Excellent hotel right in front of of the beach. Nice rooftop bar with infinity pool. Staff is nice and the food is delicious.

Breakfast is a feast of everything you could possibly want plus Prosecco or rose! A real holiday treat It’s definitely worth going half board too Can’t fault it really The rooftop bar and pool are amazing We will be back

The hotel has great room and the staff are very friendly Nice rooms, comfortable beds, choice of sea view and superior rooms The foods very comprehensive and the meals are themed each evening

The hotel has great facilities with a sports bar food trucks offering food for most of the day and evening, a great alternative to the buffet if you don't fancy serving yourself for lunch or dinner one night

Relax and relax I like to stay here. So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma. 5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street

I visited the hotel during week 28 with two children aged 16 and 12. Key words that I take with me from the stay are fantastic location, great pool area, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and clean and tidy

Had a lovely time, hotel right on the beach, staff extremely friendly and polite. The hotel was also kept spotlessly clean. Right on the edge of town 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants

Ok, but not great… As a solo traveller I was looking to upgrade to a sea view room. I emailed six weeks before I travelled and again a week before arrival to request an upgrade, which I was happy to pay for

The hotel and staff are very friendly. The evening food was the only slight disappointment . The hotel is located so close to the beach perfect for us.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s stay. I would recommend this hotel, and after the renovations, I will definitely come back again

Good experience, rooms very clean, enjoyed my stay here. Definitely pool in second hotel is better less crowded and more quiet which we liked. But bar man with a ponytail was very rude that worked at second hotel bar.

I have never encountered such behavior, it wasn't after check out time, we still had time and we were treated terribly, of course the man from the reception later apologized to us for this but the bad impression remained

As a 3 stars the expectations was not to high, the location is very close to aqualand wich is great for kids. The queue at the bar and for the meals is a bit tiring

The Halloween celebrations were particularly entertaining, with the staff dressed in costumes and scary makeup, and the feature pool above the reception transformed into a "blood bath"—a creative touch we absolutely loved! The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the receptionists being especially helpful and enthusiastic, particularly the Hungarian lady

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout

The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality

On the positive side, I really appreciated the location – the beach was very close, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get there within a few minutes

Excellent location, 5 min from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. We were there with our 2 year old, and extended family and the staff couldn’t do enough for you the whole trip. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean

Excellent hotel overall for families with young children. The Zafiro Tropic provides a great mix of well sized rooms, good quality buffet meals, a range of pools and other activities, including a well run kids club

We stayed in a penthouse room with a hot tub on the roof terrace. Room was clean and a great size with all the necessary facilities. Despite being out of season we used the outdoor area and hot tub everyday

The main pool area outdoors was in constant use by training groups and the hotel appears to be a base for athletes and many cyclists. We didn’t use the hotel bar or restaurant so cannot comment on them

The hotel is clean and well laid out the staff friendly and attentive The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a great beach and shops. The food is very good with lots of choice

The best part would be the overall trips and area around, had a market down the street we got a lot of good things, the beach was nice, and we did the boat trip which was amazing

Pool area is good, and they have games etc on for the adults i. At night within the hotel you can sit downstairs at the main entertainment or there is a bar upstairs near the reception which I believe is for adults only

There's a snack bar next to the pool bar and another one on the far end near the air hockey tables which served the usual chips, toasties etc

Loved our stay here, very clean, relaxing and handy for the beach and shopping area. There are 3 buildings we were in the main one

The pool was nice, there was a snack area nearby so you had something to drink or eat

If you are after a gourmet experience this isn't the place for you but it's 3 star, what do you expect? There IS something for everyone and if you don't like the lunch/dinner menu the snack bar is open in between from 12 for nuggets, chips, burgers hotdogs and toasties

Really good hotel for the price in a good location! - modern industrial interior style - big pool area - good breakfast - friendly staff - rooms are clean but nothing special (hair conditioner would be nice to have)

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night

The facilities including the pool, the staff and especially the food were are all really lovely and think they took care of us really well

The prices are also really good. Staff is super friendly, the hotel room is clean all the time. One of the best things here are the parties. The music and the show is so cool, you can really feel the mallorcan vibe

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet

The beach towel deposit scheme worked amazingly well for us and the wrist bands were great so we didn't have to take any money down to pool which felt safe and secure! Great drinks too

Great Swimming Pool area, plenty of sunbeds, it is always clean and inviting. Whilst in the Hotel, you experience such relaxation, it is very quiet, also I slept like a baby, which does not happen often these days

Plenty of sunbeds whatever time you go. Can't fault the hotel and staff. One of the best hotels I have been too. A few stormy days was no problem as indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi sorted that out

The location was great with a short walk to some shops and restaurants and with a lovely clean, quiet beach. Further a field took you to the busier part of Can Picafort, walking distance with the best of both world

We celebrate my birthday whilst there and were gifted a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. We spent most our days at the pool. Very basic no slides etc but it was perfect for us

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small

The highlight was the breakfast buffet! Not included in our room, but was only €10pp & well worth it! It was busy as to be expected but had a huge range with fresh food available

We stayed here for 1 night for a layover after a late flight. Only a few minutes taxi journey from the airport (£12). Room was clean, no complimentary water though

Hello, Tent Calvia Beach is lovely. The hotel has a poolside bar where the cocktails are delicious, and the staff at the bar are very friendly. The rooms and the breakfast buffet also leave nothing to be desired

Stayed in hotel for Magaluf half marathon. Great location. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was decent. Pools are great. Free beach towels and loungers were plentiful. Would recommend

2 suggestions I'd make would be supply a couple of cups in the room and 10-6 pool hours I'd look to extend slightly

Pool is nice, breakfast a lot of choice, mini bar all free, view is amazing!

Overall for someone like me and my mate it was what it said on tin, if your wanting 5 star on a budget or to be ran round after constantly I don't think for you, if you want modern laid back with a great location then it's well worth a look

The only one not satisfied part is that there's no free parking for the hotel, however maximum 19 eur for a day is affordable for 1-2days but if staying longer, it will be a burden for staying the hotel with a car

Beautiful location, friendly and helpfull staff. The beach is really wonderfull and acess is easy (but with stairs). The food was also very good. The beds a little hard.

We went now in August and there is a lot of variety of food and each night we had different food themes like Mexican, Asian, etc

And when we reported and asked for help the staff immediately took measures to help clean the air and made it smell better

The rooms have a bad smell of sewers but we figured out it is not a problem from the hotel but from the town

The food is great, we tried it as part of the all-inclusive pack and we experienced a lot of meals

There is a mini club, but the activities there were quite rare – maybe because we stayed in September, at the end of the season. The hotel itself is quiet, there is no music by the pool, which we actually saw as a plus

Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes

The pool area's are brilliant with any amount of sunbeds available and no rush to get out of bed and grab one which is a bonus lol 😀 The pool area terraces are wonderful relaxing area's and pool bar staff very accommodating thanks all!! Food, well we were very surprised especially with the amount of different nationalities in the hotel, most of the food was british with a twist and we always found...

Love how there are 2 pools to accommodate for children and adults. Food was also delicious each day

By the way if you want british bacon they cook it fresh for you while you wait 😃 The entertainment is ok if you want to stay in? The bar staff and waiters do a great job and are always very pleasant and helpful

This hotel we thought is phenomenal. From check-in to checking out could not have been more pleased at our booking. The receptionist who booked us in (a French lady who spoke fantastic English) was superb

Found out after I booked that breakfast and dinner was included in the price and the buffet had plenty of options- I didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere to eat

Today at lunchtime, my partner and I went to the restaurant at Grupotel Orient in Palma de Mallorca, and we were served by Laura and José. We wanted to highlight their attention. Their customer service was amazing

Moreover, you could easily walk to a local supermarket, the beach and to a near bus station where the bus drives you to palma. Moving to the hotel on its own, the staff was very friendly and helpful if help was needed

We stayed here for 5 days at the end of April. For the price we paid it was very good value for money. We got a free upgrade to a pool view room and we were able to enter the room at 10am as it was ready

Its a 5 min walk to thr beach/Megapark

Overall, a decent hotel with good wellness amenities, though the room experience could be better. Good part is that it is very close to Arenal beach and lots of clubs and restaurant just 5 mins walks

All in all a 8/10 stay and hotel. Everything was super nice, clean and quiet hotel, nice area, walking distance from beach, nice rooms, etc

Only (small) things that doesn't make it a 10 was: - Coffee was really bad at breakfast (I expected more from a 5 star, especially since the rest of the breakfast was amazing) - There was 3 free nespresso capsules in the room (that was better than the served coffee) but they weren't refilled and neither was the milk in the fridge - Rooftop bar was closed when I was there (mid Nov) and no info about...

There was tables outside of the restaurant, but for some reason you could not eat outside (tried for lunch) - The Do not Disturb system for the doors was a little too fancy with a button you had to press on the inside of the door, which meant you didn't know yourself what status it was on

A big plus is the spa that is available to all guests. We spent many hours enjoying the sauna, steam room, pool and heated seats. The staff were all friendly and polite

There were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool, and fresh towels were provided daily for the loungers

The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The swimming pool is very big and quiet

Me and my best friend spent 4 days in the hotel in June, our first time in Mallorca and we absolutely loved it. Location was excellent, close to a lot of little shops and restaurant, right next to Cala Egos

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking

Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled

It is definitely a great hotel that left a long lasting experience in our hearts!! Every family should visit! Also the Food is Greaaat! And the beach WOW is super near by!

The cleaning staff does their best. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active

The location is good, but can be a downside if you are looking for a place on the beach (1-2 blocks from the beach)

Rooms, beds, buffet, staff-everything is top notch. There are places for coworking, gym, and ping pong tables. Most of the days they are activities like 21:30 shows and ping pong tournaments

I didn’t expect such a great experience. Very well organized, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Just 5 minutes from the beach, but it also has its own outdoor and indoor pool

2 big pools outside (plus kids pool) and 1 smaller pool inside with the gym. Never had to wait for a Sun lounger - could always get one in the sun. Super lovely staff in the bar/ poolside

Very close to the beach and in the middle of the German neighborhood (the fact that everything around is in German and not Spanish is a bit of a downer)

The place was very clean and the cleaning itself was done on a daily basis if needed. It has to be a solid choice for couples as well. The pool and the gym are a bonus

- hotel is very clean in common spaces, restaurant and pool area. - hotel is very close to the Main Street of el arenal, and has everything that u may need nearby, like supermarkets, pharmacy etc

I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research

The breakfast is one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. The dinner the same but quite expensive even compared with eating out. The little balcony had a great view and I would love to return there
