Such a wonderful hotel and people working there. This is our off season bday trip for my husband and they helped me to surprise him at breakfast plus we found in our room happy birthday voucher for drinks at the bar

Nicely refurbished hotel just a few minutes from the beach. The place feels bright and welcoming, and the staff — especially Fira — were amazing

Everyone is nice and atmosphere is beautiful. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and fresh fruits

Me & my bf stayed here for 8 nights. Positives: Location is good; surrounded by other hotels, however it is a quiet and family friendly area. The beach is a stones throw away, and we had a lovely view of it from our room

Nearby sandy beach is spacious, water is shallow for like 50 meters from the shoreline, and just after that you can expect depth from around 2 meters, so beach is nice for not-so-skilled swimmers

You can find many restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops all along the beach. City of Palma is easily reachable by local bus lines and fare is cheap (2€ per person per ride)

Great holiday, hotel located near the sea, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. Rooms clean, spacious with balcony. Excellent food all day long.

We stayed with my wife for 7 days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the food – it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The sea and nature were incredible

I visited the hotel during week 28 with two children aged 16 and 12. Key words that I take with me from the stay are fantastic location, great pool area, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and clean and tidy

Had a lovely time, hotel right on the beach, staff extremely friendly and polite. The hotel was also kept spotlessly clean. Right on the edge of town 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants

Ok, but not great… As a solo traveller I was looking to upgrade to a sea view room. I emailed six weeks before I travelled and again a week before arrival to request an upgrade, which I was happy to pay for

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout

Beach was a short walk, a lovely cove with great waves, again felt safe with clear lifeguard post roped off areas. We did notice that some left rubbish or buried it, this was unfortunate, bins were clearly nearby

On our last day we had a couple of nips (nibbles) at our 1 mosquito bite each, we have to assume this was hungry sea bream, or so google suggest? Cliff top walks, I found a circuit from the hotel through town & back to hotel, it was fairly signposted

Pool area was clean and accessible, the 2 daily lifeguards were very attentive, communicated well and prioritised safe fun

These were safe with the odd bench for a bit relaxing sea views

Food, for a fussy eater there was choice, drinks accessible, and so nice to have soup options, We ate well. Snackbar options of hotdogs and cakes were readily available. Although not big eaters we did eat and drink well

Only 2 lifts caused a bottle neck at periods but stairs were clean clear and achievable. Would return to this relaxing space, calm and clean. Thanks team for a great October break with mixed weather

The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s stay. I would recommend this hotel, and after the renovations, I will definitely come back again

Good experience, rooms very clean, enjoyed my stay here. Definitely pool in second hotel is better less crowded and more quiet which we liked. But bar man with a ponytail was very rude that worked at second hotel bar.

I have never encountered such behavior, it wasn't after check out time, we still had time and we were treated terribly, of course the man from the reception later apologized to us for this but the bad impression remained

As a 3 stars the expectations was not to high, the location is very close to aqualand wich is great for kids. The queue at the bar and for the meals is a bit tiring

Stayed for 7 nights in October first impressions were that the hotel Was very clean and the reception staff were really helpful and polite we had a standard room which was very clean with really comfy beds but no tea making facilities so if you like a brew in ya room take your own kettle although reception did provide us with one , the pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds although the pool was...

We visited in September and the hotel appeared to be winding down for the season with some small maintenance issues to fix, but the staff were great and added a couple of really nice personal touches during our stay

Would return to the hotel with family as the kids club seemed to be quite active and the pool and facilities was suffice to keep everyone entertained

Just got back yesterday from this hotel. I was very disappointed that no lilos were aloud in pool which it didn’t state on the website, however they would allow the noodle floats, so made do with one of them

Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel

A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops

The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The swimming pool is very big and quiet

Me and my best friend spent 4 days in the hotel in June, our first time in Mallorca and we absolutely loved it. Location was excellent, close to a lot of little shops and restaurant, right next to Cala Egos

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking

Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled

Excellent hotel! Lovely people and hotel staff! Every day has activities for kids, and also in the evenings has shows and entertainment!! It is definitely a great hotel that left a long lasting experience in our hearts!! Every family should visit! Also the Food is Greaaat! And the beach WOW is super near by!

The cleaning staff does their best. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active

The best part would be the overall trips and area around, had a market down the street we got a lot of good things, the beach was nice, and we did the boat trip which was amazing

Pool area is good, and they have games etc on for the adults i. At night within the hotel you can sit downstairs at the main entertainment or there is a bar upstairs near the reception which I believe is for adults only

There's a snack bar next to the pool bar and another one on the far end near the air hockey tables which served the usual chips, toasties etc

Loved our stay here, very clean, relaxing and handy for the beach and shopping area. There are 3 buildings we were in the main one

The pool was nice, there was a snack area nearby so you had something to drink or eat

If you are after a gourmet experience this isn't the place for you but it's 3 star, what do you expect? There IS something for everyone and if you don't like the lunch/dinner menu the snack bar is open in between from 12 for nuggets, chips, burgers hotdogs and toasties

Food was lovely, always a great choice at the breakfast buffet, and we ate at the hotel in the evening a couple of times and the food was lovely, and there was some live music which was great! The pool area was lovely, we were able to book a sunbed each morning and they were comfortable and had towels we could use

Great waiter service around the pool and a live DJ one morning. The spa was also wonderful, free to use sauna and steam room and relaxation area which was great on a cloudy day

We had the most incredible 5 night stay here, I could not recommend it more. The room was beautiful and the views over the sea were to die for

Breakfast was 5 star so much to choose from, food and drink around the pool also fabulous especially the club sandwich. Room was facing the sea and although not big was just what we needed

I always go all-inclusive find it good value for money, its my forth visit here over the years and it still has the same barmen and restrurant staff. there are some great views to be seen here and very relaxing

The location of this hotel was great. Right on the beach with plenty of restaurants around. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. The rooms were everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable

With it being an adults only, I was still surprised at the noise level being so quiet around the pool and restaurant, seemingly everyone was just so relaxed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating

The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly

Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking

Entertainment, again for what we paid I didn't expect something different on each night as well as activities on each day but there was👍 The beach is a little walk away so maybe take this into consideration for older people or families with buggies etc but you can also get a taxi into the town for 4 euros! Really good hotel for the price in a good location! - modern industrial interior style - big pool area - good breakfast - friendly staff - rooms are clean but nothing special (hair conditioner would be nice to have)

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night

The facilities including the pool, the staff and especially the food were are all really lovely and think they took care of us really well

The prices are also really good. Staff is super friendly, the hotel room is clean all the time. One of the best things here are the parties. The music and the show is so cool, you can really feel the mallorcan vibe

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet

The beach towel deposit scheme worked amazingly well for us and the wrist bands were great so we didn't have to take any money down to pool which felt safe and secure! Great drinks too

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine

Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony. Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo

This was a very mediocre hotel, especially considering the price of over £700 for two rooms for two nights. The rooms were tiny, not particularly clean, and we even found small ants, which was a big turn-off

The mascalzone bar attached has entertainment some nights in september which was okay. The pool is quiet and no issues getting a sun lounger

The staff upon arrival were excellent. The room was ready despite being early and was in excellent condition and extremely spacious.

They dont have shower rooms but they will provide access to a room if you have checked out and are waiting on a flight. We stayed in a studio (loft) room and found it a very strange layout

No dishes or cutlery to do anything with the microwave, so don't expect to use this to create a meal. We paid for half board at the hotel and were a bit let down for a 4 star hotel

Plenty of sunbeds whatever time you go. Can't fault the hotel and staff. One of the best hotels I have been too. A few stormy days was no problem as indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi sorted that out

The location was great with a short walk to some shops and restaurants and with a lovely clean, quiet beach. Further a field took you to the busier part of Can Picafort, walking distance with the best of both world

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small

The highlight was the breakfast buffet! Not included in our room, but was only €10pp & well worth it! It was busy as to be expected but had a huge range with fresh food available

I would not call this hotel a 4 star. I don't expect to have to pay 19 Euros to access the room safe or pay for pool towels
