Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!

The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day . Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm. Great value for money and central to the local bus station.

Nice Studio Appartment Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. Cons: first night there was weird electrical noise all night long could hear through earplugs. Other nights it wasn’t as bad so not sure what it was. Hot water ran out most days pretty quickly. I wanted a bath a couple of nights as I’m pregnant but the hot water ran out when it was about a quarter full and then for some reason drained even with the plug in? Was self catering but if not out of room...

We have stayed multiple times with Margarita. Her rooms are clean, fresh, and beautiful. She has an exceptional rating for a reason! Most/All apartments seem to be privately owned and rented out independently from the complex. we booked our apartment through airbnb and our particular apartment was amazing. We didn’t want or need for anything all week. only downside was the noise in the hallways. They signpost a “silence hours” in the halls but of course not everyone obeys this and the windows looking into the hallway are very thin...

Just returned from a two week stay here. We stayed in apartment 731 which was absolutely stunning. The complex was very nice and very clean. The pool was a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed due to having to pay for them. People do still go down to the pool and reserve the best spots though and I did notice that quite a few of these had older or no children which was is quite frustrating...

It needs renovation. It didn't have air conditioning, just a single-speed fan. You have to ask for a hairdryer at reception, and they give you a wall-mounted one, but it's loose. 🙄 You can hear all the neighbors and the street because the windows don't close properly. Very spacious and very good facilities for the price they charge.

The rooms are very good for the price. Cleaned daily and convenient. Staff are great too. My one issue was an extremely loud guest next door he kept watching TV until 3-4 AM. The rooms do not have great sound insolation. I had to make complaints and reception responded appropriately. I suggest the hotel implement a policy of low volume after 12.

Very rustic accommodation with great views to sea and airport. We were looking forward to staying here after all the great reviews. Disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping for the whole two weeks we have been here. This accommodation has great views with large balconies and it's very quiet during the day. The resturant over the road closed at the beginning of 2025, leaving no resturants or shops within easy reach of accommodation. Local shops are 500m away, but when buying groceries without a car you have a very steep walk up and down to them. A car is almost essential....something not noted on the TUI site...

It was about a 20-minute walk from the direct bus stop from the airport. There were many supermarkets and shops nearby, so the location was good. The room was clean. There was air conditioning, but it wasn't, so it was hot at night and difficult to sleep. The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms. It would have been nice if there was a place to hang towels near the shower.

We regularly stay in Santa Cruz for our major shopping trips. This was our first time at Hotel Adonis, and we really enjoyed it. Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, no nighttime noise, friendly staff... that's all we needed. The breakfast was adequate, but without being excessive (and without food waste!). In short, good quality for a small price. We'll be back!

A really nice little budget hotel

Beautiful and comfortable, fresh mountain air. Estrella del Norte sits in the shadow of the vulcan El Teide, which is also the highest mountain in spain. Everything was very good . Check -in and check-out was very easy . They housekeepimg was very good . But I would like to suggest that they should change the pillows and blanket . Even though it was clean but they look like it has been used for too long time and there are some permanent stains on the covers . And pillows became so hard .

We cannot say enough good about Club Tarahal. We arrived later in the evening than expected. Directions for key retrieval were excellent....but when we opened the door to our apartment... Lily, the concierge, was very helpful in suggesting an excellent restaurant. This is a no frills hotel, nicely located near the ferry, has really good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I were passing through.

We stayed in this hotel for a night before getting the ferry to one of the other islands. We did not arrive until quite late but the reception was friendly and efficient. Stayed one night last weekend. Easy to find just outside city centre. Guy on reception didn't provide any information on the hotel when I arrived or engage in any small talk. Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.

Perfect Location in the old town. Also there ist a huge parking lot only a few meters away. The bed was very good, the shower also. A wardrope would be nice, the jacuzzi in the rooftop with that amazing view ist Superb. But the best is the great staff.

It was a lovely place to stay. The room was equipped with a hairdryer and a TV, and there was no need to use a key to get into the room, which was very convenient. The internet was available, and the most important staff member was well-informed about the town and offered helpful recommendations for attractions.

I would highly recommend TRG , this super accommodation is the best place in Tenerife . Cleaniness is 10/10. To deal with the George & staff is 100%. Very helpful and attentive. stayed for a week in september. room c120 it was perfect in every way spotless gorgeous pool view. The pool is perfect loads of beds spacious there are no umbrellas but a lovely shaded area beside it with arm chairs to chill. 2 pools 1 heated, Roberto and the guys in the office were very friendly and helpful, Better book with them. all in all perfect central but quiet place
