Thanku for a very relaxing stay. A quiet location considering it was close to the busy beach area with a not very steep walk up the hill. The accomodation was of a high standard, clean with helpful and kind staff offering to clean the room daily. Good facilities with a very warm swimming pool and a tennis court as well. Hope to return if I have the opportunity again.

Location was 10/10, the rooms were fabulous, and the sunset view from the balcony did not disappoint. Would strongly recommend. Especially if you rent a car — they offer a massive parking lot for free, and the location is literally just a 5–10 minute drive from the nicest beaches.

Was made very welcome by all staff, good communication by WhatsApp room was lovely and clean and had everything in the room what you needed. The pool was just right and location was great. Also birthday cake was a really nice surprise and Wi-Fi was excellent.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Las Rosas is a wonderful resort with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the villas are lovely. The only downside our villa was down 21 steps which we found very difficult as have mobility issues. We could probably have asked for something a bit more accessible but as we were there for just the week we deakt with it.

Very nice hotel at the end of a road (privacy) with parking and a nice view over Los Gigantes. The houses are on 2 floors, very nice and comfy with terrace and sunbeds.

Had a week in this unique hotel at the beginning of May this year. Room wasn’t huge but immaculate. We didn’t opt for a sea view but had a balcony onto the bustling square. Room was tidy (which is the most important thing for us). We just wanted a clean, basic hotel and were happy with the experience. The staff were all lovely and really helpful! We didn't love the breakfast to be honest (it didn't seem super fresh), but we were happy with our stay.

There is NO Air Con and they will NOT be adding any in the current renovations. You have to pay extra for a fan and for the tv remote. Which should be complimentary. The room was small, which wolud have been ok but the furnituring was uncomfortable. 15 eur for boufet breakfast was ok but the dinner had only chicken and vegetables. There is someone living nearby coughing very badly, walls are thin, you can hear really everything. They are coming for the trash...

In Tenerife, you can have a lots fun in Acquario. It's a nice place to be.

Good and fresh food /breakfast 7.30 and lunch/diner 19-21.30/, different meat or fish every day. Quite far from the beach /26 mins walk back - it's on the hill/. Roomes cleaned every day. Very nice staff.
