Spending the holidays at the Elba Sunset was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is spectacularly perched on a cliff between Magaluf and Palmanova, and the sea view from the Deluxe Artemis-category room was simply breathtaking. Sunsets right from the balcony – priceless. The room was tastefully and modernly furnished, very clean, with a comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, bathrobe, and slippers...

Enjoyable stay and very good sea view!

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The setting was beautiful. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was very good. The parking was too expensive, so finding a space nearby wasn't easy. The soundproofing in the rooms was average, and the bathroom and shower were too small. A second sink would be better. Overall, it was clean, but the cushions on the outdoor chairs could use a wash.

Overall a great stay at the Elba Sunset hotel. The view is great and staff are friendly. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is a little bit off with doors blocking each other if opened. The hotel has a stunning view of the sea but a little far off town.

The sea view is nice and the facilities are relatively new. The toilet is too small and the door design is unreasonable. The room cleaning is also average. The toilet paper ran out on the first day and was not replenished for the next three days, and no water was provided. It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving and lying flat. This is a fantastic family hotel, especially great for kids, particularly because of the kids' pool featuring water slides. There are plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The reception staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Being right next to a beach club, it is not the most ideal location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Had a really awkward and uncomfortable last night at the dinner buffet and the staff were unapologetic about it. I will not be returning.

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

The hotel was perfect. Maria and Raquel—it's hard to say who was better and kinder. When we arrived, they gave us an all-inclusive wristband even though we had paid for half board. Everything is brand new, clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. Warm greetings from Croatia!

Complete satisfaction ! 3 nights in the hotel, great rich half board, within walking distance of the beach, lots of shops nearby, quiet in the hotel, clean sufficient room with everything you need. We enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool areas were ideal for families, and direct access to the beach was perfect for us. This hotel was lovely, when you entered downstairs it was beautiful with a marble staircase and beautiful furniture. Hi i went into BQ Picafort for a holiday we stayed for 5 nights the staff was evry sweet and helpful. The rooms were good but a little bit small, there was almost no space where to walk inside the rooms. The food was excellent, fresh and good food every day for breakfast and dinner

So I recently stayed this lovely hotel from June 10th to June 15th I travelled solo. I was in room 532. Which is in the corne you can see everything from your room. Rooms are very small with huge beds. I booked a double room for soul occupancy and it is nothing like the picture on the website. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star hotel is more accurate. An example of why this is is there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to rent them and the staff told me that they only have 6 for the whole hotel. There is no room service and only a vending machine if you want snacks etc. Breakfast is nice and varied options.

I came across this hotel as it has a rooftop bar. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were super nice. My favourite was antonella. She was amazing and i will come back because of her great customer service.

Good Stay in general. Staff at the reception could be stroppy some times. It is quite some walk from the beach. The pool is ok in size with sunbed available but could be full at peak times. Had a really lovely stay here. Breakfast was amazing, the hot chocolate in particular was delicious even though it was from a machine! Just a few issues with miscellaneous hairs in the room that didn’t come from us. But overall had a good time. May even return!

The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. This was a nice place to stay overall. The pool area and restaurant/bar were really nice. It took a long time for our room to cool down, and the fan made a really loud noise. I brought this to the attention of the hotel with no resolution.

Where do I start, this hotel is an absolute gem. The moment we arrived the staff where great. They listened carefully and delt with every request fast and efficiently. The rooms are great for families. Clean and are regularly cleaned. The facilities are good, the spa is an added bonus for a cheeky escape from the busy outside. Got back last week from a 4 nights stay, The hotel Is lovely, small blocks spread around we was in block 7 overlooking the swimming pool perfect rooms Were good abit basic but clean. Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Diner/Lounge with patio door to a large balcony. The bedroom was ok with patio doors onto the same balcony. Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. It was extremely busy. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. I absolutely loved my stay at Ferrer Janiero hotel and spa. The check-in was very fast. The rooms are very nice. The buffet pretty much changed daily so that was nice.
