Spa was excellent and the situation of the outdoor pool and proximity to the beach made it a perfect setting for relaxation

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach spot to get a real Mallorca experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms and amenities were nice, but enjoying the beach and pool was difficult

There were very limited chairs on both the beach and the pool, and the more obnoxious people would claim chairs first thing in the morning, making it really hard to find a relaxing spot

Love this hotel! We recently stayed for the second time and this time we stayed in a room with a private pool - it was fantastic! The staff here are simply amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you’re having a great time

Stayed quite a few times and the Staff are lovely , food , pool and my room spotless Would be staying again soon

Everyone is on top of each other and it is very crowded. Luckily my husband and I were able to find other smaller local beaches, but they are hard to get to (trails, climbing rocks)

Great Hotel, near the beach and in the middle of Playa del Palma. Great place to spend the holidays and with nice rooms, great sea & pool view, swimming pool's, spa, tenis courd and grat morning breakfast

Probably one of the first hotels on the beach is more than 50 years old - renovated and decent buffet food, terrible bed and quality rooms - book the ones facing the seaside

Visited 24th Feb this year, a late review but a positive one, stayed on the 6th floor facing the sea it was absolutely beautiful! Room, service, cleanliness, staff, food everything was spot on I cannot wait to revisit! Close to the airport and city centre as well

I have many words to say for this hotel and every single word is 'perfect'. Everything in this hotel is in the right place. From the room, pool, adults pool, warm pool, the restaurant, bar, spa, massage

Mama is cooking your grill daily on breakfast and dinner. A bit crowds by German teenager’s, beer capitans. You can spend good time in it, or on the beach

Great hotel. Staff is amazing! A bit loud but it's the price you have to pay by being in such close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops

Never had to worry about reserving sun beds too ! Stayed here with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter she loved the kids club. Rooms kept really clean and tidy the hotel was beautiful

What a find ! Lovely relaxed hotel all newly refurbished to a lovely decor. Paid for a sea view room and was well worth it

We paid extra for a sea view on one of the top floors. Amazing views of sea and a spacious balcony to relax. We booked bed and breakfast and staff helpful and attentive

They had a separate pool and children’s play area to the side of hotel, that did not encroach on the main area. The roof top bar has amazing views with comfy sofas and swing seats

food was very good (it is unashamedly aimed at a certain European demographic, very German centric) Everything was included gym sauna pool etc

The whole area seems to be clean and sometimes you can watch small birds drinking water from the pool or taking a bath

Excellent polite attentive service. Extremely clean. Lovely rooms and swimming pool. Breakfast and lunch lovely. Excellent value for money. Evening meal, buffet was fine although at times not the hottest.

We were probably the only British guests but we did not mind that at all. We liked sitting outside for meals and that takes a bit of technique as there are not enough seats for everyone out on the balcony!

We ended up here after our flight was cancelled and well it was fantastic and eased the pain. The guys on the front desk were brilliant

No fighting over sun beds in high season makes a nice change! Happy parents and kids age 15-17! Safe village for youngsters to go out and have some fun sometimes without parents

Every day the hotel service a program: live music in the bar, parrot show and etc. They have dars, pool, and ping-pong game in the hotel. The hotel is in front of the beach so it's really near

Shower was ok and bed comfortable. Pool area ok but sunbeds were very uncomfortable could do with an upgrade. Ones on the roof terrace are excellent though

The hotel is located right in front of the beach. The food is good and has a lot of variety

Nuno is simply fantastic – full of energy, fun, and always making sure everyone has a great time. He made every show and activity so enjoyable and really brought something special to the holiday

I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would recommend it to anyone looking not just for relaxation, but also unforgettable entertainment

Amazing hotel close to the best beach in Sa Coma. Nice staff, good food, a lovely swimming pool, and 5 mins walking from everything in town

For more interesting culinary experience I suggest you walk along the coast towards S’illot until you reach the narrow walkway area

Just step outside the pool area, and you’re immediately greeted by paradise — the sparkling Mediterranean Sea right in front of you, as if nature itself had opened its arms

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and right on the beach. We went half board, so had breakfast and evening meals included. A big variety so something for everyone. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel immaculate

The workers in the hotel are just wonderful! Angela front desk always sweet and helpful, Fernando front desk funny and super nice, I dont know her name but the super nice and patient lady who made our omelets every morning

Great location, lovely views on the beach and has loads of shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is lovely, clean and has a great pool

Hotel es Port is beautifully decorated with so many interesting nooks and crannies. The indoor pool was fantastic as the outdoor pool in October was a tad chilly despite the beautiful sunshine

Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the hotel is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beachfront with fabulous restaurants and shops

The best part of the hotel is definitely the location , you’re right next to the beach, restaurants, and plenty of shops, which made getting around super easy and enjoyable

Everything about our trip to Port de Soller was perfect, and our stay at Hotel Es Port was the cherry on top. The grounds were beautiful, the location was convenient, and the staff was amazing

Sometimes you would be ignored. I didn’t find the staff particularly talkative or friendly. The service was okay, nothing special, and I felt that a lot of things were quite overpriced for what you actually get

The rooms, the pool areas, the common areas, the toilets, everywhere is spotlessly clean. Not even a blade of grass out of place. There is an onsite spa, and the location is a few moments walk to the beach

There is always a smile for you. From the wonderful reception team, the waiting staff, the cleaning staff, the team of kitchen staff. They seem genuinely happy, and that is a good cue of a hotel

Now we stayed for 6 nights and there was different musical entertainment every night. There are different classes during the day and there is a bus trip to the Arta market every Tuesday morning

We originally paid for a b&b stay but after arrival paid to go half board. The food is magnificent! Plenty of choice, full of flavour and replenished often. The staff go above and beyond

The hotel is perfectly located out of all the hustle and bustle and right 3 minutes' walk to the beach, promenade and bars/shops/cafes. I am looking forward to booking again, if such an opportunity will arise

Our room was stunning, (bigger than some flats in the UK!) A walk in dressing area, huge main living area with ample seating and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in

It was also always very cold in the hotel; the air conditioners were blowing too much, so we had to wear sweaters to eat. Upon check-in, we paid a whopping 27 euros. This is the first time I've seen a 10% tourist tax

The rooftop plunge pool was tiny, but the views from the roof terrace were great! Regretted the decision to book a dinner-inclusive rate, as the dinner buffet was fairly basic, and the restaurant ambience is pretty poor - in the basement, with no windows and not very attractively furnished

Overall, this is a good hotel! Newly renovated, clean, and beautiful. Regarding the food: there was a decent variety at dinner, but breakfast was a bit lacking, almost repeating itself

It was ok for the price! It’s in a fairly unattractive part of town, but an easy 10 min walk from the seafront. Buses to Palma and the airport stop right outside

Ground floor public areas, and pool area, fairly basic but ok

Regarding the room: the idea of ​​the translucent, non-closing shower and toilet doors is a real bummer. It's hard to shower or use the restroom without a problem

Given the cold weather in March, these amenities were the primary reason for my booking. I hope you will address these operational failures to ensure future guests can fully utilize the advertised facilities

The fridge they had in the room spoiled ALL my milk! Because it was not cold at all. It was almost warm (yes we checked the thermostat). That was the worse thing I experienced

We had a nice room with balcony for 2 nights and 3 days. I took 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. At the time I visited I was lactating and I needed to pump

Over three consecutive days, I encountered significant issues despite following this procedure. On the first day, reception forgot to turn the facilities on

On the third day, despite reporting these issues and confirming a specific time with staff, the facilities still did not reach an adequate temperature

On the second day, the sauna was only lukewarm and the steam room was non-functional

It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which isn't ideal in very hot weather. It's very German-oriented, but that wasn't a problem for us

I really think this hotel is great. Situated in a calm street, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants

My favorite spot is the spacious roof top terrace with sunbeds and lounge/relax beds (big enough for two)

The location of the hotel is good and it has two outdoor pools and one small indoor pool. No cosy bar, just an echoing large cafeteria style room

Main benefits: very nice and professional staff, great food in the restaurant, nice rooms and very clean everywhere

We arrived at the hotel around midday, our room was ready and the lady on reception explained everything really well, you are given free pool towels which you can change at any time

5 minutes walk, small supermarkets, some restaurants. At Son Bauló beach dogs are not allowed but 5 minutes from Son Bauló there is an exclusive beach to go with dogs

Walking 10 minutes from the hotel you will reach the bus station with busses to Can Picafort/Alcudia (324), Palma (302) and Airport (A32). The hotel offers a clean pool, small fitness room, billard table

2025 was my 4th summer vacation at Hotel Vista Park and I am still having a good time here. The whole facility is very clean and smells fresh the whole day. The buffet has a great selection of fresh food

But the real star of our trip? Chef Patricia! Her food was out of this world—fresh, full of flavor, and always served with a smile. You could tell she cooks from the heart. Every meal was something to look forward to

My friend and I stayed for 4 days. Overall impressed with the value for money for this hotel. The food was great (sushi night was a favourite!). The rooftop pool was gorgeous in the 30 degree heat

A balcony would have been nice. Breakfast was good, enough choice to suit all, hot and cold options. I decided against buffet dinner option. Looked good value, however, I prefer a seafood resturant

Availability to have a shower before leaving if you have a flight booked after check out time. 10 minutes from the airport but still has a tranquil atmosphere with little noise

Lovell’s hotel with a good sea view. Close to the town with everything within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Good level of entertainment each night and even a singer during breakfast time.

We thought the staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean and quiet. Only downside was the sun loungers on the ‘private beach’ were chargeable and the drinks in the bar were expensive.

The area is lovely, on the beach, fabulous views but quiet and there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Can't recommend this hotel and it's staff enough

Taking all things into consideration The Sea Hotel is probably the best holiday hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are not very big but are modern, clean and in very good condition

Food plentiful, short walk to beach but much preferred pool where there is a poolside bar serving snacks and excellent cocktails! Very good value, would definitely stay here again

It is convenienty situated to the airport (15mins), shops, bars and restaurants with the beach only 300m away. There is a nice pool with bar/restaurant with shaded arreas if needed

Our couple stay The room was clean and housekeeping came every day, which I appreciated. The location is great—walking distance to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby

Nice playground, sufficient pool, we had a feeling that it is not very full or crowded even in topseason (august)

If I was going to suggest how it could be further improved, I’d add some mixes of fruit/vegetable smoothies which I have enjoyed at some other hotels in the past, We stayed in room A013 which was in a great location close to the pool and the bar but there were some signs of water damage on the floor and there was a bit of a damp smell when the door had been closed for a while, this quickly cleared...

This hotel is a great choice for young families, the sun beds were the best quality I’ve ever seen and there was never a rush to reserve beds which made it a more relaxing holiday

Great small family hotel Great family hotel, not so big, everything is close and handy and you always know where your kids are

The sea view room is great, the breakfast is also rich, it is very convenient to check in online in advance, the explanation at the front desk is very detailed, and the overall stay experience is very good

The room was quite large, facing the sea, the breakfast was average, the service was good, and the price/performance ratio was very high. However, parking was difficult.

Hotel design is simple, bright and comfortable. There is no noise from the surrounding parties. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious

Amazing sea view room. Hotel is located next to beautiful beach. Many shops and restaurants around. No private car park but it's not a problem to find a space in the street car park near the hotel (no fee )

The bar/café was a mainstay of our break in Palma. Large jug of sangria for a great price. Club sandwich was delicious. Excellent value for money, lovely staff, great views of the beach.

Just get a room with sea view! It's just amazing. The rooms are renovated and everything works. Breakfast is good, many options to choose from but the coffee could be better though
