I go to Phuket every year, and this hotel had the most bugs I've ever encountered. However, the kids loved it because they'd find insects at night. The pool slides are also great and safe for children. The room was quite spacious, and the location is good. Overall, it's good value for money.

The service was great and we have fun with the kids swimming pool. Almost 98% is foreigners not Asian,so the buffet breakfast is more to western likes breads, salad,oatmeal and local fruits. The location wise is need walk 10minutes to Karon beach, the beach have a nice sunsets. For family can spend whole day at hotel or nearby.
Just the resort location to Phuket town is quite far and if traffic jam took 40mins and the grab car there is more expensive and hard to get grab driver. Please take note resort to airport takes around 90 to 120minutes depends traffic conditions.

I stayed with my family for three nights in this wonderful property, and our overall experience was truly memorable. We arrived a bit late in the evening, and for the first night we stayed in the Superior Ocean View room. For the remaining two nights, we moved to another room category, and the transition was handled smoothly by the team.
The staff were absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the amenities were exactly what we expected from a property of this standard.
If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast service. At times, we had to wait in a queue to get a table, which can be a bit challenging when you’re travelling with babies. However, once seated, the breakfast itself was enjoyable.
Our food experience throughout the stay met our expectations, and overall, it turned out to be one of the most relaxed holidays we’ve ever had. We truly appreciated the comfort, hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere, and would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant family getaway.

We stayed at Centara Karon Resort Phuket for 9 nights with our 4 year old and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, super comfortable and thoroughly cleaned each day. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast spread was also really good.
You get three pools to pick from: our daughter loved the waterslides and the kids pool. The kids club was a huge win. The staff, especially Bettie, Aki and Sasha, were great with her. It makes a big difference when your child is genuinely excited to go to the kids club. The activities kept her busy and happy, which gave us some time to relax.
The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach and there are plenty of authentic Thai places to eat nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

This hotel really is amazing. The staff is super attentive. They utilize an app which makes service easier. Staff escorts you to your room upon check in and provides a tour of the amenities. The pool is lovely with their swim up bar. The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away too. The unique thing about our room compared to other hotels is that the toilet and shower are separated as well as the sink, which is great for privacy but there is no space in the shower for the towel.
There are a couple of stray cats that are super social. One of them lounges on the day bed at entry: his name is Beans. Guests seem to love saying hi to him. He’s quite small and skinny so I hope future guests and maybe the hotel can give him food.

We had an excellent experience thanks to MT at the hotel reception. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He personally guided us to our room, carefully explained all the details, and made sure we had everything we needed. Upon our request, he even arranged a room with the best possible view, which truly made our stay unforgettable.

We had a wonderful experience at the kids club house at the hotel. The team there made our child feel safe, happy, and completely engaged. The staff Bettie, Sasha and Aki were especially attentive and caring, taking the time to connect with my little one and make their activities both fun and educational. Their professionalism and kindness gave us complete peace of mind while our little one enjoyed every moment. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and filled with cheerful energy. We truly appreciate the effort and heart that the staff put into creating such a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

A great way to start a trip to Thailand and our first visit ever to the country. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and polite. They tended to our needs, big or small. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has wonderful amenities, and there is plenty to do around the area. Highly recommend!

We always stay with centara every where we go. No doubt with this chain hotel. It doesn’t have beach access but it’s just 5 minutes away walking distance to karon beach. Plenty shops and massage place outside.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious and comfortable. The check in staff was very kind to inform us that the bunk bed was designed for kids and offered to let us change the room if we found it unsuitable after our check in. But it served our needs well and we enjoyed the room nonetheless.
The pool facilities were amazing (even though we only used it for a short while). While we did not use all the facilities, but there seems to be lots of activities and facilities to try around the resort, you don't even need to step out to have a good time!
I must compliment the staff for their warm and friendly service. Kudos to Harry and the concierge staff, and Jezzi the check in team. And housekeeping staff who responded to our night call to help with the toilet. Their service was the highlight of our stay.
