A lovely quiet hotel, perfect for young kids

Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach & shops. This was lucky because the hotel pool wasn't really big enough for all the guests & had limited sun beds. Had half-board with our stay, food was lovely, enough choice for a 7 nights. Good base for exploring Majorca, shame parts of the hotel were a bit tired & basic.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. Hotel facilities are good, food good, was clean and in good location to bars, shops and beach. We hadn't realised when we booked this hotel that this area was predominantly German.

Convenient for airport This hotel mainly caters for the German tourists which in itself is not a problem. Room was comfortable. Breakfast didn't start until 08:00. Not too far from the airport.

This hotel deserves another star.. 5 stars !! Only problem there is all the germans arround this wonderful place 😅 All the staff was very friendly with us and our baby .. GRACIAS to the 2 Jose’s on the bar outside for filling up my baby’s bottles every night ..😂 And to the amazing girls during the breakfast for being so gentle and friendly. The property overall was okay. Most staff were nice but a few very closed off. There was mold in the bathroom, mostly because it would steam up when you had a shower. Floor in the room was dusty, bed was constantly squeaking, and menu in the room had stains all over it. The area the hotel was in was convenient. The breakfast was nice but became very repetitive with the same items everyday.

Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. Can I firstly say that the hotel, its staff and the facilities were excellent. However, as an English family, the all-inclusive food left a lot to be desired . The food was not always hot and based around French/German options and nothing for their British guests. So bad were the choices that we ate out most of the time, although we paid for all-inclusive meals.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of the area, very close to the beach. Entertainment was not great but they did at least have something on each night. Just not to my tastes. More for the older community. Lots of choice for food each meal. Pool was maintenance and looked clean.

My husband and I have just returned from 10 days at Hotel Girasol and we have had a brilliant time. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Food is absolutely amazing and dining room very well run. Plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the terrace. I visited this hotel with my partner for our anniversary, we asked the staff if they could do something special for us, and they truly went above and beyond for us, our room was clean and spacious with a nice large balcony. They left us champagne and decorated the bed with rose petals. Truly an unforgettable experience that me and my partner will cherish for a long time.

I don’t understand how this hotel is 4 stars? The rooms are dated and the beds are squeaky. The curtains are thin and let daylight shine into room making it difficult to sleep longer. It definitely does not feel like the stars are real. It is located quite far from Palma centro and buses only run till midnight. I wanted to check out late but was told there is a 50€ surcharge for this even in low season...

We just came back from 5 days in Mallorca and we really loved our hotel. Staff was amazing, from reception, to bar, to breakfast, it’s one of the biggest plus, always attentive and with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Quite central, would reach city centre / beach (Cala major where all restaurants and bars are) in less than 10 min walk. We didn’t use it but bus stop is within a short walk...

Difficult to park, no one answer the phone call after I found something missed to check with hotel, I have to spend one hour to go back the hotel to check with them. The location is far from sea , the description of sea view is nonsense.

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 with a very smiley chef making omelettes to order ! We had some issues with a leaky shower, and as the hotel was booked up we had to use towels to keep the floor dry. The walls were quite thin but what can you expect in Spain !
