Great location, rooms basic but very clean bedding and towels changed daily. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Didn't use the pool but clean and lifeguard on duty all the time. We were only there four days, so was great for a short break. Didn't eat there so can't comment. We enjoyed it.

Excellent location just 10 minutes from airport by taxi.
Beaches and “promenade” are a five minute walk away. Reception staff were very helpful although it has to be said some were more friendly than others. Very nice rooms with excellent daily maid service. Breakfast was great with choices to suit almost everyone. Cannot fault this hotel or the very attentive people who work in it.

I stayed here during my summer trip to Mallorca. The breakfast was nice and the location is super convenient, just a short ride from the airport by bus. You can hear the airplane noise, but that’s also the reason it’s so easy to reach. If you’re renting a car, another area might be better, but for travelers without a car, this place is a good choice. The terrace seemed to easily accessible to the next room, so I wouldn’t leave valuables in the room when going out.

The location of the hotel is great, in front of it there is a bus station, so you can easily get to the airport ot Palma.. rooms are littler outdated, but have basic staf and are creaned daily. I wish there was a fridge and hairdryer.
The food is also great, many fresh salads and options for vegetarians, like me.
Overall, worth the money.

Great little hotel. Reasonably priced, the general staff at reception and cleaners are great and friendly. The hotel is dated, but I believe that the hotel is soon being renovated and updated. The lifts are small and at the time of staying one wasn’t working. This only being able to carry two at a time. Great location, ideal for people staying in or adventuring out. Decent hotel for plane spotting. Any spotters who are wondering, you want 5th floor looking over the tennis court

The hotel does not correspond to its category and any criteria, the rooms are terribly old, renovation from the 90s, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, the air conditioner works only on one program, if you do not have money to improve your living conditions, you could at least repair the plumbing and paint the walls, but in this hotel no one cares about this, also in the hotel for 2 days not a single elevator worked, guests with large suitcases had to go up on foot. The only plus in this hotel is good breakfasts 😏

The hotel is well-located, very close to the sea, and our room featured a balcony with neighborhood views. A minor inconvenience was having only one power socket by the bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a major letdown: both the tub and toilet were set uncomfortably low. The shower was practically useless; it was impossible to get a comfortable temperature, swinging between ice-cold and scalding hot. A hairdryer was also notably absent. On the plus side, breakfast was tasty. However, the walls were paper-thin, meaning we could hear everything from adjacent and upstairs rooms. A big advantage was the public transport stop right next to the hotel. I'd recommend it for a short stay, as you'll likely spend most of your time exploring outside.

Great location in Can Pastilla, not far from the airport. The facilities were just okay. Unfortunately, the place felt a bit run-down. The balcony door was broken and could be easily opened even when locked, which was a major security issue. Definitely overpriced for what it offered.
