplied until second request. Too much air freshener/ chemical sprays in room. I prefer to sleep with windows open, so had to suffer traffic noise
