A real mixed bag. We’d read reviews before we booked and felt the good outweighed the bad. This was by no means an awful hotel but its 4 star rating leaves you disappointed, it is definitely more of a mid 3* with some issues. We stayed as a family of 4 (4 & 9 yro children). Really enjoyed our week at this resort. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff. It’s in a much quieter area than e.g. Playa de las Americas or Costa Adeje but we liked that. Plenty of restaurants close by and beautiful coastal walk.

Very clean and modern room. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold and hot food. We took the half-board. Would not recommend this. The evening buffet was simply sub-par, to be diplomatic. Just stick to the room and breakfast, then it‘s a great place to stay.

I stayed at Valle Mar 28th April for 5 days with my sister, our 3rd visit to the hotel. We had garden facing rooms, lovely large balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. Stayed for 5 days with a friend. Spacious enough room with balcony convenient to shopping centre and grocery store. Parking off site but not too difficult to get to. Spa did not have room but sister property did next door which was fantastic. Rent a car if you want to see the island. Some lovely restaurants with great views and good seafood nearby.

First time in Tenerife and picked a perfect hotel in my view. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing.

We have had three lovely weeks in this great place. The surrounding was beautiful with a lot of space to stroll around in. Big and spacious room with balcony and nice see view. The room cleaning service is very bad. We stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom was still dirty and have hair on the floor after the cleaning service. One night we didn’t even have towels.

Great stay No english or Spanish tv, only German?

My friend's cash and credit card were stolen from the room while he was downstairs for breakfast. Luckily, the card was locked in time and the money on the card was not taken. The staff directly said that there was no thief and that it must have been lost somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here.

This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

The cleaning staff doesn't bother, there's no oversight, they only mop the floors and make the beds. I wouldn't let them in at all. Avarage hotel, this is long away from resort. Apartment size was ok and hotel placement was excellent, beds was excellent. Breakfest was ok. However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections.Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed stay at Los Olivos, staff were very nice, food was good,room was clean. Only let down was room not cleaned. Was told every four days. Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day. Would not put me off staying there again. Had a relaxing 5 nights.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing. We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him.

Unexpected night in Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo due to strong winds in la Palma that didn´t allow us to fly. Binter chose the hotel and that was wonderful: totally renovated, incredible bedroom, very nice dinner and breakfast buffet plus the service kindness. Thank you very much

We stayed here because our flight was delayed overnight due to high winds. I gave a score of 5 for value and location but the airline/holiday company put us up in this hotel. The hotel was excellent and all the staff were professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly.

Great service. Quiet rooms, and great breakfast. Lovely location too. Only let down is a meagre, poorly ventilated fitness centre, but this is very much a personal preference. It excels in every other aspect.

A wonderful hotel with every possible convenience. Excellent service! The hotel grounds feature beautiful seawater pools. Excellent location next to Del Duke Beach.

Lovely hotel,stylish and feels like home. Christina runs a well organised operation with kind welcoming staff. Lovely pools and plenty of Sunbeds if you're up before 9! Breakfast is plentiful...probably need more chefs at the hot bar before 9am. All in all a great hols...this is my 5th trip but my friends first one to adeje...she was very impressed.

Warm welcome. All the staff are very friendly, efficient & constantly checking the guests are happy. A Comfortable room with a fridge that does keep drinks cold. Food is excellent. A warm pool & normal temp pool. Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. We came to the hotel on recommendation from friends who had stayed here many times before. Only 30 mins from Tenerife South airport the hotel is located close to the beach front but is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Ideal! Rooms are very clean and well appointed. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony and booked a deluxe ocean view. Free coffee and tea, water replaced every day etc. Housekeeping...

Very nice hotel with large swimming pool, spacious rooms and very good beds!

Arrived 29 Aug for 11 days stay, at 11h15; already got the preferred room ± 13.30. We liked the room very much with balcony at full ocean view to the south-east. Room: had ‘half open’ bathroom, around a corner from the bed. Shower was nice, only a bit low waterpressure. We appreciated that the toilet did not have an entrance in the room, but in bathroom There were no hooks at all in the room, nor...

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. Such a great team. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly.and lots of toys. The restruant team are also fantastic, attentive and friendly. Think we'll be coming back for a good few years.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service and professional activity leaders. A special thank you to Jesper, who quickly became the children’s favorite. There were activities for both adults and children throughout the day, without it ever feeling noisy or overwhelming. The apartments were beautiful and very clean, with excellent housekeeping. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was delicious...

Excellent service by Bryan he was very attentive, polite and extremely helpful in the restaurant. All the staff are very friendly and not do enough for you, making you feel relaxed. This applies to everyone from the cleaning staff to reception, bar staff, lifeguards and chefs. Would highly recommend

Well located with a stylish old lobby and large modern rooms. Beautiful pool area on the roof. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast and excellent evening meal which was unbelievably good value. Just a shame more people weren’t there to add a bit of atmosphere. Bar and lobby were always busy and lots of atmosphere

Lovely hotel perfectly situated to explore La Laguna and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. The reception staff were all delightful, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with excellent service! On my first day I connected to the Wi-Fi and got a request for feedback. I said that a kettle would be nice in the room to be able to make some tea. 30 minutes later two ladies knocked at my door and brought me a kettle, a few teabags and two glasses. That’s service! They have a good gym, too. Hotel overall with nice interiour.

A delightful discovery! The hotel is very charming. The small lounges are a great place to relax and unwind. The rooftop, bar, and gym are all excellent. I didn't try the pool, but it looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't operational. Also, despite what was advertised, there was no parking available. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the main streets.

Flawless hotel, we had a wonderful one night stay here. Bike friendly. Comfortable, quie, clean, spacious rooms and beautiful decor in the common areas. Wish we had time to try the cafe & food and enjoy the facilities. They kindly left us a very nice packed lunch as we had to leave before breakfast. Staff were great, highly recommend.

The room itself was quite large and okay, but the opposite side seemed to be an abandoned house, which was quite scary at night.
