We had a good time at this hotel. It was clean But not much to do in the evenings. Food was ok, we took full board which was added with no cost to the nightly rate. You get what you paid for. With a car we were able to drive the island but it is to big so lots of driving time.

This is a beautiful clean and well designed hotel. Overall a good experience but a few issues - the room service closes early - like before 11pm. This is Spain, so this is very unusual. The air conditioner only went to 23 and was uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Well above our expectations. We were most surprised how quiet it was, especially the windows actually kept out noise. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear the dings, but it was much quieter than we initially feared on arrival. Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful.

1min walk from the sea with a perfect view, we had a great tome staying in Portofino hotel, personnel are very lovely. However, all rooms have separates beds so it was very hard to sleep together as the beds keep moving away and creating a void in the middle, and if you have a car you may struggle to find a place to park.

Lovely hotel with brilliant helpful staff. Modern feel but not much happening in the evenings.

Great 4 day stay with my sister, room was spacious, clean and AI package was better than some others I have been to this year.
