The staff here are incredibly kind, truly the best! The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a quick Grab ride. I loved the lush, green vibe at the entrance, and the cocktails in the evening were top-notch! The breakfast ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious :)
breakfast is okay. it does the job for the price you pay. didn't really use the facilities as we are out most of the time. Appreciate the 1 bedroom hotel room provided and a kitchen.
Hygiene: The bed linens were changed every other day, but they always had stains. What was most unbearable was the smell from the toilet; as long as the bathroom door was closed for a while, it would smell really bad, even with the fan on.
WiFi speed was slow.
There were limited places to walk to. The hotel is located on a one-way overpass, which makes it inconvenient to get to the other side of...
Nice staff, Great food and breakfast.
Easy parking.
A good choice if you bring your car or rental... Still, i made it without... there's Central Airport Mall 10 minutes walk away (though walking thru a dusty highway), and the restaurant on the left side passing the 7-11 was great... opens till late, and their shrimp and crab cakes were excellent... the hotel offers no swimming pool (said under maintenance) and gym was tiny... so if you are driving...

Great location, very convenient! It's close to 7-Eleven, Maya Mall, plenty of food options, and massage places. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from One Nimman and very close to Maya Mall! The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked great. They even offer free drinks in the lobby, which is a nice touch. There's also a temple nearby, Wat Ket Karam, which is definitely worth visiting for photos! This hotel is very convenient for shopping, perfect for those looking to do some retail...
A very Basic hotel with only one lift at mezzanine floor, so rather inconvenient (they do help carry up the luggage. Room sound proofing is poor, can hear clearly conversation along corridor . However, the hotel is surrounded with many cafes, eateries, traditional massage, and shops.
Good price Good location. Not too far walking distances to shopping streets, restaurants , convenience stores.
Right on Nimman Road, clean and hygienic. Step out and you're in the heart of the action!
Excellent location, very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, no major flaws.

The hotel is not very big, but the service is decent. The breakfast is extremely basic and definitely needs improvement. The biggest plus is the excellent location.
The hotel is really very strategically located, just opposite Tha Pae gate and there are festive activities going on. As the view facing the main road is blocked by a row of shophouse you dont get get any view but also less traffic noise. Traffic is really heavy in front of the hotel. Room is really basix, dont expect much toiletries and room is quite dark. Breakfast is in the middle of the hotel which...
Located opposite Tha Phae Gate, very convenient for visiting the Sunday Night Market and Tha Phae Gate.
The room is okay overall, nothing too fancy.
The staff also provided good service.
We stayed here for two nights and seriously contemplated switching to a different hotel the second night. The noise is so bad in this hotel, everything echoes throughout from the reception and dining area, people stay up there talking, laughing and drinking which is fine however the tile and concrete walls make everything echo and then the kitchen staff are up setting up for breakfast at 5:30am. ...
good locstion easy to go any place
The location is good, a 2 minute walk to the Sunday night market. The hotel is a bit old and the water in the bathroom is not hot enough.

The ambiance is pretty good and it's quite picturesque, perfect for photos. The highlight was definitely the fruit tea. The space was comfortable, but the mattress was a bit old and sagged on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
The environment is beautiful, the service is very warm, and the room is also good. The only drawback is that the TV is too small!
The Anantara experience was much better; I'll definitely stay there again next time.
The accommodation was excellent, with the hotel's design being subtly luxurious.
Everything was great!
I will recommend it to my friends.
If I have the chance, I would stay there again.

Stay here for 8 nights. The hotel's decor is the type I like, neat and clean. They have good pest control and I found no insects or mosquitoes in the room.
This is a comfortable hotel with a strong getaway vibe. The staff provide attentive service, making it very relaxing and refreshing. It’s a hotel definitely worth returning to.
I've stayed at this hotel both times I've been to Chiang Mai. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and I really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast.
There were so many bugs on the bed, like fleas or lice, it was disgusting! I noticed a few on the pillow before bed but didn't think much of it, then in the middle of the night I found a lot more, and some were even crawling on my face. I called the hotel staff and they moved me to another room, but there was no further explanation or apology. Horrible experience! I've never encountered anything like...
The service was excellent! Alex was fantastic, very jovial, and helped us with our luggage and made us feel welcome in a short amount of time, giving us a great experience. Overall, it's pretty good. They have a pool and afternoon tea, plus the hotel offers airport drop-off service, which is a nice touch.
Great location, within walking distance to 7-Eleven and the morning market. The room was tidy and clean. The wooden doors and windows weren't the best at soundproofing, so we occasionally heard planes (though that didn't bother us much, as we were out all day and slept soundly once back at the hotel). The breakfast was excellent – fresh salads, mango sticky rice every day, lean meat congee, and coffee...
Love the place and the location. There is a pool and fun craft workshops for you, your family, and friends.
Facilities: This resort has everything you'd expect.
Cleanliness: 5-star, spotless and tidy.
Ambiance: Excellent, very quiet.
Service: Great service, they proactively helped with luggage and delivered it to the room.
Airport transfer can be booked in advance, and a dedicated car will take you to the airport. When leaving, staff even waved goodbye, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Check in was easy, The room is clean and well designed. There is a full kitchen but does not have any utensil or cookware. The management could consider to add a water kettle and cups for making beverage though. The breakfast that included didnt arrived though by the time we check out, Not sure if its communication error.
Beautifull room, nice services and really Thanks you for your hospitality! Recommanded!
Really nice place and good service
Fair price by online booking
All is ok except for the breakfast which was sent to our room. We took the 8 O clock part. They mentioned it will be send to our room. When I woke up at 8.15, it's already in our room, but I hear no sound of bell for them to knock on my door. They should at least knock and not do it this way.
This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced. A family of three stayed for seven days, and only on the sixth day were they informed that they needed to pay an additional fee. The child's bed cost 1000 yuan per day, and the child's meals cost 200 yuan per day. Breakfast was promised to be delivered to the room, but we had to go downstairs to find it each time. A rustic hotel that does everything well. The best thing here also includes the amazing restaurant named 'one deck' and of course the spa. Cleanliness is very good and service is top notch. Every individual staff here is warm and made us feel at home.
Rarin Jadin Wellness Spa Resort is undoubtedly the best resort that we have ever stayed in. The Thai Massage was absolutely the best Thai Massage that we ever had and it is a must try. The choices of food for breakfast was sufficient to give us a scrumptious breakfast.
However, there was no warm water when we wanted to take shower at about 10 p.m. on our last night and the warm water was still not...
convenient location, easy to cab to anywhere. super helpful and friendly staff, you can always approach them for trip advice and services. room is relatively spacious and clean. would definitely recommend.

The room was absolutely fantastic, a true resort experience. It had a wonderful Southeast Asian charm, and the hotel's design and decor were really aesthetically pleasing. The spa services were great; both the spa treatments and Thai massages were exceptional. The riverside restaurant offered beautiful views, and the breakfast was outstanding.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was brand new, and the pool view was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small balcony. The bathroom is also large and comes with a bathtub. It’s located near the Chiang Mai Railway Station, making it a perfect place to stay if you have a train to catch. The only drawback is that it’s about 3 km from the Old City, but it’s a great budget stay if you can manage the distance
Clean and spacious place with no excessive amenities.
Amazing for the price. Located within walking distance of the train station. Nice clean pool, comfy bed, friendly staff.
Smile price, large room, parking lots, old fashion but clean and comfortable
The room was quite spacious and quiet, and the hotel's price was good, as was the front desk service. The only major issue was that the sheets, pillows, and duvet covers were old and dirty. I ended up sleeping with my clothes on.
Overall this location was what I paid for. It is far outside the old city so you will need to rent a motorbikes

Nice staff. Good sized room. Good amenities. Good location.
Very comfortable room for aonenight stopover.
Very comfortable beds. The massage is so good. The staff are so nice and the breakfast it was so yummy. All in all, a wonderful experience.
We really liked this hotel but this year it was less. The shower leaked and it kept changing from hot to cold.
Our room was wonderfully spacious. There are compliments cookies and tea selection. The hairdryer is very old and slow though.
I like the aromatherapy spa downstairs very much, they used coffee bean grounds and rose oil. The skin is very smooth after. Grateful that the staff helped us with late checkout so that we could complete the spa then check out.

A very clean and beautiful hotel with excellent service. The breakfasts are good, but I can't recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Firstly, the food took a very long time to arrive, and secondly, everything was oversalted. However, the hotel itself is a 10/10.
Our stay was simply perfect. This hotel truly understands what a discerning guest looks for: attention to detail, quality, and sophistication.

Location was good but you would here truck deliveries early in the morning around 6am and sometimes the rooster would start making sounds around 530am...breakfast was good, their fitness center was very small and no space to do yoga even though they provide yoga mats. I really did love this Hotel. It was the cleanest and most comfortable stay we had in Chiang Mai.
The service was exceptional. Only con is the walls are paper-thin.

What a truly lovely stay. I visited several 5-star hotels during my trip to Thailand, but my time at this hotel in Chiang Mai Old Town is one of my absolute favourites. Looking for a good hotel in Chiang Mai? Look into De Lanna Hotel, right in the center of the old city. We recently stayed there on two different occasions and loved it. Great price, location, staff. Very good rooms and nice pool.

The hotel's location is not far from tourist attractions. It's not a very big hotel, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, which is satisfactory. The breakfast offers a good variety, including Thai dishes, as well as bread and salad. It's excellent value for money.
Has the essentials and was a pleasant stay, bed was comfortable. Breakfast choice was on the minimalist side but it’s a buffet so wont have to worry about feeling hungry.
