If you want to party all night long that's the place to be, otherwise stay else where. Slow and small lifts, constant queue for cup of coffee. Decent breakfast, perfect location for shops, bars, 3 min from the beach ⛱️

Nice hotel with plenty pools on the top roof to chill out. We were lucky to book a one bedroom apartment with the massive private terrace (it was boiling hot to stay there) and well efficient aircon.

The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure

The rooms are clean and house-keeping are very friendly. The location is perfect because it’s close to the beach and restaurants, along with multiple small conscience stores

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the view from our room was breathtaking

Breakfast and There are many kinds of dinner, the swimming pool is small, but the atmosphere is good, especially in the morning, the music is very loud, the only disadvantage is that the design of the shower in the room is not good, after taking a shower, the water in the bathroom overflows the door, it takes a long time careful! Overall, I am satisfied and have a pleasant journey!

Nice hotel, resonable price, and a lot of the balcony rooms have views of the sea.

This one feels pretty good to me. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the beach, and the service attitude of the staff is excellent. There is no regional discrimination at all

The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful. The hotel and its various pools/restaurants were always clean and tidy. The food at the restaurants was varied, but wasn't really that great

I saw a lot of bad reviews before departure, so I checked into this hotel with trepidation; I didn't expect the bad reviews in the reviews to be completely false! As a senior traveler, I have stayed in countless star-rated hotels

Location is actually pretty decent, it’s not a far walk to the beach and shops; took us about 10 minutes. Handy spar shop right outside the hotel door too for any bits you many need

Very relaxed clean and great food great selection staff very friendly everything we needed was within a 5 minute from the hotel and the beach is also a 5 minute walk

Saw some reviews saying the food was bad but I’m genuinely baffled. This is probably one of the best buffets I’ve seen at an all inclusive resort. Absolutely spoilt for choice at breakfast lunch and dinner

Lovely kids pool with a good safety gate that you can only access/ exit using your wrist band, help yourself ice cream machine is great for the kids, clean pools… genuinely couldn’t fault this place, one petty thing was a mirror above the dressing table, had sockets etc perfect place to get ready but no mirror so had to just use the tall one in the other room but that’s not a big deal at all

We only came for 4 nights as a last minute break but we’d absolutely come back here again. I wouldnt read too much into the negative reviews, I guess you can’t please everyone!

Our bathroom was lovely and clean, maids are attentive and happy to help if you need any extra towels or toilet roll but they cleaned every day anyway so re stocked

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times

We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish

Every day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large variety of dishes. The hotel is not far from the sea, the beach is amazing. A 30-minute walk from the hotel there are beautiful cliffs with a stunning view of the sea

The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day

The pools and surrounding areas were well-maintained, and the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and local shops

So if you’re expecting unlimited drinks or poolside cocktails, be aware of this legal restriction. Still, we had a relaxing time, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was great

Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed. Resturant and outside bar have very good food

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach

The staff was very friendly and attentive in all areas. It was a very nice vacation, and we would book the hotel again anytime, but the air conditioning needs to work much better in the middle of summer

The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated

There are lots of hotels much closer to the beach but their pools tend to be much smaller, more cramped. This is the sort of place I’ll go to if I’m traveling alone as it feels safe

I love that it’s just at the top of the main tree lined road that runs directly to the beach, nice and close to all the shops and restaurants

The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a sea right outside.

Great location, amazing reception area but rooms are a little tired. Shower over bath is a bit old fashioned. Bar area in reception was closed and would have made a great place for a drink

Although room was slightly dated it was fine for the long weekend we were there for. Breakfast very good; large selection and numerous staff clearing tables. Didn't use pool but looked pleasant enough

Have stayed in Palma over 10’times, first time at this hotel, would maybe stay again bit not my first choice

Rooms were large but not very homely. Had lunch at pool bay , club sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was processed and slimey. Had to remove all the chicken . Staff lovely .

Many rooms enjoy a pool and sea view, and ours in particular was spotless and extremely comfortable. The soundproofing is superb – once the door is closed, the outside world disappears

Felt like I was being doted on by a friend🥺 And the location? Immaculate. Step outside, and you’re 2 seconds from the beach—wind in your hair, sand between your toes… pure bliss

Very clean rooms, lovely clean pool. Came for 20th anniversary for a few days. The restaurant was amazing, fantastic service with a superb choice of food. Freshly cooked fish and meat were really 5*

Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying

The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus

Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful beach. It is a public beach though. Highly recommend getting the bed and breakfast option as a minimum or the full all-inclusive.

There was a lot of sand transferred into the Scorpios building and I felt that a foot shower near the steps leading up from the beach would solve this problem

The hotel has great facilities with a sports bar food trucks offering food for most of the day and evening, a great alternative to the buffet if you don't fancy serving yourself for lunch or dinner one night

Carefully clean a large area of the two hotels pools! Extreme and hotels on the coast so the beach is not so crowded! The beach is sandy! The food was first at the Breakfast - dinner on the spot changed on the second day all inclusive! Food very much, especially the dinner! Lunch is weaker maybe due to the fact that the dinner took place in an open area close to the beach! Sometimes it was just uncomfortable...

Absolutley stunning hotel with wonderful staff. Alba makes the best cocktails in star prestige, she is very attentive and makes guests feel extra special. Totally recommended for your next luxury mini break!

Another special mention to Tommy ( management team) who was always around and took a genuine interest in how you were doing and if he could make things even better for you - always remember Tommy: feedback is a gift! Tolo in the Spanish restaurant and buffet was also particularly helpful to us and other guests

A specific mention to Adrian who checked us in so well. The other Adrian who was ‘head of sports!’ for the animation team was literally hilarious and you could clearly see he made everyone’s holiday

The other restaurants, which require booking, made a nice change from the buffet - the Spanish and Greek were both very good. The service from everyone, without exception, was excellent

Last minute booking, really good service. Star Prestige terrace is well looked after by Alba and nice and peaceful. Rooms all clean and modern. Such friendly staff everywhere.

Compared with other places we had being in Europe, this is so good! Full of variety and healthy options available. The pools are clean, and the beach is near. Recommend for all type of families

Excellent location, 5 min from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. We were there with our 2 year old, and extended family and the staff couldn’t do enough for you the whole trip. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean

Excellent hotel overall for families with young children. The Zafiro Tropic provides a great mix of well sized rooms, good quality buffet meals, a range of pools and other activities, including a well run kids club

We stayed in a penthouse room with a hot tub on the roof terrace. Room was clean and a great size with all the necessary facilities. Despite being out of season we used the outdoor area and hot tub everyday

The main pool area outdoors was in constant use by training groups and the hotel appears to be a base for athletes and many cyclists. We didn’t use the hotel bar or restaurant so cannot comment on them

The hotel is clean and well laid out the staff friendly and attentive The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a great beach and shops. The food is very good with lots of choice

App says gym is open 24/7 but not true. Front desk will tell you it opens at 0700 and both times I went, I had to get them to open (after 0700). Location is perfect and safe

The hotel is adjacent to a private yacht marina, and there is a gas station and a small Carrefour at the back entrance. A medium-sized supermarket, Mercadona, is about 400 meters away

Breakfast was wonderful although some waitstaff gets anxious and snappy at the busiest time around 9. Pool is small and gets over crowded, ppl literally start reserving chairs at 0730 which is ridiculous

I recommend driving to the location. I recommend parking on the roadside downstairs without yellow lines. I parked there for three nights without any problems

Extremely kind staff! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beach is just 5 walk from the hotel. Multilingual staff (Spanish/German/English). If needed, you can rent a car from the hotel

The local beach with a parade of shops and restaurants is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Overall this hotel is lovely for a few days or an over night stay

Room was nice, cosy and neat, I stayed on the 9th floor so had the perfect view of the ocean. I paid for breakfast which was a buffet style, it was okay with many options available

While the shuttle is a thoughtful touch, it only seats six people, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes both to and from the beach to ensure we got a spot

I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids

The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from

There is a mini club, but the activities there were quite rare – maybe because we stayed in September, at the end of the season. The hotel itself is quiet, there is no music by the pool, which we actually saw as a plus

Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes

This hotel we thought is phenomenal. From check-in to checking out could not have been more pleased at our booking. The receptionist who booked us in (a French lady who spoke fantastic English) was superb

The food was excellent and plenty of choice, rooms were immaculate although small but adequate. Fantastic location for the beachfront, staff were polite and joyful

Pros: Very comfy bed, courtesy room on check out day (private shower room) perfect for late flights home, good location. Cons: Reception is so slow, all the staff were new and didnt know what they were doing

It was very loud early in the morning you could hear every family on the floor getting up. Overall would likely stay again

We then upgraded to a two bedroom suite and the selling point for us was that there was two seperate bedrooms. However, what we weren’t told was that our room had a public terrace right outside of it

Firstly there’s some great points to this hotel - the location, splash park and mini golf are amazing and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We upgraded our ‘family’ room for 300 euros

The hotel has a real relaxed vibe with plenty of areas to lay out around the pool. The breakfast is of a really high standard with plenty of hot and cold choices

The pool bar serves a good selection of food which is served throughout most of the day

The hotel is situated only a 3 minute walk into the main hub of the town and the Plaza is the place to have a drink and enjoy the last of the sun before choosing were to eat

Now to the pluses: The staff are the biggest plus for the resort, all of them deserve a mention and all have a smile on their face which says they enjoy working there

A low hanging lampshade i manged to nut everyday and a bed i also managed to catch my leg on! a very clean modern bathroom with a walk in shower

Overall a great hotel and somewhere i will be going back to, just it will be in an an upgraded room

Love this hotel This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area

The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area

Parking is a bit tricky, but everything else is amazing. I recommend the buffet, as it has a lot of variety, and jazz in the mornings!
