Such a wonderful hotel. The main takeaway was how wonderful and lovely the staff were every single day esp to my 10month old. Everyone is so accommodating. The pool is lovely. It's pretty chilly in october..be warned. The baby pool is great... again cold this time of year. The food was great...we are vegetarians and it was really easy. What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Please note: if you have disability issues it can be quite hard to get in the swimming pool as the steps are very low down! Oh and the breakfasts were varied and yummy! Travelled with my best friend for 5 nights. We had the best chilled time. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. Maria was just wonderful and kept us entertained. I asked if they did any Zumba classes, which they didn’t; however she said the next night she’d do some Latin/salsa dancing which she was true to her word! Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. Great relaxing family get away. Perfect location. Hotel was clean and friendly. Card machine on the bar would help. I don’t like putting everything on my room. Few reviews mention cost of sunbeds. Just checked into this gorgeous hotel, rooms are stunning and spotless. The team are so friendly and helpful! Great location on the beautiful lake and 3 mins from the sandy beach. Such a fantastic hotel lovely staff, great food and drinks. Service is excellent and the staff are so friendly. Really enjoyed my time there.

Everything was great. And the most important: very friendly people working absolutely professional in the hotel. Marvellous cooking in the restaurant!

Very high level of cleanliness.pleasant staff.Good variety of fresh food in dinning area. Good ondoor pool, sauna and gym.was given an extremely small unsuitable room. But happy was given a different room the next day.

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

We had a fabulous week staying at this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool was perfectly cool with a great bar next to it. We also really enjoyed the area and the hotel is in a great position to explore the whole town and not have too far to walk.

We booked this hotel on the premise of the description on line. it did not mention that the photo shows the pool and hotel but not that behind the camera is a very busy noisy main road, the main bus route with buses every few minutes. It also did not mention the eight steps down then across a road the twelve steps up to the swimming pool and the only open bar. This hotel was shown as all inclusive...
