A very Basic hotel with only one lift at mezzanine floor, so rather inconvenient (they do help carry up the luggage. Room sound proofing is poor, can hear clearly conversation along corridor . However, the hotel is surrounded with many cafes, eateries, traditional massage, and shops.

The location is good, a 2 minute walk to the Sunday night market. The hotel is a bit old and the water in the bathroom is not hot enough.

The ambiance is pretty good and it's quite picturesque, perfect for photos. The highlight was definitely the fruit tea. The space was comfortable, but the mattress was a bit old and sagged on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced. A family of three stayed for seven days, and only on the sixth day were they informed that they needed to pay an additional fee.
