It is definitely one of the well run hotels that we have come across. We spent 10 days in here. The staff are so friendly, food are delicious, everywhere are so clean. Lots of health plants and trees on a well maintained garden. Thank You for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will come back to see you again.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Botánico. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, and what I would highlight most was the impeccable cleanliness of all the facilities. Without a doubt, a place I would return to.

We had a great stay at Ona el Marques. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and thoughtful to our needs.  Unfortunately we didn’t book an apartment with a balcony so we didn’t feel we could sit outside to eat and drink as outside our apartment was a walkway.  The pool area was clean with toilets and changing available. Lovely stay - very friendly hardworking staff and very welcoming. Very well equipped rooms and very clean, Pool towels provided. Heated pool. Quiet at night for sleeping. Walk into the centre made easier with back gate access. Lidl and Superdino only yards away. Downside - building work ongoing opposite to the apartments - noisy and dusty. We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this place. Great views from the apartment balcony to the Gigantes cliff view. Well organised and managed place. Decent pool. They were very good with us. During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk. The architecture. The tropical garden. The rooms. The food. The service. We walked by several of the other top notch hotels and decided the Tivoli beat the others hands down. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we returned.

Stayed here couple of times and it’s okay. Location is good but for a self catering apartments with their price range they could at least provide the basics. Been recently for the memories here of previous stay but wouldn’t go back. We've liked this hotel so much we're going back for a fourth time. The staff the quietness and ambience of it all is great. Spa, pool and restaurant are fantastic, and of course the golf is handy with a complimentary buggy which is ideal. Views and location is good, near the bus stops and the beaches and the center. Situated on a high cliff in the center, the views from rooftop terrace are especially great. There are sunbeds, 2 hot tubs and drinks available too at the rooftop. Mostly older people in the hotel, so nice and quiet.

An exceptional stay at Royal River. The rooms, service, interiors, facilities and food are certainly five star worthy. Staff are very attentive and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing hotel. Lovely hotel! Nice welcome from Carolina on reception. Everywhere very clean. Friendly staff, plenty of choice at mealtimes. We will definitely return and I recommend the Hovima Panorama Hotel!

The hotel is about 20 min walk from the bus station but is in the town centre next to main shopping area. We choose this hotel because it is 15-minute walk from cruise terminal. The hotel is small and nice. Breakfast is good.

A good hotel in the very center of the city. Breakfasts are good, but there was little hot food. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. There is a coffee machine in the room and you can make coffee to go. There is not enough parking nearby and it is difficult to drive up in a personal car. I don’t understand why this place gets the bad reviews it does. We are very seasoned travelers and have stayed in 5* luxury and 2* basic accommodation in the past. Lovely hotel great pool and sea view… Disney eat much or drink Al inclusive as so cheap to eat out which we didn’t realise.. only as a couple of 2 for 5 days tho so may be more expensive to eat/ drink out for longer but super cheap

Stayed here from the 4th - 7th of Feb, this was my first trip on my own an my first visit to this hotel. The only things that let it down for me was that there is no WiFi unless you are in reception, there was no hand soap in the room and the sun-beds aren’t adjustable, so you’re either laying down or having to sit up.
