The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise of closing doors from other rooms, even after 23:00

The employees were friendly, and when we needed an extra towel it was immediately delivered to our room. If I am to mention negative aspects, I can only think of minor issues. The ventilation in the bathroom is not good

Located near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway

The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive

This hotel is excellent, not only for its fantastic facilities – including beautiful, spacious rooms, extensive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, sauna, and Turkish bath – but also for the attentive and friendly staff

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours

Few things we didn’t like in our stay. The pool area has a limited opening availability. We would enjoy a late night unsupervised Jacuzzi at the pool area or even in the garden if it would be available

Big shoutout the waiter gentleman in the restaurant during the evenings. The restaurant food overall was good, but very pricey (ordering from menu). And the plesniak dessert was so sweet we barely could finish it

I took my girlfriend here for 2 nights. Room looked a bit old, but it had its charm and it was clean and tidy. If only they’d also have napkins in the room, it would be even better

Making us rely on taxi, which is 8pln per km (the taxi companies say they charge 4pln per km, but end up charging double because “they need to cover their trip to pick us up”)

On the website promotion, when you book it says that the bowling and pool table and table football is available with the booking, but it could be clearer and say that it is charged separately

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away

Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one

Perhaps due to autumn break, around 7 pm, there were many young people dancing, creating a fantastic atmosphere, much like Chinese grandmothers doing square dancing, but to popular, upbeat songs

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us

The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious

We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice

Great accommodation and excellent hotel service; most of the staff spoke German or English. Requests were met, and friendliness was always a top priority. It's a wonderful place to take a walk on the beach

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility

Quite a stunning place! This hotel is directly across from main train station which was SO convenient! Rooms are beautiful. I travel with my service animal and he was very welcome by the hotel, which was also a plus

The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. We arrived early but were not able to check-in as our room was not ready but the reception team was great and stored our bags for us in the meantime

We were pleasantly surprised to have been placed in a junior suite that was clean, spacious, and had more than the basic necessities. The gym was small but well equipped making it possible to do a good workout

The hotel is exactly located when you walk out from the underground stairs. 15mins walking distance to the main Town Hall & all the landmarks of Gdansk. You can choose to book Bolt or Uber

This means that is miss guiding to say that you have access to pool every day, we was, due to this, unable to use the free hour one day. Breakfast was good! A lot of things to choose from

Clean rooms, great location, breakfast food was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day. Excellent swimming facilities as well, fresh towels give and nice heated pool

In general the staff was helpful, however, a smile would not hurt. Also the information about the spa/pool/sauna was very little to non existent

I stayed at Hotel Number One in Gdańsk and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with the Old Town easily accessible. Our room was not a small space but rather spacious and tastefully furnished

If you use Waze for the navigation pay attention that instead of driving forward to the hotel before the last turn to the left just drive towards the bridge (take the right paths), otherwise you will reach the airport parking lot instead of hotel's entrance/parking

Rooms is awesome, temperature is good, big beds, small but good TV, cool leds on the walls, custom shampoo bottles in shower, great swimming pool, big kitchen, full view of the kitchen, cool pepper and salt stands, great food, I ordered pasta and soup! Yummy! Good echo in rooms, and there one best thing here

All the staff was super friendly. It is very convenient to get to the Warsaw airport. We walked out of the hotel entrance and were at the Swiss Airlines baggage drop-off in about 2 minutes walking, with luggage

Its a basic airport hotel, clean room, bathroom clean and with soaps and large shower. No amenities for personal hygiene. Water is via a refillable flask, which is very economical and friendly

Swimming pool is rather small and has lots of kids in the afternoon without much space to relax or lie down. Also the water could've been hotter. The thing that could be better for sure is the parking

Reception was really nice and helpful answering all of the questions. They helped us transferring, the luggage since we had the room on the island, which is actually further than we thought

The spa area is really nice, with 6 saunas that you can visit and wasn't overcrowded when we were there. Massages could be better for the price though maybe we just didn't have the luck

Enjoyed our stay at the Sadova. Handily placed around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gdansk and had a really nice pool and gym, so facilities were spot on. We stayed In a Classic room which was absolutely fine

Chosen for a business trip, the location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the city center square. The service attitude was great, and breakfast was very diverse

While there are lots if choice we chose to eat in the hotel every night. We are not ones to use the spa on a short break, but other guests looked to be enjoying it

If I had one small fault, the room was a little warm and the temperature controls in the room were not working

Nice rooms and good facilities: top-notch swimming pool with saunas and jacuzzis, playroom and animation for kids during winter holidays. However, the balcony doors were not keeping the wind out and the room was drafty

The apartment was perfectly clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool, and the staff was very polite and helpful

You really don’t get to relax in the wellness area, it’s basically a kids’ aquapark. That’s something I can accept, but what is not acceptable is the level of cleanliness in the changing rooms and around the pool

The Price for room Is ok, people on reception very pro And nice, breakfast great, swimming pools perfect but. just 2 pillows And 2 blankets for 4 people

However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus

On top of this the duvet was thin ( as if for summer) and it was a cold, uncomfortable first night in January. These things were rectified swiftly the second day

Hotel Czarny Potok Resort & Spa is high luxury hotel with really nice rooms and perfect services. Rooms - very big and comfortable beds, modern and cleany bathrooms

if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room

The man who designed this route from building for example 6 and main building was absolutely delussional. You need to take I dont know how many elevators and I bet you that you will find yourself lost few times

I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall

When you come from wellness to cold room and you have little kid its not what you want. Man and the reception send us another man to fix it, when he came he said it will be fine, but it didnt

I just realized that I’ve never left a review despite staying at this location for almost 70 nights in total in 2 years! The best breakfast food and very nice employees at the restaurant (especially their Maitre D Piotr - I think I spelled it right), really nice rooms, and excellent location

Situated in the old town belt, perfect for those on foot. Very good breakfast, leaves nothing to be desired. One thing regarding parking: there's no special hotel tariff, prices are public, 100zl per day

It was great trip , good place , good service

They operated as a single system. The quality of both kinds of treatment were excellent. I preferred the “medical” massages to the “spa” massages because they were more technical and therapeutic

The medical massage therapists I spoke to were student physiotherapists undertaking a five year physiotherapy degree. They had already undertaken a two year technical massage education

Location, location, location! Very close to the beach and Sopot’s downtown. Amazing place!!! Perfect place to spoil yourself! Fantastic Spa and lot of treatments to choose from

We stayed at the Sopotorium for a week over Easter 2026 for some rest and relaxation. I have visited a lot of spas previously

The Sopotorium was fantastic and less than half the price of an equivalent stay in a spa hotel in the UK. The best bit were the treatments. There were two price lists: “medical center” treatments and “spa treatments”

The “cosmetologists” who do the spa treatments were also highly skilled and had trained for years to graduate level. Their face treatments were incredible. The one I loved most was “zoga face therapy”

Location not ideal as you need a taxi to venture as a tourist into Krakow, the aproach road is in very poor condition. However transport is very affordable in Krakow so just order a Uber

The hotel is great, not in the center but good location, I definitely come back to this hotel

The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed

Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious

The bathroom sink in my room has no stopper, and the heated towel rack condenses so much that a puddle of water forms. If you need Wi-Fi, be sure to ask for a room with a strong signal
