Great little gem.Stayed with family of 5 in one of the family rooms with one queen size bed and another room with 2 single beds . Each room had their own bath room .Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated . Breakfast was good too .Customer service was outstanding ,as I mistakenly did a double booking . The hotel offered to cancel one room without charge .

Highly recommended!
The rooms are truly spacious and clean! Excellent location – just a short walk from 7/11 and many lovely cafés (I highly recommend No.39 Cafe and TEDS Coffee & Eatery, located right next to the hotel). Every morning, you can enjoy a great buffet breakfast with something new each day. The staff is incredibly attentive and will do their best to fulfill your wishes. The pool is refreshing. A very pleasant stay! Highly recommended. 😊
The only one small downside was the smell from the drain below our room. We stayed at the very end of the hotel, right above the kitchen and possibly a cleaning room, with a drain located under the bathroom window, which emitted an unpleasant odor. However, it wasn’t bad enough for us to consider changing our room.

A comfortable and charming boutique stay in Chiang Mai!

Our room was very clean, big and spacious. Bed comfy and bed sheets smell nice. Bathroom ok. Not sure why they keep broken, faulty soap dispenders and towels with holes.
Breakfast is not the best. Maybe it is because of the low season, but food was minimal. Little amount each time. Also some food was not fresh and i reported it to the reception. They apologised immediately. Internet was extremely slow, to the point i had to use my phone. If you need to work, keep it in mind and probably book somewhere else.
Forgot to add that the 2000BHT fine for urinating the bed was quite intimidating when i read it. Having small kids we always try our best for them.to not wet the bed but unfortunately sometimes it happens. That said, i had this constant fear of being charged in case an accident happened after reading the room.rules. i think hotels could buy those plastic sheets so, if accidents happen, the mattress is safe.

Because I couldn't book a room during the Christmas period, Ctrip recommended this hotel. 1. At the foot of the mountain, taxis are required to enter and exit. Very remote, single girls should pay attention to safety. 2. Stayed for two nights and no one cleaned the room in between. There was a strong smell of dog urine in the corridor at the door of the room, maybe it was rat urine. The smell is always there in the kitchen downstairs. 3. The room is large, the facilities are a bit old, and the towels look like they have been used for a long time. 4. The aircraft makes a lot of noise near the channel. 5. The waiter in the restaurant is very rude. All in all, it is at the level of a domestic guest house. But for the same price, you can live very well in the ancient city.

Beautiful hotel, peaceful, elegantly decorated. Rooms are clean and well planned. It combines the traditional vibes with good quality of furniture and relaxing design. We stayed on the 3rd floor overseeing the greenery from the backside of the hotel - recommend those rooms as extra spacious and with a breathtaking view from the washroom. A/c, fridge, TV as usual. Pretty pool. Very polite service, they are going extra mile to help arrange for a rental bike and activities.

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito control measures, Safety, Nearby activities, Room layout, Toiletries, Hotel Smell; Located in a small village at the foot of Suthep Mountain next to Wumeng Temple, it is very quiet. Get up early and walk to the temple. The sun shines on the woods and courtyards, which is beautiful. The hotel is small and exquisite in design, the room is spacious and comfortable, the price-performance ratio is very high, and it is a very pleasant stay.
The only thing to note is that the payment method must be paid at the store, cash is accepted, and if you pay by card, an additional 3% handling fee will be charged.
