Beautiful location, friendly and helpfull staff. The beach is really wonderfull and acess is easy (but with stairs). The food was also very good. The beds a little hard.

Staff was super nice and helpful, great beaches and restaurants near by, loved every minute of it, will be coming back.

Super nice and quite hotel, with direct beach access, SPA and beautiful views from breakfast/dinner restaurant

The family room on the 7th floor has amazing views of almost everything

Good hotel, great food, location,clean, 5min to the beach and bus stop to Palma and the airport, Wi-Fi works well. Room really clean and modern, nice decour. Only minus uncomfortable hard beds and small pillows.

I’d rate this more as a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. Check in: The man on reception when we arrived was really nice and welcoming, no issues there. Don’t know his name but he was bald (sorry)

Clean , organized hotel and near to bus station and beach

Pros: Room was clean, nice view, short 10 min walk to the beach. Most of the staff throughout our stay were actually really lovely – it was just the reception team on check-out that left a bad taste

Check out: Completely different story. There were three people on reception – a middle-aged brunette man, an older man sitting down, and an older woman – and they were honestly so rude

Again, once we pointed it out, they took it off, but still no apology. Other cons: Bed was really uncomfortable, food very repetitive, gym wasn’t great, and the pool was tiny

Pool was closed which was disappointing. Everything else was super

The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. I am intolerant to gluten and they were extremely helpful in finding alternatives on meals

We went now in August and there is a lot of variety of food and each night we had different food themes like Mexican, Asian, etc

And when we reported and asked for help the staff immediately took measures to help clean the air and made it smell better

The rooms have a bad smell of sewers but we figured out it is not a problem from the hotel but from the town

The food is great, we tried it as part of the all-inclusive pack and we experienced a lot of meals

Can't fault this hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and not far from the nightlife

The food is excellent with lots of choice, and they even cater brilliantly for gluten free - massive bonus for us. After a hard night out dancing you can relax by the pool to recover and get ready to do it all again

A fantastic four-star hotel in the heart of Palma Nova, perfectly positioned for the beach, bars and restaurants, yet noticeably quieter than nearby Magaluf

The hotel belongs to our absolute favorite hotels on Mallorca. Wonderful atmosphere and a very attentive team that always takes care of all concerns

All in all a 8/10 stay and hotel. Everything was super nice, clean and quiet hotel, nice area, walking distance from beach, nice rooms, etc

Only (small) things that doesn't make it a 10 was: - Coffee was really bad at breakfast (I expected more from a 5 star, especially since the rest of the breakfast was amazing) - There was 3 free nespresso capsules in the room (that was better than the served coffee) but they weren't refilled and neither was the milk in the fridge - Rooftop bar was closed when I was there (mid Nov) and no info about...

There was tables outside of the restaurant, but for some reason you could not eat outside (tried for lunch) - The Do not Disturb system for the doors was a little too fancy with a button you had to press on the inside of the door, which meant you didn't know yourself what status it was on

A big plus is the spa that is available to all guests. We spent many hours enjoying the sauna, steam room, pool and heated seats. The staff were all friendly and polite

There were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool, and fresh towels were provided daily for the loungers

The location is good, but can be a downside if you are looking for a place on the beach (1-2 blocks from the beach)

Nice hotel- great, clean room and wonderful bed. Buffet dinner and breakfast was so good- so much choice. Good value for money and friendly staff. Location right next to the beach

A car park would be nice but there was ample parking nearby

Rooms, beds, buffet, staff-everything is top notch. There are places for coworking, gym, and ping pong tables. Most of the days they are activities like 21:30 shows and ping pong tournaments

I didn’t expect such a great experience. Very well organized, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Just 5 minutes from the beach, but it also has its own outdoor and indoor pool

2 big pools outside (plus kids pool) and 1 smaller pool inside with the gym. Never had to wait for a Sun lounger - could always get one in the sun. Super lovely staff in the bar/ poolside

The location is great too – close to the beach and promenade, and there’s even a supermarket inside the hotel

Our basic room was very spacious, with a large balcony and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees. The staff were very friendly, professional, and the cleaning service was excellent

On the downside, the hotel has a lot of children, which may be a disadvantage for someone who wants a quiet holiday and spends most of the time on-site

Also, only one lift was working during our stay, so waiting times were sometimes long, especially with many families and strollers

Very nice and quiet place, perfect to relax. Wifi partially weak. Food really nice and not too expensive. At evening a little show, good drinks. Rooms quite small, but and incredible view

The breakfasts were standard but quite tasty, and dinners offered a wide variety of options, especially meat dishes

We loved this hotel when we stayed here back in April so we booked again! Nothing to disappoint 2nd time around, everything works well, rooms are big, the beds are super-comfortable, breakfast is extensive, the pool is busy but not crowded, the gym is excellent… we had a great time! The hotel is located a short distance from the busy beaches and shopping centre… but far enough away to feel relaxed

Modern hotel, walking distance to main part Palma We stayed two nights in this hotel and had a room in the 11th floor with a view to the harbor and the sea. Rooms on lower floors may not get such view

Breakfast was fresh with great variety. Clean room however massive issue with the shower door as it doesn’t close. Didn’t like the pool much as it was not heated

Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing

Palma de Mallorca was an incredible place to visit, and we are definitely coming back here in the future for a longer holiday, and DEFINITELY staying at this hotel! Our room was 1101 and we will try to stay in the same room too

Our experience at Innside by Melia - Palma Bosque Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier

Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Adults only pool in mid September was not that busy

We knew this would be a family resort, and had adult only areas but the public beach and dining is full of other people with young children and it’s very busy and loud

I imagine in peak season the hotel is extremely busy

Loved the adults section with the pool with a view over Cala Esmeralda. Breakfast buffet was excellent too.

But gym, sauna and indoor pool was nice. The hotel lobby, bar was super clean and fresh. On the whole, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel

It was our second time at the hotel. however we got robbed on the first morning , by someone who was in the hotel sat by the pool. The first day was spent at the police station

the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to half board. but the food especially at dinner wasn't good at all. pool nice but thats more because of the sea view

Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi

Room is nice, air cons work well, next to entrance nice supermarket, a very nice reception. Pity I not had time to explore the rest

Stunning location and great breakfast

Very nice hotel for families, beautiful sandy beach. Facilities are in good shape, several pools, we went mid-July and the hotel was full, but did not feel too overcrowded

The personnel try to work as diligent as possible and be always polite and accommodating even under stress; special mention here to Fran Núñez and colleagues at the pool bar. Overall, a really nice experience

Parking can be an issue, staff locked my room card due to an error in their booking, had to go 4 times to reactivate my room key. Great location, great room, beach side is great.

Apartment size is good for a family of four, with a terrace, and beds were comfortable. The best of the hotel without any doubt is the service. Staff speak up to 3-4 different languages

The kids club works great and they take the children for half a day

Lovely comfortable rooms, massive pool, great kids pool with water slides and splash pad…The highlight of this hotel is the entertainment crew, Lucas, Marco and Nikolai

During my stay at the hotel, I was especially impressed by the animation team. Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai did an outstanding job keeping guests entertained throughout the day

We absolutely loved this place! Nice accommodation, clean rooms, a great pool and in walking distance from the beach

The buffet was very nice and they took care very well of our gluten intolerance (enough gluten free options). We will definitely come back!

We stayed as a family of four with two boys age 5 & 7. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. We did have to join the sun bed race each morning to secure sunbeds

Our kids loved the pool and the bouncy pillow was a huge hit although can get really busy in the afternoon. We found the mini disco was really only catered for very young children

The hotel was ideally located in sa coma so that local shops and restaurants were within easy reach. The kids loved the pool with the inflatable cushion

The surrounding area is great with lots of shops and restaurants and the nearby beach was so beautiful with calm waters perfect for young kids

Absolutely excellent stay- the staff were all lovely, the hotel was perfectly set up for kids, great swimming pools and activities! All the food was brilliant

My kids got to go to their swim school and also to the "kids corner" where they were taking care of their fanatic staff members while we could enjoy our time in the roof top. An extra that definitely is worth paying for

Beautiful resort with incredible views, fantastic food, and very kind staff. We had a problem come up and they helped us resolve it right away

Amazing Hotel right at the beachside; from the roof top you can enjoy the panoramic view on at the sea, while having a cocktail from the bar at the ground floor - recommend that bar as a Top one! Baristas proved to make top cocktails, and to a huge surprise the taste is not waterish as you can experience in other hotels ;)

The pool area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds. Bar staff friendly, and great cocktails

Spending the holidays at the Elba Sunset was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is spectacularly perched on a cliff between Magaluf and Palmanova, and the sea view from the Deluxe Artemis-category room was simply breathtaking

And beach lovers should know that the nearest sandy beach is a few minutes' walk away – there's only a rocky access to the sea directly at the hotel

Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough

The breakfast buffet is a highlight: a huge selection, all fresh and high-quality. The rooftop pool is an experience in itself! The staff were consistently friendly and attentive

Sunsets right from the balcony – priceless. The room was tastefully and modernly furnished, very clean, with a comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, bathrobe, and slippers included

A Fantastic Stay at AluaSun Torrenova We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AluaSun Torrenova and couldn’t fault the experience. From start to finish, everything was excellent

Just a lack of entertainment on a night and the 3 drinks lunch n dinner were a bit disappointing due to not being able to take them out the restaurant to enjoy around the pool so had to buy drinks when needed

Good location apart from the hills beach was just a short walk away n walk to magaluf was only 20 mins

2/3 of the beach was completely closed for our entire stay which is out of the control of the resort but then they still expected you to pay for a beach lounge chair and didn’t provide any additional chairs near the pool

We had a great stay at Melia South Beach. Excellent location, beautiful beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The Calvià looked to have larger balconies that you could walk on. Book the calvia and use the South Beach pool

The staff was very receptive and friendly, the location is very good , just near the beach, the view is beautiful

Also it wasn’t clear that the only included dinner option was the buffet so we went to the seafood restaurant the first night, only to be given a large bill The pool area is very nice and clean

Next to Nikki Beach with great music all day. I was not happy that there was no chair in the room and extremely small balcony which could not hang bathing suits to dry

I also left my brand new Nike Air trainers in my hotel room on the day off leaving, got in touch with Alex at reception (who did remember me from the year before) he found my trainers and sent them back to me for a small fee, which is unreal! Really wasn’t expecting to see them again unless I came to pick them up next year! Hahahaha

Wow what can I say, just got home after a week here celebrating my 60th with my girlfriends. Spotlessly clean, food wow beautifully cooked so much to choose from

Great bedrooms would be nice to have a few more English Chanel’s on TV 😊. 10 mins walk to beautiful beach, shops and bars. All the staff are amazing keep up the good work 👏🏼👏🏼

Excellent hotel, have been going there for almost 30 years now, that’s how much we love everything about it

The pool area is beautiful with a large amount of sun loungers and you don’t have to worry about getting up early to put a towel down, always enough space for everyone in our experience on going every year, May and September

I do have to give an extra special shout out to Milan, the entertainment staff and Aidan who worked the bar and pool restaurant because they were absolutely fantastic! Been here 4 years in a row, at the start of September every time and already looking to book next year, couldn’t fault it

To be fair hotel is 3*+, but the staff, location for those of us over 18 & ambience are Marvellous. The beach & seafront are just over 5 minutes walk, while the ***** is a little over 15

Even though it was 4 star, I didn’t expect too much from the hotel pictures but the hotel is better than it looks with some fantastic staff. The location is perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach

Maria and Raquel—it's hard to say who was better and kinder. When we arrived, they gave us an all-inclusive wristband even though we had paid for half board

Complete satisfaction ! 3 nights in the hotel, great rich half board, within walking distance of the beach, lots of shops nearby, quiet in the hotel, clean sufficient room with everything you need

Cold pool, but plenty of sun loungers, nice service in the bar, higher prices, but overall I recommend it and thank you for a relaxing few days 👍

A well positioned hotel close to the beach the food was good + nice friendly bar staff near the poor entertainment at night was very good seen lot worse at other places the guy on the Mike didn’t catch his name was good at his job the only down side when I checked in hotel said I’d booked H/B when I booked all inclusive it took a phone call home to jet 2 in England to sort the situation out with...

This finishes at 11pm The food in the main restaurant was excellent with a wide selection of meat fish & vegetable dishes changing nightly. The rooms are of a good standard and we paid for a sea view & balcony

I stayed for 5 nights as a solo female traveller. The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location for exploring the local area and beaches. The food was great with so much choice and variation each day, freshly cooked

The staff are great with the animation team, Angie, Adrianne & Reka keen to get you involved in the activities if you wish to do so. i can recommend the pilates & yoga along with the pool activities

The restaurant was never over crowded and I liked that you had the same table allocated every night. My room was comfortable with a nice view over the pool

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Anita at the check in the holiday had truly started. Anita has been helpful throughout our stay

All three staff are so friendly. Joycelyn and Mesi were our two waitresses who looked after us very well and recommended some very nice wines
