The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. Nice break with good service Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, given how many different places you can visit on the island, but the time we did spend there was wonderful. Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

Staff are attentive and polite. Rooms are spacious with ample cupboard space. They do not come with a kettle so definitely take one. Food is plentiful and cutlery clean. The pool water is warm with 2 outdoor jacuzzi. You can access the roof to see the sunrise and sunset, but be aware there is nudist part accessed via a gate. Lovely hotel. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel is central enough with a short walk to bars and restaurants but not to close that it’s noisy in the evenings. It is definitely on my hotel list to return to.

Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good.
